They had this sharing system that I thought was interesting. You could have your pick at a variety of random household items, if they were available. I didn’t end up trying it, but I did see some books. This hotel does not have a pool.

This place is excellent. The beds and linens were new and of good quality. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The full kitchen was a nice surprise. There is a nice grocery store nearby where we pickup up a few items to prepare our meals. We will definitely come again.

It was very nice and it has many nice accomodations in the space a desk and a small kitchen and it was all up to date and of a wealthy look to it. It didn't stink of smoke or much traffic noise if you shut the window. There wasn't a load fan or ac either but it was a comfortable temperature.

I like the two room set up so that we can have multiple people in one room. The big table was great for when we borrowed Scrabble from the Lending Library to play before bed. Location is convenient for catching hockey against BSU.

This was a great place to stay for an extended stay in Bemidji. I didn’t want to eat all my meals out, so I specifically chose this property for the kitchen. You’re never going to get a gourmet kitchen in a hotel, but it was more than adequate. However, if people are going to be cooking in their rooms, the hotel should furnish a couple of other cleaning supplies, specifically a broom. Also, trash service would be appreciated. I understand as an extended stay place, you don’t provide daily housekeeping, but trash service should be a bare minimum. Overall it was a great property. The bathroom was large, the bed comfortable, and the amenities of the property were well maintained.

Came in town for a hockey game with a bunch of friends and family..this place was nice and roomy...like the kitchenette with a large fridge and sink Definitely will come back again

We’ve stayed here before and that’s why we chose this location again. Everything was good except for the cleanliness of the bathtub and bathroom area (the tub had a ton of hair all over the bottom and you can tell the sink area wasn’t cleaned properly) also the refrigerator was dirty. I had brought Clorox wipes and a disinfecting spray with us due to my children having some medical conditions so I cleaned the room when we checked in myself. Also, one of the towels my daughter went to use after showering was blood stained so that was pretty disgusting. Other than these issues our stay of 9 days here was good.

Nice location, front desk staff very nice. Room was nice however, it was NOT clean, hair in the shower, shower floor slimy feel. Floor was dirty, food pieces in several places. Bathroom knobs were dirty with dust and hair.

Room 217 has an issue with the circuit breaker kept flipping off in the bathroom and the safe needs the batteries replaced. Hopefully management reads this as the front desk person could have cared less about it and never wrote it down when I mentioned it to her. We stayed 2 more nights and nothing was ever done. The plug does work for about 5 minutes after resetting so not a big deal yet. Otherwise the rooms are in nice shape and you can walk to a grocery store.

The thing that stood out the most to me was the staff on duty at the desk when I checked in. She was talking with a difficult customer on the phone and handled it beautifully. Then she had a very good sense of humor, after disconnecting from the call, with the customers in front of her waiting to check in. And there was a line waiting.

Assigned room had not been serviced. Had to return to the desk for another room. Feeble apology. For $200+ charge, room should have had a K bed. No ice in hotel. Had to make own in room fridge meaning none available at check in.
