No advertised pool, no advertised free breakfast. No working gym as advertised. Only room/ beds available. Pillowcase had blood on it. Was close to gas stations and restaurants. No price reduction even tho they didn't meet our needs.

Very unsafe property! External hotel doors broken. Door handle to room broken. Cigarette smell throughout hallways. Forfeited money spent for the night and left. Could not stay here.

This property doesn't not have Wi-Fi as advertised it does not have a pool as advertised and it did not give me my discount in fact I paid double

The place was scary. The security doors did not work. The building looked as if it had never had any upkeep too it. The curtains were hanging by three connectors. The bed was not bad. The walls had water damage. Could not open the bathroom door because the floor was warped. The place needs to be inspected.

Bathroom was small but everything in the room was clean. Nice room for the price. Parking lot looks like a battlefield, though.

It looked good until we drove around to the back of the building, but she had warned us to be cautious about the pavement from truckers had damaged pavement. There was a seeer drain cap sticking up above the pavement about 6-8”, dips in pavement & som holes & a ridge we walked across that stuck up above 3”, but it was lit so we saw it. Door F entry was probably original to the building & missing deadbolt & really worn out handles, etc. the first thing we saw was the refrigerator sticking out of a cupboard caked with dust on top…figured maid had forgotten to clean it & pushed it back in.. it was clean inside fridge. The musty mildew smell made us open the window to air it out. Beds were clean checked for bedbugs, didn’t see any evidence & it was getting late for us, so we unpacked & went back to truck to get rest of st. Got back in & smelled better. Went to bathroom & noticed bottom of door was broken & possibly moisture damaged & there was mud, or? Smudge drip marks on side of tub & decided against using it. Then noticed lamp next to outside wall didn’t work & neither did one by coffee pot. Slept , woke up & was going to make coffee, couldn’t see without the light working, so grabbed my emergency flashlight out of purse. Was going to pour water into coffee maker, saw mildew& white stuff & ? Coffee grounds & decided it was too disgusting to use, so went to get it at breakfast area& saw sign that it was closed, went to the lobby & asked about it. They said that the ceiling had

Average stay overall. Doorlocks to outside door did not work causing a lockout. Room was clean but musty. Breakfast was not what was advertised. Once we finally found the location (had to ask the cleak taking a smoke break outside) we found the options were minimal and much was empty. When replenishment happened, it was frozen sausage patties and frozen eggs we had to nook and the made up more batter for the waffels. Waffel was good. Nooked egg, not so much. Just need a quick noghts sleep? It will do. Staying longer? Try to upgrade just a bit.

Pool is permanently closed. The place has a worn look of needing an update

Do not recommend this property at all, the building is falling apart, the smell in the hallway is horrible, the wifi didn't work. The room was dirty and the staff wasn't much for customer service.

No wifi and no tv available. Lack of staff that the crew at 11pm was still cleaning rooms just trying to keep the doors open. Run down and could use a new owner who cares. Staff tried their best. They offered to send us across road for rooms at another hotel owned by same owner but would have tv. They called to check rooms but none of the staff were there. They left hotel unattended. I asked for a refund and I would go else where but since we made reservation on 3rd party app, Hotels.com, they couldn't help us except to give us a room with no tv or wifi. We had no choice since we had been in the road for 12hrs. Woke for breakfast to find out was still closed, morning staff said they didn't know anyone was even staying in the hotel last night, yet there were at least 10 cars in lot. Room was ok, beds n pillows ok. Shower hot, guess that's all we need??

It was dirty there was hair in the bed and bathroom. The check in was long and inappropriate conversation.

This place is not worth $105 a night. It is outdated and not very clean.

Awful property. It was dirty--walked into the room and clearly the bed wasn't changed (foot print on one of the beds and the pillow was indented; the other bed had what looked like dried blood stains), trash in the garbage can, spider web dangling, spiders in the room!, lampshade had a hole... Went to the front desk and clerk said it looked like they didn't clean the room (in a manner that seemed this happens pretty regularly)--no joke! Not enough lighting in the parking lot, the building was connected to two other businesses that were shut down with boards on the windows. The place was overall disgusting-- the front desk person said they get that comment a lot!--and you don't feel safe. Also a man was cleaning out one of the guest rooms late at night with a whole/excessive pile of towels on the hallway floor. It was strange. I can tell you more about a few other odd things and a person we encountered in the hallway as we were on our way out. Shady, old, dirty place. Looks neglected. Couldn't leave fast enough. The hallways, room, building, walls, parking lot, even to a certain extent, the staff...everything didn't make you feel comfortable staying here. We demanded a refund, which Orbitz handled quickly, found another hotel late at night. We told the front desk person of our experience and they grimaced and said the Quality Inn was one of the worst hotels in the area, you don't want to stay there.

This site is extremely poor run. There are cockroaches everywhere, the actual rooms are in substandard living conditions. I had to get my workers out of this place after 3 days. The ownership doesn’t care about it.

It was a roach motel. For $134/night I feel robbed. The place hasn’t been renovated since the 70s. Blood spots on mattresses. Prison bunk quality mattresses. 3-inch long centipedes crawling out of nowhere in the bathroom.

It was all around nasty!! Felt like we were going to be murdered. Bathroom was small and very old had stains in the tub. Bed was sooooooo uncomfortable and our pillow are not normal size pillows. Had a weird smell to the place and the curtains were hanging down broken. Not to mention the obstacle it was to even get to our room. I was scared of the bed having bugs! We will never stay again and for sure won’t recommend to others.

There was a strong musty smell throughout the property including in our room. While some portions of the room had been updated -- like bedding, bathroom sink, etc. -- there were other portions like carpet, bathroom tile that were very outdated. Staff was very friendly, esp. front desk.

This hotel needs to be closed. It’s old and needs updated. The entire place looks beat up. Room was dirty with black mold in bathroom. Shower head was so nasty we would not use the shower. Offered free breakfast in listing, but the was no free breakfast. The court yard was also a complete mess. Quality Inn should be embarrassed to have this hotel.

Room was gross but was only one available. Sheets were not clean, we found a bandaid in them. Could not get fresh towels and the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes

The hotel smelled horrible. The sink in the bathroom was slow draining. The floors in the bathroom were sticky. The carpet felt gross on my feet. I didn't dare go without shoes. The doors were not secure. The locks were broken. At 3am people came in the hotel screaming at each other. I would never recommend this hotel....ever

This is a stop for us five to six times a year as we like the area for short trips. We've stayed here for years and have always like the staff and the convenience of the attached restaurant. But we're hoping the repairs underway get made before our next visit. We needed wi fi to check on work issues, and it was down. The doors to the rear parking lot need to be fixed and locking again for security. Our room smelled a bit musty and we had to open a window when we arrived.

Room had not been cleaned at 8 PM when we checked in. Whole facility stunk like old cigarette /mold. Room window could not be locked on this ground floor room. We did not stay there and paid for another hotel in the area. When we got home we found out that the hotel had charged our credit card $121.68 besides the booked rate for the room. Manager (LORI) will not call me back after 1 week of trying to get the $121.68 charge corrected. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.

The rooms are clean, but hotel it's self if very out dated . Entrance is dirty and smells very strong like cigarettes.

I found long hairs by bathroom sink. Bathtub was too sleepery. The rest was all clean and neat. I liked the good AC device.

stay was fine. cut it short but overall not horrible. curtains were skimped out on by management. i could see all the action going on from the outside. for a floor level room it’s pretty sketchy. there was a tv but not ONE SINGLE channel to watch since they’re all paid. might as well take the tv out until someone pays if that’s how they operate. wouldn’t recommend unless someone was REALLY in a pinch like i was

Room was small! Some furniture was well worn! Old furniture needs to be replaced! Beds were too soft and low!

I waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes without seeing a living soul. Using the Travelocity number to call hotel before anyone showed up. Poor guttering on outside our window. Rain run off came down on top of plastic air conditioner most of the night. Very hard to sleep. Shower facuets did not work properly. A child or slow moving adult could be scalded by the hot water from the malfunctioning facuet. I also slipped in the shower. The shower head was covered in lime scale. Breakfast options were poor.

Choice of breads, cold cereal milk out of pitcher tasted funny, make your own waffles, no juice of any kind, coffee but no decaf, no coffee cups, pre-made industrial eggs and turkey sausage that was rubbery and tasted freezer burnt, from refrigerator, instructions to microwave latter, few apples and oranges. Basically enough so they could say breakfast, big disappointment. No one else in breakfast area when I arrived at 8:00am guess that should have told me something. Basically pitiful breakfast nice room. .

furnishing are old and worn, mattress is worn out. Some of the tv remote functions (volume for example) don't work. Bath tub barely drains.

You had to call on the phone for someone to come and register you in the place was very ice cold you were supposed to get a continental breakfast but there was no continental breakfast because there was no staff to make it the toilet in the room kept running and my husband had to fix that there was no toilet paper. You couldn't use your key fob to get into the building because the door was broken I would never stay at this place ever again

When we reached the property there was no one at front desk and once we got keys and reached room, the room was already open.

Arrived at 10pm and was told I had to wait for a room to be cleaned. After about 20 minutes I was given a room and the card would not open the door. The hall smelled of cigarette smoke, I had requested a non-smoking room. Multiple rooms had people’s belongings outside their doors, bicycles, boxes, plants etc. Wondering if this is a shelter. Lugged my suitcase back down the stairs to the front desk and was told they didn’t have anymore clean rooms so they sent me across the highway to a Ramada.

Very outdated and breakfast was not available even though it claimed to be included when I booked it on hotels.com. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Checked in and walked into a room that was not made ready with beds undone and towels still on the floor. Lady at front desk was very helpful and put us in another room, even upgraded us, but room looked like it had not been vacuumed. Rooms are kind of outdated. Shower head was only about 5.5 feet off the floor. Hard to shower even at only 6 foot tall. Breakfast was a joke. Had to microwave our own eggs, toaster didnt work until they had to reset the breaker. Super limited choices to eat. Waffles was about it. Will not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Run! Front desk staff was pleasant but under the influence of something (based on 2 different interactions with her.) Then there was a drunk man in a camp chair drinking a beer and smoking behind a bush next to an exterior door. Halls were dark, smelled like smoke, and there was visible ash on the floors. Room seemed okay but someone tried to get in within 10 minutes of our arrival because the front desk mistakenly gave the same room to 2 bookings. Upon further inspection of the property, the majority of the exterior doors had no locks on them at all (like there were holes where the lock mechanism would be.) People also clearly live here long-term because some of the doors were decorated and had padlocks on them. Suffice to say, we did not stay more than 30 minutes. Expedia did make the refund process easy.

Quiet location

Rooms were nice. Ours overlooked a garden area. We got there late in the evening, so it was closed, but had a nice . There was also a Green Mill just two buildings down. Quiet location and staff was helpful and friendly

This is our go-to spot in southern Minnesota as it is near the freeway, main roads and many destinations. We need a quiet, clean place to stay oin our trips and this is where we always land.We do miss the pool.

Nothing like pictures online. Not clean. Low on towels. They do not serve breakfast. They will tell you they are going to tomorrow though. Oh and when they send you across the street to get breakfast from their "sister hotel"... - while that alone is awkward enough- you wont get it. The guy across the street will let you know they do not allow that, ever. So im not sure why they keep sending people over there. There were a few workers who were helpful, I wish I had gotten their names, but people at the desk..no. They made you feel like an inconvenience.

It was ok. Tub didn't drain. Dining room was dark. Groceries (milk, juice, English muffins, etc) in the dining area were on the counter in grocery bags and not refrigerated. Limited food. Smoky smelling halls.
