The room was okay on first site. After being in it feet or socks started to turn black. There was bugs in the ice bucket. Which was not needed because the ice machine was constantly empty. The door to our room was tight. You needed to lean into it to get it to open. Closing it was equally hard and required slamming it loudly to close. The worst part was the pool area. The ground was covered in chipping paint and dead bugs. The hot tub was barely warm and the jets didn't work. The pool was extremely dirty. It was green and freezing cold. The water slide was working and seemed in good repair. However the water was ice cold.

The price was right for the accommodations and service. Older property but kept clean, employees were friendly. Breakfast consisted of Jimmy Dean sausage/egg microwavable sandwiches and bagels, waffles, yogurt, juice, etc.. I would stay here again if the price range remains the same. There was a sign at the front desk stating the pool was closed but we did not care about using the pool.

Hot tub and pool was down didnt get to enjoy it

Hot tub was cold, pool was cold, water slide wasn’t open in time on Sunday. Pool water wasn’t clean, smelt musty, no chlorine. No clean towels in pool area. Tv channels cut out. No hot food for breakfast. There was a knocking sound in the wall overnight.

Hot tub not working no told us why till we checked out

A dated hotel but for our one night stay it was fine. We stayed midweek, and they told us at check in if we wanted to use the waterslide we had to let them know. We had two kids with us. It took a bit the first day to get it going, but they did and had no problem the next day. The kids loved having the slide to themselves. The breakfast had many options to choose from.

Hotels.com is falsely advertising and promoting this property. When I booked it for my family get away it was "promoted". When we arrived, it was not even closed to what was pictured. See attached photos for what we experienced. The pool was unusable, there were multiple bugs floating in it, it was green (photos have not been edited at all), and ice cold. We were told multiple stories why it was so cold. The hot tub was normal pool temp at best, and the water slide was again, ice cold. The whole pool facility was very dirty and gross. The splash pad area was not even there.

The pool area was disappointing. Hot tub water was not hot. It was very cool.

Breakfast was good, room was great, staff was very friendly. Frustration- pool was green, hot tub was cold and jets didn't work.

Pictures do not show that it's an older motel in a seperate building from the lobby and breakfast area. Pool area would be a very cool, big slide, but was very unkept, unclean & needs repairs...garbage, food, just dirty & gross, peeling floors, etc. No towels. Good potential but need some love & cleaning. Staff was nice.

Rooms very clean and bed was comfortably firm. Quiet spot to relax after a day of fun shopping and exploring the lakes.

Our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. We had a double queen room, one bed was fine but the other had dirt all over the coverlet, sheets, and pillows. We did not touch that bed... When we returned from a rehearsal dinner later that night, we realized the carpet had also not been vacuumed, nor tables wiped down. The bathroom floor was dirty. Mirrors were dirty. Even the sink counter was dirty! If it hadn't been so late we would have called the desk to send someone up to clean. My fiance did the next morning after I left early for wedding prep, luckily at 1130 they still had someone who hadn't "gone home yet" come up and clean. My fiance had to wait out in the car while they did this though which is inconvenient. If they had cleaned the room like they were supposed to before we checked in this could've been avoided. Our ac unit was also super noisy and kept me up the first night. The front panel was nearly falling off it. Pillows sucked and hurt our necks. Hot tub was also subpar. The water was lukewarm, not hot like you'd expect. Pool room was dark and towels everywhere, only a couple clean towels left. For over $350 for the weekend we expected a little cleaner. I could've gone to the country inn for $20 a night more and had a much nicer stay. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will not be staying here.

The staff were amazing from check in to check out. They were friendly, helpful and made the stay great. The property is older but kept up really well. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool area was disgusting. The keys didn’t work two different times. Very dirty around the property. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana in the halls.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the condition of the room was very dated. The room had a smell that seemed like old smoke. Our toilet didn't work and ran continuously. The back side of the hotel was in desperate need of paint. The breakfast was decent.

No interior hallway. Pool was not in same building as our room, office and breakfast room. Nice little room with couch and TV in our room. Internet in the living space was spotty so TV was choppy. Breakfast was vey nice.

Stayed for kids sports event. The room was extremely humid. Our blankets and clothes were damp. The air conditioner was not helping and could have been part of the problem. The hotel was booked so we couldn’t change rooms.

The room was comfortable and was very pleased with cleanliness of bathroom.

Very nice place for the price. Staff was nice and efficient. The first time I stayed I was down below. This time my room was up top. Has train tracks across the street. Trains were annoying. First time I couldn’t hear it at all. So request a room in lower complex. Has cool water slide and swimming pool plus jacuzzi. Wasn’t very warm really. I enjoyed it the first stay. Which led me to returning.

I booked through Expedia and chose to pay at the property. When we had a last minute change of plans the front desk staff, Ashley, helped me cancel the remainder of my booking and refunded me in full for the days we were not staying. The only thing I could say is that we were in the building with the pool and it has a little bit of a smell, if that bothers you then I recommend asking for a room in the main building that the office is located in.

Hockey teams were running up and down hallways until 1:30 am yelling and being disruptive. Continued even after staff members addressed issues. Very disappointing stay due to other hotel guests. Overall room was clean and satisfactory. However not being able sleep was very frustrating. The general manager offered a refund but did not follow through with the offer.

The man at the lobby/front desk was the nicest person. I left my key with my husband who was still out with friends. He remembered me and quickly gave me a spare. Earlier my husband was turning the handle of our hotel door the wrong way and mistaking thinking it was broken. The guy in the office never made us feel stupid (although we are!). He was helpful and so very kind. I appreciate it! Good coffee inn the morning too.

I reserved a king room for 1 night, check in was easy and fast, staff were friendly and professional. Once getting to the room, it was a double queen room not a king but i was tired and didn't care at that point. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. would stay here again.

Very accommodating and professional. We had a minor issue with our room and the woman at the front desk switched our room without hesitation and was polite and kind. Amazing staff, great stay.

We had a great stay! I especially want to thank Kent who was manning the front desk when we got in, exhausted from a long day. I was so tired I had forgotten I had provided my friend’s name for his room, and so thought they didn’t have both. After patiently helping to figure it out, we got settled. Great base for exploring the area, and very good value.

Located near main highway going west to Moorhead. It would have been nice to have a TV guide type section in the hotels booklet that was in the room.

The rooms were really nice and well managed. The staff was really nice and the breakfast had lots of options which was nice. Only complaint was that the pool and hot tub looked pretty grimy and like they hadnt been maintained in a while. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Super soft comfortable beds! Very quiet. Good breakfast. No eggs or bacon. But enough variety to have a decent breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Did not use the pool.
