Efficient check-in. Updated modern style decor in rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A staff member named Will was seemed particularly hard working and other guests at the hotel also commented on his resolving an issue for them quickly. Hot tub and pool were in good working condition.

Everything was good with the exception of the hot tub. It was not hot and once we notified the staff they closed it down. Sad for us as we had five adults looking forward to using it after a long day.

Note it's an airport hotel, but no shuttle. I get it, remote northern Minnesota. & Only 2 flights a day in & out of Bemidji. But with no taxi service til 7am , and unreliable Uber/ Lyft then what? Ok, what, you wall to the airport at 5am.

Front desk staff was very polite. Hot tub was lukewarm the first night and then not working the second night, very disappointing. Got yelled at and sworn at in tub area. Issues with TV and the air conditioner wasn't working correctly. Also, was unaware of no elevator when we booked.

We thought the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and not overly warm but a nice temperature. The hot tub was great. Overall great experience. I only wish the pool opened earlier so we could have gotten a swim in before our checkout time.

Bemidji has some not safe areas but this area seemed ok. It is next to a building that is shutdown/closed but we didn't see anything unsafe about it. The hotel is just average. Our room wasn't very clean but we were exhausted and just needed somewhere to sleep. The guy that checked us in at night was very friendly and helpful and the girl that checked us out was friendly also. They definitely need better cleaning staff! I've stayed at worse hotels in bemidji.

Property was convenient in location. Overall, stay was great. Do need to do some deeper cleaning as the grout in the shower was soiled and there was mold in the shower that was quite obvious. Breakfast was fine. Hot tub down duri g my stay, not sure why. I would probably stay there again.

Nice place but major mold in the shower. Told front desk and they said it’s normal to form in as little as 24 hours. NOT! Towels were soft and like new. Good shower water pressure.

Very outdated, musty smelling hallway, blood stained blanket, found and killed many sized beetles in the bathroom, shower curtain was still damp from previous use. Pool and hot tub were great.

The room was not ready for 2 hours after check in at 3. The entire hotel was filthy. Our room smelled terrible, had food on the floor in the bedroom, had hair all over the bathroom. There was food all over the floor in the pool room and mold floating in the hot tub. While we were in the hot tub the maintenance man came and put chemicals in while we were in there. Had to ask for towels for pool and for shower as they never made our room up even though we requested it. When brought to their attention they just shrugged their shoulders and said short staffed. This is unacceptable for a hospitality service.

There is construction leftovers Sheetrock and garbage along the one side of the building and lots of garbage in the parking lot. The hallway smells like cat urine. Both the sink and bathtub drains were clogged with hair.

Stayed here while working in Bagley (approx 30 min drive away), really just needed a place to sleep. I read some reviews that it wasn't clean or needed updates, but we did NOT find that to be the case. The room seemed like it was fairly new/updated, VERY comfortable bed and pillows. We were on the main floor not too far from the lobby, but never heard loud noise and slept great. Overall the place was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast options offered.

Staff up front were good. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was rough. There was hair in locations, tub had NOT been cleaned, and flies came out of the drain. We had three small bottles of conditioner (instead of lotion, shampoo, and conditioner), and the bars of soap were broken. It was just odd

Tiniest room ever! My suitcase could barely roll between the end of bed and desk, less than 2 ft of space. Bathroom was a squeeze! Sink might have been an afterthought tucked into the corner with tap set too far back. Water ran onto countertop if not on full pressure.

The property was older than I expected and the room itself was loud. We could hear people in the hallway until the early morning hours. They weren’t being disrespectful or disruptive, just going about their business…but the walls were thin. For the price point I expected better.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff at check in was very nice and gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant/bar for dinner. My only complaint would be noise. The AC unit was loud like most hotel units but I was surprised at how much road noise I could hear. I’m a light sleeper so it was hard to get a good night sleep

The AC unit was VERY loud. The bathroom door was warped and didn’t close. The beds were uncomfortably hard. The window in our ground floor room did not lock. No alarm clock or clock of any kind in the room.

Nice hotel. I would stay here again. However we did have a couple of tech issues. The room we were first put in the tv remote did not work. The hotel graciously moved us to another room. The second room all was good but still had remote issues as if you were not pointing the remote just right at the tv box that remote did not work good. Also the breakfast items were sparse on the first morning of our stay as it was egg omelets and a meat. Not sure what the meat was as it was all gone at 700 am. We got the last two omelets. The waffles were very good. There were other breakfast items to choose from and we did. However a hot breakfast is always welcomed. This morning everything was available except the syrup was empty for the waffles. At 800 am. The hotel was at a great location for us and due to our visit.

The staff was awesome! I arrived at 3:00am due to numerous flight delays from California, and a staff member was there to check me in. They stayed in communication with me throughout the day and had my room key all ready to go when I arrived. They went above and beyond

Staff always focused on what they could do to make our stay great. Night staff even stepped out to help my partner get out of the car and into the hotel. My partner is physically challenged. The temperature was bitter cold.

At first they gave us a key and someone was in the room. The hotel over sold this room and did not have a room for us. The staff was rude with us about it and said there was nothing that they could do. I had to ask them to try to trouble shoot the issue and they are yet to fund the charge and did not even follow up to apologize. It was a terrible experience and horrible customer service. I had to contact Expedia to get my money back.

I will not book here again due to the rudeness of the general manager in handling a difficult situation. It was not the fault of the property, however, he was very quick to repeat this to me. Over and over again! Which did not help our situation in the least. In fact, I’ll say it again, I will never stay here again because of the way we were treated. He rude and very argumentative.

I arrived in Bemidji an hour before check in time. I stopped at the hotel to alert them I was in town and that I'd be checking in after eating at a nearby establishment. After going to a local restaurant for over an hour, I returned to the hotel for check in. Upon walking into the hotel lobby, I noticed another couple standing at the front desk talking to the staff. When the other couple further into the lobby area, I approached the front desk. I said "I'm hoping to check in". to which the desk agent screamed at me and exited into a nearby office when he slammed the door.

The hotel was conveniently located right off the highway close to downtown but not right next to all of the traffic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Bemidji.

Room was clean and comfortable. We went down for the breakfast during the published time. Most everything was gone. No plates, hot food trays were completly empty. Coffee was good but there were no lids. No staff caring for the area or at the main desk. The Country Kitchen Restaurant down the road was good.

The room were not kept up. Not very clean. Not worth the price. They had me set up for a king bed and I needed two queens which is what I paid for. After they decided to give me the 2 queens they wanted to charge me more for that which I said no too. Not worth the price. Breakfast was at 8am? Really?? Give me a break. Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else. Plenty of other hotels in the area.

We’ve stayed at the property before and it was okay, so we tried it again. DISAPPOINTED to say the least. Room is okay (fairly clean and beds are comfy), but breakfast was AWFUL. They were out of almost everything edible … we ate a strawberry (!) waffle and a yogurt. Fun if you’re 5 years old but not adults. Won’t stay here again.
