It worked for the purposes we needed it for. The staff were very friendly. The hot tub however didn’t work (although there was water in it) and the rooms could use updating.

very run down property- used to be a Super 8 in the past and who knows when that was- it is very old, pool area was out of order which was not stated on the website nor expedia site- based on reviews I have since read, it has not been functional for at least a year! We booked this location for use of the pool for a family weekend- would have never booked here knowing the pool area was out of order. False advertising- photos make this hotel appear newer and maintained. If we would have had another opportunity to stay elsewhere we would have checked out immediately. One positive is the room appeared clean- but the whole facility is very run down and old. Owners came to our door day of check out in the morning asking if we planned to check out- it was only 9am! Went down for coffee in the am and the liquid creamers were solidified. Yuck,. Stay elsewhere. Might be the worst hotel I have stayed in.

Owners were very very kind, but they were overbooked for what they could handle. The bad: Took almost 25 minutes to check in because there were problems with the printer. Rooms were very outdated, ran out of towels for the pool. Hot tub was same temperature as the pool. The good: Showers were clean and had great water pressure, hotel was quiet, and again, the owners were very nice people.

The owners were very polite. Expedia sold me a queen size room. When we arrived at the hotel they were all out, offered a king instead then tried to charge me the difference. I asked to cancel my room at that point, I was not going to pay another $16 in an Up charge fee. The owner then offered us the King at the price we paid already. He said it was Expedia, overselling queen size rooms. As for my comment "misleading on amenities" the hot tub was not hot, the sauna was out of order, there was a broken smoke alarm in our room, lock on the window was broken. As for the" Breakfast included" what a JOKE!! Breakfast choices consisted of coffee, tea, fruit(an apple or banana) and a small slice of coffeecake served on a small countertop in the lobby, not in the cafe area.

Ample parking, owners on property and very nice. We didnt shower so i cant speak about the water pressure. There is not a coffee maker in the room but they have contential breakfast.

The price was right for a one night stay. The gym and the pool were not open and was not disclosed on the website.

It was very quiet. My kids loved being in the pool and the hot tub. It was clean and the people there was really nice.

People were very nice, check in was easy. We chose hotels on our road trip for 3 main reasons, 1. Pool/ hot tub 2. Breakfast 3. Price/ location. We got checked in only to find the pool/ hot tub and gym were all closed. Breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing to because the waffle irons were broken. Overall the room was clean and workers were friendly.

I did rent 2 rooms. One room was in very good conditions, second room (#109) had a very bad odor,the window didn’t open. The sink had rust, bad odors in bathroom.

Nothing like the photos suggested. The room was filthy, smelled like heavy mold. The beds were hard as a rock. The hallways smelled like curry. TV channels did not work. Horrible experience.

Clean, crisp sheets on the bed. That's what is needed. Staff very kind.

The staff/manger was very nice and even gave me the room for cheaper than what I booked it for which was awesome! The room was dirty and in need of a complete make over. The room smelt of cigarettes so bad. Which sadly once someone smokes ins room it’s ruined and so hard to get out. Something was also wrong with the AC unit, the window didn’t lock. I would stay again but not for an extended stay. Hopefully, the owners can put some money into the place and steam clean the rooms to get the cigarette smoke out. All the best! And thanks again!

The folks at the front desk were not friendly. They kept finding excuses for us not to be able to use the pool or hot tub. Had to get our own towels. Were told after going down to get our own and bringing down wet towels to not leave them in the room however there was no room service- cleaning of any sort that occurred after our first night. This place was dirty with hair in the sinks, toilet seat was broken. Light in bathroom didnt work. Hallways smell like cheap cologne and Indian Food.

Room was smelly. The fridge and most other electronics including lights were unplugged on arrival. Smelled terribly of wet dog. Front desk staff were very slow and barely understood me. “Breakfast” offerings were slim. Looks like a super 8 knock off as phone and wifi were still saying super 8 with the logo. Very odd

To start off i booked with Expedia and was charged, I get there and register and im charged again by the Motel. When you lay on the bed you sink to the frame. The a/c was LOUD but didnt cool off the room. No cups in the room, electric outlets with no cover plate and falling from its cavity. It was a horrible experience.

Convenient fairly reasonable on price - beds were terrible TV didn’t work 1st night but was replaced the next day

Had to drive back to the nearest door, walk inside, leave key, and walk back out . Not convenient. Also they said coffee would be on at 5am. Nothing and no one in sight. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Was nice for 1 night.

Classic older style Super 8 hotel that apparently went independent. So it’s pretty much what you would expect at a Super 8. Just off US Route 2 so it was convenient for an overnight stop. Everything worked and it was reasonably clean. The bed was on the firm side, it could use a memory foam mattress topper. For the room rate it was a pretty good value.

Owner who check us in ask to pray together. I have no issue with religion but itbis a place of business not a church. There was hair one of the beds. Trim missing from the wall. Ac was loud. Smallest tv I have ever seen in a hotel. Lobby and hall smelled horrible. Thankfully only there to sleep but would not stay again.

We booked a room as we were driving in from another area of Michigan, and were easily able to get a room. It is quiet, on the edge of town, and the check in was easy. The night desk person was wonderful! The property is older, but well kept, the linens were clean and the bed comfortable.

Staff is A ….very attentive to customer needs and willing to serve. Best nights sleep I had on my 1600 mile journey. Highly recommend.

Check in took extremely long time. Run down and older but clean and fine for something cheap.

Staff was friendly, but pushed their religious beliefs

We arrived late, the owner appeared intoxicated as he fell out of his chair getting to the copy machine. We requested extra pillows and were told we would have to wait until after their dinner, at 11pm. Which was fine but they never brought them to us. We specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool. Both were closed while we were there. The owner argued with the agent we booked through, lying about everything. Needless to say we got our money back for the following 2 nights and stayed elsewhere.

Desk staff was very argumentative with me that I was bringing a dog (I was not and they insisted I was ??) The people helping us seemed to be the only staff (there evening and am) but still seemed to struggle with making keys and assisting customers.

Terrible experience. I made a reservation using Expedia and was lectured as soon as I checked in because I didn't reserve with them directly, and was told they were full. After I told them that the $109 was taken out of my account so I either need a refund or a room, they found me a room. Check-in took about 20 minutes. When we got to the room, we discovered that you couldn't shut the bathroom door unless you lifted the toilet seat because it was the wrong size. The TV didn't work and when we asked about it, we were told everything works in the room and maybe our kids could figure it out. The hot tub was cold and they closed the pool an hour and 20 minutes early. The breakfast room opened 10 minutes late. The man at the front desk kept recruiting guests to join him in his prayer circles. I talked to several other guests while we were there. They had broken TV screens, air conditioners that weren't working, and some were even given single bed rooms even though they reserved a kitchenette suite with queen beds. This place is a disaster. Next time I will spend the extra money to stay anywhere else.

We booked a room as we were driving in from another area of Michigan, and were easily able to get a room. It is quiet, on the edge of town, and the check in was easy. The night desk person was wonderful! The property is older, but well kept, the linens were clean and the bed comfortable.

No coffee, glasses, only 1 small bar of soap in bathroom, only 2 small pillows on bed which wasn't very comfortable. we wanted to check out at 7 a.m. when the doors were to be unlocked, having an appointment at 7:30 a.m. After waiting for a bit, we finally got checked out. A copy of my credit card was made when we checked in. Not good!!!

Was surprised that there was no coffee in the room. I left the motel around 7a and there was no coffee or breakfast items.

The room carpet was wet, room and the hotel in general was stingy and noisy, the sledge continental breakfast, poor preparation and fewer options near to say was 2 option.

Good coffee. Very nice staff, friendly. Very clean. Slightly older microwave and air conditioner. But they worked.

It was just old it was ok for one night breakfast sucked though you get what you pay for
