The Laundry room experience was horrible get rid of the ridiculous app that steals your money. Clean the hallways and don't have people throwing their smelly trash outside of their doors.

Having the kitchen in the room i found to be fantastic. To use the laundry facilities you need to download an app and transfer money to said app which i found easy enough but annoying. A couple of times my key stopped working but the person at the front desk was always super helpful. Also, having access to a computer with a printer was also very helpful.

No complaints, except their airport shuttle wasn't running, but they did get me an Uber and they covered the charge. Front desk was nice, room was clean, breakfast was not good... typical waffles, not good eggs and sausage. Will I stay here again, probably not because their airport shuttle starts running at 7 AM, majority of my flights are before that time.

It’s what you expect for the cost and convenience of being next to the airport. It was quiet for me, nice if you want to relax overnight before your flight. Shuttle service. Leave vehicle here u til you come home. Note, it may cost you 7$ a day, but cheaper than BWI.

The room was okay. The bed was comfortable as always. The bathroom not so great because a long piece of hair was in the shower. The room didn’t have a bucket to catch the ice but it worked out for me

Property was really good, in a pinch needed a last minute stay and it was perfectly fine. Only thing I would nitpick is there was old food in the cabinets, my guess is cleaning staff couldn’t reach it. Also there were minor things that were odd (towel rack in bathroom was very loose and fell off!) but could have just been the individual room and situation. Your mileage may vary. For the value, though, beggars shouldn’t be choosers.

I have been hotel hopping for a month now while searching for a new home and this has by far been the cleanest place I’ve stayed, the price was fair for the amount of nights. I will happily be booking here again, highly recommend!

All you could smell the second you walk into the hotel is marijuana right by the front desk. Also there were trash bags and dirty laundry sitting in the hallways for the entire time I was there in the same spots

Had a lot of roaches. Shake your clothes off to make sure you don’t take the roaches home. My daughter never saw a roach before so I had to explain to her what there are. Roaches was in the bed.

Did not look like they vacuumed or cleaned floors tub sink dirty glad I had cleaning supplies, hope they changed the bed, late check in overnight weed smell throughout so my sinuses are on fire. I will still down street at sister hotel which is much better

The room was as pictured but not as described. Says seating area. There was one chair at desk. There were two of us so a chair in addition to desk chair would be nice. Says dining table. There was none. We did not cook but why have stove, fridg, sink, cooking utensils but no table and only room for one at desk. Didn’t ask for but had accessible room. No vanity so no place to lay toiletries. No waste can in bathroom. Finally, the room was 63 degrees when we walked in. Wall thermostat did not work so i used the units controls. Took 2 hr to get temp to 70. The room was very clean.

I liked the home feel that it had with the large refrigerator and large microwave but did not like the uncomfortable bed, it hurt both of our backs one side was higher than the other.

My flight was canceled twice, I lost my prescription sunglasses, the weather was bad, I was under the weather and the airlines associate was very crude but the front desk clerk was so accommodating and friendly. It was the highlight of the 7 hour ordeal. He did everything he could to make my stay comfortable. He even let me stay a little longer after checkout so i wasn't rushed for the next 8 hour day at the airport. The shuttle drivers were fantastic too.

My stay here was ok, stayed for about 10 days or so. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The housekeeping manager was great, l had an issue with the iron in my room and he was very promt in making sure l got another one in a timely manner which l appreciated. I would stay here again and would reccommend the property. The only minus would be the front desk charged my debit card upon checkout in error and it caused an overdraft to my bank account which really messed up things for me. To their benefit they did immediately reverse the charges but it takes several days for the money to actually be deposited back into my account. Had this not occured l think my ratings would be a lot higher.

The front desk women could not locate my reservation after I provided her with the reservation # and called Travelocity customer service on speaker. The Travelocity rep and the front desk staff and the hotel manager Adrian who was on speaker phone while I contacted Travel agent. Once the Travel agent confirmed my reservation the front staff notified me to hang up before Travelocity can call the front desk of the hotel to confirm my trip. Mind you The women had me check into another person reservation and notified me that I had to leave my room after the person arrived. It was 10pm at this point I check in at 6 something. I had to plead to move in the morning to room 321 from 344. I was notified that my stay will be compensated. For the stressful inconvenience. The Hotel is nice but the professionalism need to improve significantly.

Room was nice but the front desk was terrible!!! Lady was very rude about the check in time and checking in early was impossible she said they check in time is 4.She was also rude to the couple in front of me they charge 7 dollars a night and it’s literally outside parking which makes no sense. Then 100 dollar incident fee will be on hold for your stay just shady business but great room

If you can afford something else - don\'t stay here. First - they won\'t even consider an early check in and then wouldn\'t let me use the restroom near the front desk to change - telling me I was "technically not a guest until check in time" (I came in at 1215 PM and inquired to same - no demand). Then check in was a nightmare - waited 20 minutes while they night clerk fiddled with the system and gave some other poor guest a hard time. Then told me I\'d have to pay $7 for parking - in a non-secure lot. Ridiculous. I\'ll NEVER stay there again. And no trust Sonesta. Beyond rude and not a good property

TV didn’t work. Called front desk twice. Second call I was told that maintenance was gone and they would leave a note for Jason, the manager and that I would be compensated. The next morning at checkout I spoke with Jason who was unaware of the situation but said he couldn’t compensate me but would give me 5000 points that could be used at any sonesta. Jason stated he would email with all the info. I never received that email.

Took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone about a shuttle pick up, the shuttle never came. No one working could opporate the check in system. Someone else was given a key to my room while i was in the shower. A wake up call for the wrong room came in at 3:30am. They didnt charge me because it was so terrible but i will never go back.

Overall, my stay was fine. The rooms are functionally designed & laid out and I enjoyed having access to a kitchen instead of ordering take out the entire trip. The bad things: - the towel rack right beside the shower was literally falling out of the wall; I called the front desk about it and they said they would send maintenance. They never came. It didn't impact my trip, but wasn't a good look for the hotel - the TV in the living room kept turning on at random times. Same as above, front desk was notified but no one came to fix it. Just to note: - the gym is small, not particularly well-equipped, if that is important to you. - there is a bbq outside for guests to use. it did not seem like it had been cleaned for a while, but it did seem like it had been used. - the kitchenware provided is bare bones. there were no knives/scissors (though I didn't end up asking for any either) and there was only 2 of other cutlery/plate ware. no oil/salt/pepper is provided in the room.

My double bed room was so beautiful and the bathroom was big. The bed was super comfortable and it was four fluffy big pillows on the bed…. Way better than other hotels. It’s not a continental breakfast but it’s a few places close by. I know where I’ll be going when I need a weekend getaway.

Firstly, the front desk staff (and all the staff) were AMAZING! Very chill, answered all of my questions with a kind and accommodating spirit. The option to buy snacks and drinks at the front desk was also a plus. The room was definitely okay. Some small stains and ripped carpet, but it wasn’t unclean. The bed was on the firmer side, which some may really enjoy. The room had adequate lighting and the kitchen & dining area was a very nice spot to chill and provided ample space for meals, games, and packing. All that being said, some of the public areas were lacking. The whole hotel had an ever-changing odor that oscillated from bathroom smells to propane to just plain weird. There was no sort of indoor sitting area (aside from maybe the laundry/media room). There was a decent sized outdoor gazebo, but we stayed from Friday afternoon-Sunday morning and the same man had been sitting there smoking and playing music on his laptop the entire time. We never saw him leave. There are some nice spots to take your pet outside (it seems the whole hotel is pet-friendly) but only one other picnic table next to the gazebo. Very frustrating, as the rooms have no balconies or outdoor spaces. Our second night here, every time we flushed the toilet in our bathroom, we smelled cigarette smoke very strongly. All in all, for the price, everything was wonderful. Comfy room, perfect staff, and just a 15 minute drive to the convention center.

You get what you pay for. If you just need a place to stay this location is fine. Close to all the other hotels. Food within walking distance. Less than 20 minute drive to Baltimore city center. Shower water was questionable but enough to get the soap off you. Allows pets which was nice. Towels were clean.
