When we got in the room non of the lights was working the room was really cold we put the heat on on the highest # and it was still cold i went to get a towel to use it and it was really really dirty and had black spots on it i will never go to that hotel ever again the hot tub was not like the picture at all and was broken i will never go there again.

What I did not like about it if it's enclosed to an old building and they're heating air conditioning units for the heating heat setting it will only get so warm and during the winter I can just imagine how cold those rooms actually are

Outside of the motel has recently been updated. Exterior door does not lock - provides an excellent sense of insecurity. Hand rail on the stairs leading to 2nd floor is about to fall off the wall. Absolutely no ventilation in the stuffy hallways. Rooms look as if the last time they were remodeled was the early 1980s. Mattresses were handy-downs from a local prison. One star for recently painting the exterior and friendly staff.

Recommend to skip this one. Became nauseous because of the heavy lingering Marijuana and cigarette smoke smell. Could not sleep and finally went out to my car around 6am, just to get away from the smells. Can still smell on the clothes we wore into the rooms. Spend the money to stay at a pricier place.

When we got there a man was irate compaining about the room being dirty and bed bugs. The attendant got scared and closed the window and thretened to call police. He appologized to me and said rooms were clean and if I saw bugs come back down to desk. nervously I entered room and went straight to matress found a bed bug videoed it and took it to him. He asked me you found "YOU FOUND ONE BUG". I asked how many did I need to find? Got a refund and left.

Rooms were dirty, had to change room 4 times wouldn’t give refund so I just left. Used adult diaper was in one room, other room had no fridge and lights were broken, one room was missing the shower head, another the wall unit was broken and sounded like a generator so they showed the last room and didn’t notice till later on the heat was broken and they wouldn’t change the room any more and they wouldn’t refund

This hotel is gross, bodily fluids on walls. Pubes on floor filth everywhere. Room smelled of stale cigarettes and filth. Will NEVER STAY AGAIN. Hotels.com should not have this on their site. Health department should investigate. Slept in our vehicle it will not allow me to add pictures but i have them

overall dirty everywhere，corridor capret was the worst，broken cabinet door. Though I told front desk to refill shampoo, nobody did it. The afternoon shif manager told me it is locked by laundry staff, blah blah. Worst experience.

The hotel stinks, the bed is extremely uncomfortable, the rooms are old as heck, when I asked for a different room because half of the outlets and half of the lights in my room did not work. They told me they were renovating the whole first floor, so they didn’t have any rooms, I picked this hotel because the outside look nice and my dumb self got here and before I got to the room booked an extra three days. I am checking out at 11 and going to the hotel up the street.

The receptionist started off with poor service and an attitude, put me in a room I didn't book that hadn't been cleaned, then once placed in the correct booking that room also wasn't cleaned and the receptionist wouldn't correct the mistake nor gave a refund. Never again.

Room was bad. No toilet paper, not even a place to put it. One light in whole place. Dirty, gross outdated. Front desk guy acted bothered we were there to check in. Front desk lady in the morning was rude when we inquired about breakfast, becuase there was a sign stating there was breakfast, but she was rude saying they didnt offer it. Would never stay here, so avoid it.

This place is terrible. The room had no clean towels there were ashes in the bathroom, about a third of a roll of tissuse, the lamp shade was broken sitting on top of the light bulb, microwave didn't work, woke up to the carpet being wet from the leaking fridge. The young man at the front desk was extremely rude. I originally had this place booked for 2 nights. But I canceled my second night because this place is just that bad

In the reservation it said free breakfast included for the price of the booking and there it\'s none whatsoever... The Hotel claimed that it\'s a "print mistake" from Expedia.
