The elevator was broken and out of commission. Although they advertised free breakfast, when we checked in there was a sign saying “No breakfast. Sorry for the inconvenience.” We were traveling with my elderly mother and intentionally booked a two bedroom suite. When we checked in to the room it was extremely warm and stuffy with no way to adjust the temperature. The desk clerk found us two adjoining rooms but upon entering one, found it hadn’t been cleaned (bed unmade, towels on the floor etc. In fact I thought I had entered an occupied room) so back to the clerk for our third try. This one had just one towel and the bedside lamp bulb was burned out. Not at all pleased!

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast as advertised. No Kleenex in the dispenser. The TV remote did not work well, and the WiFi was very poor.

There was a cloth left in my room the bed sheet looked like they haven’t been changed, they was dirty. The hotel didn’t have breakfast. We got lost trying to leave the hotel, the rooms where down graded
