American Inn & Suites Metro Airport

Bed sheets appeared to be clean, however blanket was questionable long strands of black hair in the tub and bathroom floor. Be prepared to use your own mobile Hotspot if you want to watch the small tv older lady at front desk during the day wasn't very approachable also to get a clean wash cloth you have to return the old one to desk first needless to say I won't return

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The front desk staff was not there for almost 20 minutes. I had to wait 20 minutes yo let her know that my suites hot tub was not working and she told me someone would come fix it and no one showed up at all. Therefore, we ended up leaving the place without staying the night there and booked another hotel room.

Only complaint is the airplane noise over head makes it tough to see in the am

Room was not clean, transportation was prompt, staff was kind, breakfast was fair.

Staff was not very friendly but not disrespectful. Just one word answers. Parking lot not paved rooms need to be updated.
