The place is older and shoes it. The room was a bit small but clean. Staff was great! Friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was decent hot buffet style. Great coffee. Only real complaint was the strong weed smell in thee stairway we had to use because the elevators were not working

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. Breakfast ended earlier than were used to at 9:30, but were brunch people anyway. The elevator did NOT work so that was very challenging and inconvenient as we were on the 3rd floor. My husband is a senior. The restroom in lobby also was out of service so while having coffee we'd have to go up 3 flights of stairs to use the restroom. On hotels.com it said there was a restaurant. There was not. The hotel DID offer a shuttle so we did get a shuttle downtown to our concert and back. Ken, the driver, was great. We walked to restaurants and Meijer marketplace grocery which was convenient. Coffee was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Not much of a view, but grateful for the a/c.
