This hotel is very deceiving from the outside. The inside is extremely old and outdated. It was not very clean and the hotel and rooms have an old misty odor. The breakfast is coffee with powdered creamer and cereal. We wouldn’t stay again.

Staff was excellent. Facility has seen its better days. Good for 1 night. I would not stay there again. HVAC sounds like a F-16 taking off throughout the night. Didn't have a shower curtain when we arrived but staff member took care of that. TV wouldn't connect the first night, but staff connected. Football Saturday night no one could get the TV online. Parking lot full in the morning so it still must be making money.

The property is everything you would expect for the price. It's well priced and OK location - staff are friendly and helpful. The TV in our room didn't work - it was promptly swapped out for another. Washing machine in guest laundry was not working - and didn't get fixed during our stay which was not so good. And complimemtary breakfast was minimalistic, but again for the room rate charged it's OK.

The link that they text is fabulous for checking in through. Especially since we were not checking in until 9pm. Our paperwork was printed with our key set on top. Quickest checkin ever! The soda machine is cashless, $2.50 a bottle. Just past that is laundry for guests to use with a wall detergent dispenser to purchase what you needed to wash & dry your clothes. Breakfast is minimalist. Grab & Go. This is the perfect place to sleep & go. It is not expenssive. Rooms are clean. Firm bed & soft pillows. Tv, microwave, fridge, safe, iron, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and makeup wipes are in the room if needed. The room was quiet and parking was satisfactory. BAM! Make your reservation now.

The hotel is clean and a decent stay. The hotel is quite outdated and does not have an elevator. We set the temperature in the room to 65 at night and for some reason it was warm even though the AC was blowing cold. The wifi coverage is not good in the room.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean but needs the rug replaced. We stayed for about five nights and the staff was great about an extra towel as needed. There was one washer and dryer set and they worked very well. The breakfast was minimal with muffins, coffee, etc. The shower had good pressure but was sporadic with hot/cold water. Lots of parking. Worked fine for our needs

Upon arrival, the keys to my room did not work had to give me another room then my neighbors played loud music in their rooms so I had to change to another room. The carpet could use a little cleaning. There are lights out in the hallway and in the parking lot the parking lot has a lot of potholes not good for my car.

The room was not super clean. The floor was dirty. It looked like it had not been vacuumed. There was a long dark hair on the one bed. The breakfast was really lacking. Would have been nice to have the option of waffles or even toast.

Though the staff was friendly this place was gross. Room smelled musty, towels smelled like they were washed in vinegar, sticky stuff on the floor, hair in the shower, showerhead made a loud sqeal noise the entire time i was in it, the desk chair was missing a wheel and i almost fell over, could hear every footstep above us and people arguing in the parking lot. There's a reason it's only $90. Won't come near this place again.

There was a musty smell in the room; no screen when we opened the window to air it out. Hole in door; mattresses busted, comforters dirty. No milk for cereal; no ice for coolers. I could go on and on. Worst stay.

It was spotless. We had a room with a walk-in shower. I was dumbfounded how much water was on the floor in the bathroom. It made the floor slippery. Maybe you should have extra towels to put down or have the floors made slip resistant

I really wanted to like this place….not bad in terms of overall cleanliness, staff was nice but our room stunk! It was supposed to be non smoking but the whole room reeked of old cigarettes which in turn made all of our stuff stink too. Not happy about that at all. The walls are very thin as well… not a complaint just an observation.

The inside of the room was ok in the cleanliness factor but the whole place just needs a good deep cleaning! The hallway carpet was absolutely filthy! The one bed slopped really bad to one side but the pillows were nice and soft so that was a plus. For what we paid it was honestly an ok stay but we’ll do our best to never stay there again.

Immediately was told that a $50 per room deposit was required that went into effort the day before my reservation. Was supposed to have connecting rooms but was told none were available even though there was hardly any other guests there. One key card from each set didnt work and I also had to help a guest who was having problems with their key as well. The smoke detector was dangling by wires from the ceiling in one room. There was also a missing outlet cover and a microwave that only worked when it wanted. I'm very unhappy with my stay and I am still waiting for my deposits to be refunded. Very unprofessional especially when coming from out of state.

You get MORE than what you pay for. I have stayed here 3 times in the last year. My son is a freshman at Adrian College. I’ve stayed in a few hotels and VRBOs This is the best deal in town. Very very very clean. Seriously it is a “cheaper” hotel and I’ve stayed in some expensive places but I’ve never been in a cleaner room. Meticulous…And I’ve been in 3 of rheir rooms. Front desk staff is ridiculously friendly and happy to help. It’s almost like a family business. They have a fish bowl on the counter when you check in. Easy parking, safe quiet area. Anything you need. The bathrooms have newer sinks and tubs and fixtures. Furniture in the bedroom is older and dated but in good condition. The beds however have new mattresses and are firm and comfortable. TVs are newer and nice. All channels including big ten network, SEC . network… anything you want. Nothing fancy but nothing to be disappointed about. Great staff!! Great people.

The night worker was unprofessional and very rude. My first stay I specifically asked the night lady not to run my card. I paid cash. She ran my card and I was charged for insufficient funds. The Manager of the Wyndom Adrian is the wrong person for that job.

I would stay again, the only problem i had was breakfast was until 9 and at 830 the breakfast bar was completely empty, not a piece of bread in site and no one was at front desk to ask for something.
