AmeriStay Inn St Joseph

This place was horrible. The shower did not work and when I asked the person in charge about it he didn't care. He told me that I can go use someone else's room for their shower. Really? There is a reason why this place is so cheap. No thank you, I would rather pay extra and have great service and a clean establishment.

They don't serve breakfast every day just when they want it.

The staff was rude. Hotels charged me for my room. My mom arrived before I did, and the hotel charged her for my room. So, we were double-charged for one room. The hotel would not give us a receipt. They were rude when I brought it to their attention. They told me to take it up with Hotels.com, and to print my receipt from there. Of course, I cant get anywhere with Hotels.com either. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was musty smelling. Toilet was not cleaned, room was dirty, TV Remote did not work. Property was not maintained well at all inside and out.
