Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mankato

Checked in at 12:30, room wouldn’t be ready until 3. Came back at 4:30 and went to the room; two other people came in the room; it was double booked. Went downstairs to straighten it out, went back up and the key didn’t work. So, back downstairs to once again try to straighten everything out Room was VERY dusty, behind the microwave and inside the holder for the magazines and note pad were caked with dust. Ripped towels in the bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper with the other spool empty, debris all over the carpet. Rooms in town were booked due to graduation, but I checked out a day early. No chance I’d have the free breakfast based on how poorly the room was cleaned, who knows how filthy the kitchen is Heard other guests complain about not being able to get in their room, they weren’t allowed to have extra pillows and blankets. Very poor experience. I think I’m done with Hotels.com and the Wyndam brand; the last few hotels I’ve booked have been third rate at best.

It's a decent no-frills hotel. Our room was very small, but worked for a quick one-night stay. Don't think I'd count on the breakfast, but coffee was good. Neighborhood new and safe. Walking distance to Boulder Tap restaurant.

A nice, quiet, comfortable room where we could relax and clean up before the next leg of our trip. It is easy to get to with gas stations and resteraunts nearby, and an affordable stay. This was our second stay here, and we would definitely come again!

Bedding dirty. Mold in shower. Pay the extra 50$ and stay elsewhere. Not going back.

Plenty of eating venues close by, one within walking distance. My room (suite) was very clean but the bathroom sink was slow draining. The shower had plenty of water pressure! The amenities in the living area were very good and conducive for my business. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and reasonably priced. Thanks.
