This is a great hotel with many features not found elsewhere. My family and i enjoyed the bags boards along with the hike to the top of the ski hill. The indoor salt water pool and sauna were great. Will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area.

The A/C was not working, and the outside temp was in the 90's. Could not sleep. The shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap dispensers were broke so I had to physically remove them from the wall to use them. The service in the restaurant was terrible for both my dinner and breakfast. I was ignored by wait staff. My breakfast was not what I ordered and was burnt.

Checked in and no one said anything so we went to our room and tried to turn tv on it didn’t work so went to front desk and told front desk and she said oh yeah that tv has been broken for 2 weeks I said well that’s not going to work we need a tv and she said we have no more rooms I said we are not staying in there without a tv she said well you can’t get a refund as it’s prepaid! What are you talking about a paid for a working tv and room and if you can’t give it we are leaving! Then some so called owner or manager came and said you are not getting a refund I said yes I am as you don’t provide a working room that you advertise so apparently it’s false advertisement as they expect you to not watch tv so beware of room 206! Also the door hits the toilet and don’t open all the way bathroom is so small and charged top dollar but if you prepay guess your not entitled to amenities! DO NOT STAY HERE terrible all the way around as we stayed 2 years ago and was great must be new owners and it definitely shows!

The parking situation for the guest was very poor. There was another ski, jumping event being held. Which limited the parking for the guests of hotel. I was told prior to that that all I had to do was show my reservation and that I would have a parking spot during the event in the hotel parking lot when I arrived. There was no parking available. I had to park a long ways away from the hotel, which was inconvenient. I would think that paying $300 for a night at your hotel you would at least provide parking for the guest in the actual hotel parking lot, not mile and a half away. Other than that, the employees were courteous and understood my dissatisfaction in the parking situation. I would hope that you would rectify the parking situation prior to next year‘s event.

Being located at the base of the ski hill and the ski jump makes for a beautiful setting. The property is aged but well maintained and very clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Famers is a very nice bar & restaurant.

The air didn’t work and the front desk said it’s on the wall. End room. Next staff confirmed not on wall. Very hot and no air. Bearable with window open but then very loud. Phone in room didn’t work and apparently it is hit or miss to have working phone in room.

Showed up they gave me a room, went to the room and room wasnt cleaned from prior guest. Went back down to the front desk. They told me they had no other rooms available and would get it cleaned. After 30 min i asked what was going on. They said they were waiting on someone to come in ahd clean the room. I waited another hour before i got the keys and able to get in. By this time it was 11pm.

Shower floor and showerhead was dirty, the bathroom door couldnt open completely due to the toilet blocking the door..the toilet btw was also sandwiched right up on the wall, the mini fridge was also dirty...staff was awesome, and the saltwater pool was fun.

We had an amazing time staying at Pine Mountain! My adult kids and grandkids stayed at the Alpine Haus and loved it. I stayed in the Lodge in. King room and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Famer’s restaurant is one of our favorite places and we had a great time with wonderful food and drinks for both lunch and dinner.

Rented a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Left right after we checked in. Filthy in every room. All the blinds in all rooms were broken. The screen door for the balcony wouldn't open. We went down the road to the Marriot.

I arrived after a 13 hr drive. I was exhausted and had 2 hrs of work I had to get some on my laptop. I put a sheet down on the couch because it was so gross. The floors were filthy. They wine glasses were dirty. I was too exhausted to load back up and move to a different room. The blinds in the bedroom were broke. It smelled dirty in the whole room. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning

Can’t remember the last time i slept on such a hard hotel bed. Kind of old room, a little run down but fine for one night. Loved the grounds, the staff told us about the Feb ski jump event so we booked for that!

Stayed 2 nights in the lodge + 1 night in the condo. The grounds were nice. Bathroom in lodge was tiny (door did not fully open because was blocked by toilet). Overall was clean except there was sand on the floor of the condo. Location was good.

The room was small, as was the bathroom. They had full beds, not queens so it says it sleeps 4, but it's tight quarters. The heater wouldn't respond very well, so sometimes it would stay on and roast our little room. Lucky, the windows opened, and we had a great view of the patio. Besides that, it was outstanding, and we are already planning another day trip to ski and board! Yes, great restaurants, solid food at a good price. The staff was very friendly, we are complete beginners, but still, equipment rental was very easy. The bunny hill was the prefect place to spend two days with my family falling down and getting back up. Lucky i had some people to give a zero experience, 30 some good pointers. Friendly staff, nice people!

There were things we loved and things not so good. We really liked the condo, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen adequately supplied, we were given two complimentary breakfast tickets, and we had a lovely patio to enjoy the view of the pine and oak woods. The less desireable qualities were a very uncomfortable couch, light bulbs in the bathroom needed replacing, and walls so thin we could hear the people next door who were not speaking loudly, and their barking dog. The good outweighed the negative, and the negative could be fixed by the management with a small investment.

We stayed 2 nights and were celebrating our anniversary. I had booked a suite in the Cabin Haus and while I would definitely go back to Pine Mountain, I would steer clear of Cabin Haus unless you know everyone renting their and/or it’s a big family gathering. The walls are paper thin, I heard the guy next door burp and could hear his entire conversation (and he didn’t seem to be speaking loudly or yelling). Several teenage girls moved in the 2nd night and were actually very loud talking and loud music (we aren’t that old but left for the weekend to get away from kids, not deal with loud ones! ;) We asked if there was a different room we could move to. The front desk was VERY apologetic and accommodating and were able to switch us to a room in Mountain House which seemed to be quite a bit more soundproof! Cabin Haus would be great if you know everyone or it’s a family get together! But smaller family or couple I would recommend the Lodge itself or the Mountain Haus. Restaurant was delicious! Had lunch one day and breakfast the next morning and we both enjoyed what we ordered. Beautiful location and would love to come back to ski when it snows. Thought about golfing but was cold and windy, the course looked extremely well maintained and would also come back to golf!

We truly enjoyed staying at Pine Mountain Lodge in the cabins. Accommodations were excellent. Great living room with a large screen TV as well as the two bedrooms. Bathroom had a very nice shower, the mirror was super cool with its own light and defrost. I know this cabin would be an amazing place to stay in the winter for the ski season!! Great view of the ski hill.

I decided to splurge and spend the extra money to stay in a Cedar Haus Suite. After we got all situated my wife and I tried to take a nap. During that time we could hear our neighbor doing thing like closing his cabinet doors, pouring something into a bowl, and I'm guessing pouring ice into a cooler. It was clear how thin the walls were and we wanted nothing to do with that. I went to the front desk and explained the situation and asked if there were any spair rooms. The lady was so helpful and got us a 2 bedroom suite at the same rate. I was expecting to get a normal room and be compensated the difference. My and I couldn't believe it.

We love Pine. Great skiing. Very family friendly. I love the real wood fire pit outside with lounge chairs. Sitzmark bar Ana music is awesome. It took 2 hours for the order to come out!!!!!!! It was not that busy in the restaurant. There seemed to be adequate staff And 2/3 people in the food prep area. I suspect this is a constant problem. Please just limit your menu to 4/5 items and do it well. We've been to Pine many times over the last 5 years And the restaurant has always been an issue... plan to eat out!!

It was a 7 day trip for my family. This was by far our favorite of 3 resorts we stayed at. Mostly because of how comfortable we felt immediately checking in with Carolyn! She is an Awesome representative of the property. Coming back 2 more times, and have already referred friends! Thanks everyone! You are all so lucky to live there. You can tell staff is needed, it took around 15 min to check in as the receptionist was on the phone and had another people waiting, we “had” to be upgraded -to a One bedroom which it was nice, however we could hear EVERYTHING from the guests upstairs, the room was given to us early, which was nice but it wasn’t exactly ready. Then at the restaurant it took about an hour to get a ceasar salad and 2 drinks, you could hear other customers complaining about the waiting time too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The best thing is how pet friendly they are. Everyone loved our dog and he was happy to get the attention. They even gifted us dog bowls and treats when we checked in. The grounds are beautiful and the mountain is fun to explore. We took the stairs to the top of the ski jump and the view is breathtaking. Overall, it's a beautiful resort with character and a little something for everyone.

This is a great hotel with many features not found elsewhere. My family and i enjoyed the bags boards along with the hike to the top of the ski hill. The indoor salt water pool and sauna were great. Will definitely be returning the next time we are in the area.

The parking situation for the guest was very poor. There was another ski, jumping event being held. Which limited the parking for the guests of hotel. I was told prior to that that all I had to do was show my reservation and that I would have a parking spot during the event in the hotel parking lot when I arrived. There was no parking available. I had to park a long ways away from the hotel, which was inconvenient. I would think that paying $300 for a night at your hotel you would at least provide parking for the guest in the actual hotel parking lot, not mile and a half away. Other than that, the employees were courteous and understood my dissatisfaction in the parking situation. I would hope that you would rectify the parking situation prior to next year‘s event.

Being located at the base of the ski hill and the ski jump makes for a beautiful setting. The property is aged but well maintained and very clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Famers is a very nice bar & restaurant.

The location of the property is beautiful during the Winter. If you’re skiing, hiking or snow shoeing it’s perfect. We came for a short stint to see family and enjoyed the restaurant and pool with the kids. Got an hour extended stay, which was just what we needed. The only ‘eh’s’ were the cramped rooms, no microwaves in rooms and the lack of even a mini continental breakfast. The other ‘eh’ was the room we stayed in was located directly across from the busy elevators. We had a baby and kiddo trying to get a sleep in and it was just way too loud. Other than that, I would give it a solid 4/5. For staff, views, activities and onsite pool and restaurant. We were visiting my 99yr old grandma and had an absolute perfect weekend!

We had an amazing time staying at Pine Mountain! My adult kids and grandkids stayed at the Alpine Haus and loved it. I stayed in the Lodge in. King room and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Famer’s restaurant is one of our favorite places and we had a great time with wonderful food and drinks for both lunch and dinner.

Accommodations were quiet, clean and neat. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The biggest drawback is not having a full kitchen. While we appreciated the vouchers for the dinning room, the service was very slow and the food mediocre.

We did go to Framer's to see the UP Sports Hall of Fame, and enjoy a wonderful Happy Hour with excellent service by the staff. The overall property has good amenities and interesting history we enjoyed, with close to key experiences in the region. We were disappointed only in what we were afforded by Hotels.com that were not followed through with.

We liked this resort very much, and would come back. But potential visitors should know that currently (mid-summer 2026), the resort is experiencing a staff shortage (at least housekeeping staff). We could not get into our room until a couple hours after the supposed check-in time. On the bright side, desk staff gave us vouchers for dinner in order to compensate as best they could.
