Nice stay, the pool was not working which was one of the reasons we switched hotels from Court Yard to Hampton. We asked for some sort of compensation for the lack of the use of the pool. (The kids were really disappointed) The front desk was not very cordial when asked, especially because I specifically asked if there was a pool when booking that same morning. They did mention they refunded other guest their deposits and cancellation fees when they told them the pool was not working. Other than that it was a great stay and the service was very good.

Friendly staff. Riley was very attentive and friendly at evening check in. Seemed there was some repairs happening. Smell in the halls from water damage maybe. They had heaters and he humidifiers running. Pool was warm and fun for kids. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommend they upgrade the tissues- very rough on the nose. There is breakfast but we unfortunately missed it. Wish they served a bit later on weekends. Would stay again.

The facility was well maintained and clean, I rated it a 3 because the pool was closed during our stay. The immediate area was fine but just next door is a nearly completely abandoned shopping mall that is not well cared for.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast bar was fantastic. The ppol room was very warm but the water was chilly for me. Their was no hot tub, which we though was strange. We loved that we could watch the fireworks from our room as we were on the 4th floor.

Hotel had recently had a major water issue so there were fans and air filters and the third floor had major work being done, wish we had known in advance. Definitely smelled of an issue on the fourth floor. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the room had trash on the floor and the shower wasn’t that clean. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and clearly has been redone with the holes in the wall next to it. Breakfast was alright and the staff was friendly and kind.

The floors of the hotel room itself were absolutely disgusting. I dont believe the floors of the bathroom have ever been mopped and the carpet left black on the bottoms of our bare feet.

By far the worst beds I’ve ever laid in. I say laid and not slept because I was too uncomfortable to sleep for the two days I was there. Whoever owns this place really cheaped out on the beds and pillows. Bring your own if you decide to stay here, but there are much better options. Very disappointing from a Hilton sponsored hotel.

Hotel abutts a closed shopping mall. Hotel was general clean and well maintained. Room was clean except that the toilet was clogged when we checked in. They sent someone within 5 mins to fix it. Our room backed up to the kitchen on the first floor, so it was noisy starting at about 5am. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly.

Three issues that prevented us from rating totally excellent. The king bed top sheet was very narrow. The shower curtain was short causing some leakage. The bathroom barn door didn't close easily. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay!

Everything was wonderful! The check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and spacious (two doubles). The bathroom was clean, and the shower head was high enough and the water hot. The mattress and pillows gave me a good night’s rest. The continental breakfast was better than most. All this and the price was far lower than expected even though it was Memorial Weekend. A tremendous experience.

I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk gave me the option to cancel my reservation because the pool was not in service. I said please cancel, she told me it had been canceled, then I left. Later they charged my card, I requested reimbursement and the hotel didn't want to do it because they say I stayed. But I didn't. Awful customer service!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this Adrian, MI location. My husband contracted Covid and we were sequestered, in our room for two days! The staff, especially ‘Jasmine” went, above and beyond, in the courteous, helpful department!!

The hotel was very nice and new and clean. Breakfast was great. We did have a problem with our reservation which turned out to be completely their fault but it was an honest mistake and they worked hard to solve the problem as quickly as possible and compensate us for the mistake and apologize. You don’t always see that kind of customer service these days! So I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Showed up at 130am with room already booked prior to arrival. Sat in the lobby for hours with other customers trying to check in while their “internet was down”. We asked if there was no one else she could call, a manager, another hotel, corporate, anyone?!?! No. No was the answer we all got. So when I asked if we were all supposed to sleep in the lobby, even though we all had prior booking and our paid receipts, we were told that we can have a refund if we like. A REDUND?? At now 230am?!?! There are zero hotel within an hour of this location with any availability. I’m stuck sleeping in my truck. Thanks Hampton!!

We stayed here for 4 nights attending a funeral. Don’t have enough good things to say. Rooms were very nice, clean and modern. We needed a handicap room. Our room didn’t have a seat in the shower (some rooms do) but the staff was so accommodating and installed a shower bench very quickly for my dad. We so appreciative of the staff being so accommodating whether it was to clean the room a little later, letting us know when our last minute package arrived and just being friendly. The breakfast everyday was really good - breakfast potatoes, sausage/bacon, eggs/mini cheese egg omelettes, pastries, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, I could go on and on. With it being a hard weekend, it was a huge relief to have such a nice hotel and delicious breakfast everyday. Thank you everyone at this location. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while!

Staff were exceptional helpful and friendly. I was traveling with a partner with memory deficit. When he asked questions or looked like him was not sure where to go the girls at the front desk were very kind to him. Our stay was 5 days and when I would come in late afternoon, they were quick to ask how my day was. You can be very proud of you staff. MFA

I went to Adrian for business and my wife went with me. We stayed in this hotel last October, she really enjoyed it. So we stayed here again and were very pleased with our choice. Nice hotel and good service. The surrounding areas are nice as well with many good restaurants.

Convenient, efficient and very nice conditions with pleasant rooms, a good bed and a modern bathroom. The surroundings could be nicer (a closed mall with a gigantic largely empty parking lot), but a very good place to use as a base for visiting Adrian (Siena Heights University, Adrian College, etc).

We came in for a funeral. The friendly atmosphere made our stay accommodating. Coffee tea station was available 24 hours. Room clean. Breakfast was good. I love the whip cream and strawberry for the waffles. Other places only give you syrup. Nice touch to breakfast. Staff was wonderful. Lots of parking. Close to everything.

1st room had electrical issues. 2nd room was fine, but had a sofa and one wheeled chair. My wife and I had a meal and with only one chair available I stood and ate. The desk was the only place to sit the food and eat. Breakfast was ok, but had to warm the coffee and food as it was just warm, not hot.
