Me and my wife were looking to spend some time to use the pool at this location, but the pool was closed. We went back to our rooms only to encounter there was an issue with the power. I feel like management should have told us at the front desk that there were issues in the hotel but nobody said nothing. I feel like we were cheated out out of our money. I am giving this a one star because this happened to us twice within two days. I always use Hilton and this is a shame for them.

Hallway baseboards were visibly crumbling and detaching from walls. I was on 4th floor with no working ice machine. 5th floor had no working ice machine. 3rd floor was the only working machine. Toilet backed up after only one (#1) use. Staff was courteous and maintenance did respond adequately.

Other than not being able to park in the parking lot because there weren't any available spaces, it was OK. I had to park in "overflow" parking. The overflow parking appeared to be a lot for the business next door but was most likely closed due to it being a weekend.

I reported twice that I’m extremely sensitive (due to pregnancy) to the cleaning products used by maintenance, as they were much stronger than any I’ve encountered at other hotels. Instead of addressing the concern, the staff responded dismissively and moved me to an “allergy-free” room - which, as they knew, doesn’t actually exist - and that room was in worse condition than the first. The hotel itself was poorly maintained: the furniture was peeling, the bathroom grout was dirty, and there was even a spider in the first room. I ultimately did not stay at the hotel because of these issues, yet I was still charged for the rooms despite not staying in them. Given the circumstances, I’m requesting a full refund for the charges. It’s disappointing that a property under this brand would handle a guest’s health concerns so poorly, especially one involving pregnancy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, addresses the lack of cleanliness and communication, and ensures that future guests aren’t treated this way.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I should share my experience in case other guests face the same. I stayed from August 2 to August 3, and during my stay, I noticed unpleasant smells in the hotel and especially in my room. The bed sheets, covers, and pillows had a strong bad odor, which made it uncomfortable. There weren’t many amenities in the room, and housekeeping never came to check. The bathroom trash was full, and I wasn’t informed if I needed to request cleaning, which was disappointing. I hope the management can improve these things for future guests.

I booked this hotel on June 20th 2025 and June 21st 2025. On arrival I could see it was visibly dirty the floors had caked up dust by the wall trims on the floor. The couch was so dirty I couldn’t seat. The paper wall had peeled considerably. By the second day I saw a roach on the bathroom floor. By the end of the night I had killed 3 roaches total. I alerted staff they offered to switched my room, within 5mins another roach. Needless to say I wasn’t comfortable sleeping in any of the rooms. Unfortunately it was about 1am at this time. All other other hotels would have been booked as confirmed by front desk staff. I pleaded to stay in their secondary lobby until morning as I would be leaving for the airport that morning. They refused and security insisted I leave and called the police. He was upset that I raised my voice although I never insulted him. I am yet to get a refund. The manager was very unhelpful. Please stay away from this hotel!

If you don’t mind getting a room with sheets that clearly haven’t been changed since the last guest (wrinkly, hairs, damp), peeling wallpaper, crooked art on the wall, water-damaged ceilings, and a dresser that is falling apart and won’t even open, this is the place for you. If you prefer to stay somewhere clean that doesn’t look like a room from a horror film, you might want to stay elsewhere.

Toilet in the room took 3 tries to flush, rust around sink fixtures, tub drain clogged, discolored lighting fixture in bathroom, stains present on interior bathroom door, dust on tables, oil stain on comforter and ice machines on floor 5 & 4 broken. Overall, stay was ok but will never book again

Stayed one night to catch an early flight. Room was clean, quiet, and provided me what I needed — a place to stay and a ride to BWI on a 5am shuttle. Noisy rooms. We could hear Conversations several rooms away. Broken stopper for the sink. Water would not drain. No TV remote in the room. Once we received a remote and turned on the TV there was NO signal so no channels no TV. Old beat up scared furniture. I overpaid for what I received!

The hotel is clean and well-run. The 24-hour shuttle was prompt to pick me up at 2:30 AM; excellent service! Pre-paid breakfast through Expedia was a great value. Definitely pre-pay if you want to eat breakfast at the hotel. Everyone on staff was welcoming and helpful. It was a pleasure to be there after a difficult day traveling.

Specifically selected Doubletree because of Hilton reputation and because of airport shuttle. This was a last minute booking due to flight cancellation, so airport shuttle was imperative in choice. Hotel was 2.6 miles from airport. We waited 50 minutes for shuttle. Calling hotel directly to inquire about shuttle, we were hung up on, put in hold, snapped at, and rudely treated. Reservation offered breakfast included for a fee, which we agreed to. However breakfast didn’t start until 6:30/AM and we were told we, in fact, did not get free breakfast, and that it couldn’t possibly be served before our 7AM shuttle. After showing hotel receptionist our confirmation showing breakfast included, she was quite rude and dismissed us. Because we needed to be on the 7 AM shuttle, we left without breakfast, having paid extra for it. In all my years as a Hilton Honors member staying at many Hilton properties across the country, I have never been so poorly treated or so disappointed in the service. I would NEVER recommend this property to any traveler.

The restaurant was closed on one of the busiest holidays which is an extreme inconvenience. They also required a $50 deposit at check in which was NOT stated when booking and paid for the entire room already. They ask of your a Hilton honors member but you get zero points booking with Expedia which is ridiculous. The rooms looked like motels with chipping paint and lights that do not work. I was misled by all the positive reviews. Would never stay here again

Check in was good - they allowed early check in. The room was modest but large enough. There were dirty towels in the bathroom when we arrived. The ceiling was water stained and there was a moldy smell in the hallways. The soda machines on the floors didn't work. The only dining option was a 'buffet' style breakfast for $18/each. This meal was so unattractive that we didn't eat there. The staff that we interacted with was friendly. Overall - the hotel is old and dated. It does not feel clean or welcoming.

The breakfast was not complimentary as well as access to morning coffee in the lobby. The breakfast that was available was $18.00 and was a limited buffet with no menu options. We checked out and went elsewhere. I expected more like other Hilton hotels. Van drivers were pleasant and helpful with our luggage.

Check in was excellent...very capable and helpful front desk (especially at 1am when I checked in!). Room was fine-elevator was dirty at 4am when we left. Someone either forgot to use the garbage or was just completely selfish as they threw their chicken meal and bones all over the elevator floor. But otherwise, I am sure we would stay here again. The shuttle was nice. I think one of the guys was a little too flirty on the shuttle, it made me feel a little uncomfortable. So You do have to pay for breakfast. Breakfast is not free. I think it's $15.99. I make a breakfast.The 1st day, it was not good.My pancakes were fried, so they were super hard all the way around and I could hear the pan that it was in sizzling , so i'm thinking something might have been wrong with the heating element or whatever they used to make it. There was a guy that worked there.I think his name might have been James. He was a tall black guy, he was very helpful and attentive , and I appreciated that. There was a couple that was next door to me and they had a baby and the baby was crying and I was working inside of my room, and it was very loud to the point that I requested to have my room changed and he was able to change it and make sure that I was in a room and not by someone who had a baby or small children, it was greatly appreciated. I was able to conduct my interview without interruptions and finish the rest of my work up.
