Excellent experience - the only thing that I would suggest is ensuring the operation and cleanliness of the pool area. During my stay, the pumps didn't seem to be working properly and the chlorine wasn't filtering properly, resulting in chemical foam puddles all throughout the water. Overall a wonderful stay! Front Desk staff was amazing!

The entire lobby was being cooled with portable air conditioning units that had clearly been there for weeks if not months. Air vents were dripping everywhere with mold and ceiling damage from lack of maintenance and fixing the problem. Staff assured me the room air conditioning was working, but it wasn't the unit was set at 65 but could only muster 75. It was too late at night to switch hotels. Terrible for a Embassy Suites/Hilton brand.

The property is very convenient if you are traveling to/from the airport. There were 2 large family reunions going on during our stay. The staff handled the crowds well. The lobby hvac was not working which caused the lobby, eating area and hallways upstairs to be very warm. The room air conditioning worked well.

About 30 vehicles were vandalized overnight and the staff was very dismissive to our concerns nor were they accommodating to the safety of our vehicles. The staff refused us a refund after we decided to canceled our reservation.

Great place to park and take shuttle to the airport- had a difficult time returning from airport to pick up car - shuttle never showed for a VERY long time - called desk several times and finally was told to catch an uber and they would over the cost - as luck would have it the shuttle showed up after I was done with call to hotel and 10 people who had then collected to this shuttle got on and it was a quick ride back to hotel

There was a Toyota that had all 4 wheels taken off and was sitting in the parking lot basically on the ground. I presume there are cameras on site but I would not feel safe parking my vehicle here in the future.

Just overall bad experience. It was hot cause of no ac. Elevators broken. Pool smelly and no adult supervisoin. Not very clean.

The hotel was reserved for the wedding party for my daughter and future son-in-laws wedding. From the moment you walk into the hotel, you can smell cleanliness. The rooms were good size and everything worked out well for the wedding party. Very nice hotel.

Normally I love Embassy Suites . This time not so much . The common areas were incredibly hot . There were big fans all around . When I checked in I felt something dripping on me . I looked up and what appeared to be a vent had some liquid leaking from it. It was covered in black spots which looked like mold

The first room we were assigned was not handicap assessable as requested. There was no internet. In addition, the room was not ready upon arrival. A room was made available after 4:22 pm. The room we were given was also assigned to another party. It was frightening to have strangers access the room. According to the front desk, they assigned us the wrong room, number 620 and we were supposed to be in room 325 which they said was also not handicap assessable. At the point we decided to go to sleep, we found that the bed was damp and had the scent of urine. We were moved to a room another room. The next morning I awoke to hundreds and hundreds of ants all over the night stand next to where I was sleeping, and we sighted ants through out the unit. We contacted the front desk and were told that the manger was on the way up. The manager never came. Two hours later we called the front desk again without any solution. We contacted the main office for the Embassy Suites who contacted the front desk. Hours had passed, ants were in my luggage and toiletries. The front desk offered to move us to a third room. We asked for a refund and was told to call Expedia. It has been more than 72 hours without resolution. The "Staff" failed us! The property was not sanitary and has an infestation. We did not stay the 2nd night, the experience was beyond stressful at a time when I needed a quiet and relaxing moment. I Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is in a good location - safe and quiet around a lot of restaurants. But, I should’ve listened to the reviews I saw about this place smelling bad and being outdated. The rooms feel like they are from the 90’s. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a cigarette smell & the AC/Heat in the room is barely holding on. I would avoid this hotel until it’s renovated.

I stayed Fri-Mon night. I interacted with staff from all shifts and at breakfast. I did not make it to any of the dinners from 5-7 nor did I visit the bar. Everyone was very kind and tended to all my needs no complaints. I did check-in late at night and I noticed they had security, by far my favorite thing about the hotel. The breakfast was good, they have never missed when it comes to breakfast. My bathroom was not clean. There was hair and spots on the toilet and seat. The floor was also sticky with spots. I did clean my room and all this stuff came right up. There was also something purple on the wall in the bathroom. I wiped a section of it with my cleaner and it came right off, which means they did not attempt to clean it. There was also A LOT of condensation on my toilet tank and nothing I hung in the bathroom dried overnight so I hung it elsewhere. I was very pleased that my sheets were clean when I inspected my bed. The breakfast staff was adamant about keeping the dining area clean between guests. I did visit the gym and the Jacuzzi, no issues with either. The water fountain near that area was disgusting. They have the feature where you can refill your bottle. Because the fountain was so nasty I happened to look where the water comes from as you fill your bottle and there was a ring of black mold. This is why I gave low ratings for condition and cleanliness.

I specially asked the front desk lady for a room close to the elevator. She did not oblige. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would not stay at that location again and I probably will not stay at Embassy Suites. The quality seems sub tier.

We were underwhelmed by this hotel. Our room smelled like a pool as soon as we walked in. The refrigerator in our room didnt work (and we needed it this trip) and the air conditioning was barely putting out any air period. One nice thing about this stay, was the maintenance man who can to our room. Although nothing was actually fixed, he was the very pleasant. He did inform us all the rooms ending in "12" like ours were having problelms with the air conditioning. The pool/hot tub area required a neon yellow wristband for entry, which struck us as odd. But it was so hot in there you could barely breathe anyway, so we didnt stay long. The nice man at the omelet station was probably the only other highlight of our stay. Breakfast was just ok. We ended up checking out early because we couldnt sleep another night there with the A/C not working properly.

NO A/C the whole weekend. My skyline suite had one large conference table in the commons area. For a suite that size. Definitely needed at least one sofa. Big kudos to the omelette chef!!!! He had an amazing patience and the omelette were amazing once you were able to get one. The weekend crowd was out of site.

Two adults and one child - we had a room booked that would have two beds and the pull-out sofa. Initially we were put on the 4th floor, but the room's air conditioner was so loud my child would not have been able to sleep, so we requested a room change. We moved up to the 8th floor at that point - unfortunately for my 83 year old father it was insufferably hot in the next room. We then moved to a set of rooms on the 2nd floor which were cool (mid to upper 70's) and quiet. The staff was working hard to help us find the right setup, the maintenance staff did what they could with what they had - the building OWNERS need to invest in their property and upgrade the air conditioning units. The ancient units being replaced with slightly less ancient units is NOT the way to go. Baltimore isn't going to get any cooler year over year so spend the money NOW to make the investment or you will lose customers. It was too hot in the atrium for the complimentary breakfast so we wound up eating at a separate restaurant that was climate controlled. For our troubles we were offered the standard 10,000 Hilton Honors points but as of this posting they have not showed up in my account. We stayed in the hotel last week.

Very Decent hotel! My only complaint was the water pressure being more like a slow and soft drizzle than a Shower. Other than that, wish I could have stayed longer, but had to catch an AM flight back home.

This is a fine hotel. We always love the spacious suites of the Embassy Suites Hotel. This one did not disappoint. The bed was comfortable with king size pillows to match the king bed! I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The front office personnels were so friendly and professional. Even though we got there early they made sure we were checked in and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was so good. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to use same hotel in the near future. Thank you

Corporate will be getting a call from myself and other paying patrons who had to endure the foolishness and snide remarks from the breakfast omlete station lady, who the lady at the desk said her name was Mae. But she didnt know her last name. 5th time i had to deal with this snide individual. Hire someone with the intelligence to make an omlete without berating them at the same time. Note: lady at the front desk didnot know the Corporate address or website. She gave me the hotel address instead.. Really?.

I have always enjoyed staying at Embassy suites. Use to be one of my favorite hotels until this past stay. None of my room phones worked, so I had to keep calling the front desk for everything which sometimes I never even got through. I complained 3 days straight about having the phones looked at and no one ever came. I tried ordering room service which I had to keep doing from the front desk for them to transfer me and no one in the kitchen ever picked up, so me and my kids had to starve for a night and the other nights I had to order out. When my son opened the curtains the whole entire bracket and curtains fell on him. One lady at the front desk was rude to my daughter when she told her their key didn't work to the pool. She responded by saying because you are not guest in this hotel, you need to leave. My daughter told her yes I am and showed her, her room key smh. She was so quick to be rude without even knowing the facts. I complained to the lady at the front desk and she didn't offer to help at all. She just kept saying I will send someone up which they never came. And, there was so much screaming in the hallway, you would have thought someone was getting murdered. And the security kept following my sons around the hotel watching their every move, when they were just going swimming. Yeah! This hotel will never see me or any of my family again. Just a horrible experience all the way around.

We stayed here for a football game and wanted to be close to the stadium. The reason I gave the rankings that I did was because the day we left, we walked towards our car in the parking lot and noticed multiple cars that were vandalized and some cars their tires and rims were stolen. If it wasn't for this issue, my rankings would've been higher. The staff was nice, room clean, breakfast was good, gym great, and the hotel provides a airport shuttle. The only thing was the parking lot issue, which the hotel provides security but it's probably just for the inside of the hotel and not the customers cars parked in the hotels parking lot.

This is a very nice hotel and we always stay here since it is close to the airport and family. The staff are excellent and really try to make your feel welcome. the breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station is really great. The coffee is perfect. However... I don't feel safe in the area. The area, like much of Baltimore has deteriorated.

Location was perfect for our journey heading back to Florida. Hotel itself is an older facility and you can tell… overall it is clean and service is exceptional. The free breakfast could use some help. Everything was cold and looked like it was sitting around all day( at 7am??) when breakfast began at 6. If needed we would use it again but there are other newer hotels here to choose from

I liked that it was a convenient location regardless of your particular form of transportation: it's a shuttle stop from BWI and it is a few miles from major highways yet it is relatively quiet surroundings. I was able to workout before breakfast. I also liked that there is a swimming pool.

Room and everything was great, we only stayed here because our flight was cancelled and I have had a good experience with Embassy and their breakfast and they offer free shuttle from the airport. Only complaint was once the breakfast was closed, it was closed. We got there 20 minutes before closing and waited in a long line to have omelettes. By then, all of the other of food was either gone or shut down. The breakfast should stay open at least 30 minutes post closure imo.

Below average stay for an Embassy Suites.Parking lot was full so everyone was parking in no parking areas and the breakfast buffet was poorly run. Kids touching the food and they ran out of clean silverware. Next time will stay at a smaller less chaotic hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful with the cook to order option. Very nice hotel, comfortable beds. I must Mention TJ, the shuttle service driver. It is due to his kindness from a previous trip to the area. I had an unpleasant experience with another hotel's shuttle service that never came after multiple calls. TJ was so gracious helping us in the cold month of January. I told him because of him, my next visit to the area I was staying at Embassy Suites, so I did! I was so happy when TJ picked me up from the airport on this trip. Great, dedicated employee who loves the customers.

Parking is a mess. The pool was unavailable. The breakfast staff needs support especially with cleaning up. There were 2 people and they had a hard time keeping the areas cleaned and stocked. The juice area must be clogged because the lady had to keep pouring out the liquid that catches the juice. The precooked bacon was not good and waffle mix was awful.

What I like about the embassy is there rooms are nice and I like the breakfast offerings but I don’t the fact that some food is not hot Some breakfast staff were rude. The elevators were not working only one! Usually my stay is good but I noticed it seems to be diminishing in some areas. I will say the front desk people tried their best to be accommodating

I was charged a deposit that I was not told about until I got there. There were white stains on the curtains and water damage on the walls which I took a videotape of in case they tried to not give me the deposit back. The mattress was very uncomfortable. And their breakfast was weak! Would not recommend it.
