The manager was friendly. The heater in our room didn’t work, so we were provided with a space heater. There were cigarette burn holes in our sheets and scorch marks on the duvet. The chair and window cushion were stained. The bathroom and floor were clean.

Very clean. They allow dogs but it's a $15 fee per dog per night. And a $50 deposit that you get back after you're checked out. The breakfast was ok.

Good check in. Not enough parking space for our trucks and trailer.

As clean as you can expect now, post-Covid, with worker shortages. At least no live bugs; and exceptionally good lighting in this room made for a pleasant if not perfect overnight stay. Unlike previous reviews, we experienced no noise issues. Walking/biking trail adjacent to property was great for our dog. The $15 additional fee for our dog was unexpected since there was no mention of it when booking. Was acceptable for an overnight.

Room was spacious. Breakfast had a small selection, and they were not able to provide the non-dairy milk as requested. Dog friendly, but there was a $15 / night charge.

Building supplies in the center of the room near the sign in desk. Seems a lot of motels ive stayed in are being renovated.

Parking was good. Breakfast is very limited. My room came with a coffee pot, but no coffee. Mirror was very dirty from when others brushed their teeth. Every night i had to go down to get my room key reset as it wouldn't work. Bed was veey comfortable but the room hadn't been vacuumed before check in

Hotel was nice. Plenty of parking. It was alot better than I expected for under $100 a night.

We have been staying here for 15 years. It is outside of the main area of town, but we like that. Besides, there is a Buffalo Wild Wings and a Boulder Tap House right there. Plus, now there are many convenience store options such as Kwik Stop, Casey's, etc. This has always been a "bare-bones" place for amenities; no pool, fitness room. Breakfast is very basic, with cereal, waffle machine, yoghurt, juice, etc. However, the area is clean, and frankly, I'd rather pay less per night than pay for all those things I don't usually use. What keeps us coming back is the mini-suite room. I love the small "kitchen" sink unit, with cupboards, mini-fridge, and microwave. Having a couch is such a plus, too. And the window seat is nice! Extras include an iron and board, extra pillows and blankets. We usually stay on the third floor (view, quietness); the elevator is very appreciated. The manager was very helpful when we needed anything. One thing we did find; we had booked via Expedia. When we needed to leave early, they would not refund for that night. After talking to the manager, we found that if we had booked directly, he would have not only matched (or bettered) the Expedia price, but he would have been able to credit our early departure. Next time, I will make sure to just phone this hotel directly!

Beds were super comfy. BUT the bathroom was awful! MOLD in/on the tub and surround, and hair in the tub (with a strange red film on the floor of the tub. AND the AC unit cover popped open and there was a TON of black mold on the vents of the unit and on the filter .... there was a musty smell in that area. The breakfast was sparse, but adequate: no fresh fruit options .... just heavy carbs (toast, bagels, waffles, sugar-coated dry cereal, muffins) and the juice dispenser was not right: the OJ was apple juice and the Apple Juice was OJ. They did accommodate us when I requested a main floor room (we were traveling with small children and a dog).

Moldy and nasty

Our room was filthy! There was a bottle under one bed and a plastic cup under the other plus other yuk!! Sheets were bad! No welcoming when I checked in and no comments from the gentleman when I checked out! Very rude!!!!! I have stayed in many many places and this was the worst hotel ever!

The bathroom was dirty. the facial tissue box was empty when we arrived. The tub/shower had a dirt ring. The toilet was not wiped down behind the seat where the seat mounts to the bowl. it had dirt and hair on it when we arrived.

Just an old property and mold in bathroom

The hotel was ok. I didn't like the strong smell of bleach or whatever cleaning supply that was used. The bathroom shower curtsin was disgusting different on the bottom was was very stinky. Made the bathroom smell! I advise the to clean the base tile better. Very dirty!!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. When we opened our curtains there was an old dirty sock laying there… the bathroom still had urine around the toilet. But the rest of the room was clean and orderly. The major issue is breakfast was beyond substandard. Old stale beard, stale cereal and bad milk…

One of the beds in our room had several bugs. Our pillows and sheets had stains on close inspection. The sink drained very slowly. Upon leaving, the manager just said since we pre paid on line we were S. o. L. We were very unsatisfied with accommodations with no recourse.

It was very noisy. We could hear ordinary conversation from the family next door. It needs better insulation between rooms.

Rooms were clean but very small- bed said queen but small for a queen for the price we paid room not worth it

Room was clean but very bare bones- it didn't have a microwave. There was a dirty sock from another guest under the bed. It smelled smokey, but was a non smoking room, and when the air conditioner was turned on it gave off a fried chicken smell. Beds were hard.

Everything was great about this property, especially for the price. The only issue was that the walls had very little soundproofing so at times you could hear people in the halls and the next room.

The property was clean, but everything was dated. The sheets were clean, but worn out. We had to ask for new duvet covers because the ones on our bed were so worn out, that we were afraid they might rip. The bathroom would get easily flooded after the first person took a shower.....poorly designed. Overall, just OK.

Good price, decent location for what we needed. Older and worn feel. Bathroom curtain could use a good bleaching/washing.

Mattress was very saggy in the middle. Door was sticky when opening from outside. Often had to kick the door to open. Breakfast selection was limited.

It was oh so average. Small, ill equipped, no refrigerator or microwave. No extra linens, blankets. Small rooms but clean enough.

Thought there would be a fridge and microwave but not. Room small and needed to put air fan on height to cool the room

Friendly front desk, quiet.

I was with my daughter and we felt safe here. And it was so quiet we slept really well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived to check in around 5:30p Saturday, Mr. Patel (name should have been a red flag) desk person said I had a reservation for one person for the night. There were 4 of us going to be staying in one room that had 2 double beds. Since when do you pay for the occupants that are going to be staying in room? He charged us an additional $45 to have 3 persons stay (4 total in the room) on top of the already $165.72. He said if the 3 persons would not be staying overnight that they could be at the hotel for 30 minutes and after that he was going to charge my card $150.00. If we hadn't been running late already we would have left. Sooo... our stay... the room has a terrible odor. The shower/tub has missing pieces out of it. We dared to try the so called continental breakfast (joke) you couldn't gag down the orange juice and the syrup for the waffles was sour! Picture on the website look ok is why we booked. They do not speak very good English. I would not recommend this place. And if you do decide to book it and had a person over to visit while you are in town, watch so your cc doesn't get charged. Never again!

Front desk knew I had asked for first floor and went out of his way to accommodate and also give me a room close to parking and by the back door since I had a dog. Wonderful experience!!

Check in was quick and hassle free! Everything was great. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

The manager charged an additional $50 fee at check in that he said was mandatory and would be returned at checkout. He was not friendly. The Continental breakfast was not replenished - even when the orange juice dispenser was dispensing only water. When we checked out and gave up our keys, the manager dismissed us with only a have a nice day. We had to request the return of the mandatory $50 fee. We will not stay there again.

Had a terrible time trying to pre-check. I asked to have charges on different card, provided the cc authorization form, that was confirmed could happen but actually not done. Then I was charged over $50 more than the Expedia receipt and no one explained why. The hotel manager came to the room at 8:30 in the morning, expecting us to be checked out, when I answered the door he gave me an attitude about not being checked out yet.

The manager at the front desk is rude and just stares at you with his arms crossed. The toilet barely worked. They didn't want to provide us with extra towels when we asked for them. If you went to eat breakfast there, the manager walked around like watching everyone eat with his arms crossed like it was a military camp. Very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

This by far was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Upon arrival to aDirty room our wash clothes looked like rags. Our vehicle broke down and had to find a last minute hotel. We arrived at almost 2am so they wouldn’t change our hotel room. We used the butler cart and forgot to put it in the hallway. 2 hrs later the RUDE hotel attendant came banging on our hotel door. As I answered he immediately started yelling at me unsure what he was yelling about I asked him to lower his voice. He continued to yell stating “you don’t own this cart” empty it NOW. I then asked him again to calm down and to stop verbally assaulting me. I emptied the cart and placed it in the hallway. He then came back 10 minutes later banging on the door again, I opened the door to him yelling at me and started to use profanities this time. I asked him again to stop assaulting me as I felt unsafe and was going to call the police. He responded “call the beep police”. They then charged my card a service fee with no explanation. They locked us out of our room unable to get back in. Unfortunately my child nephew was in the room. Checking out they pretended like they didn’t understand what I was asking when I asked to speak to an owner or manager. If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and felt so unsafe at a hotel. I have reported this to the better business bureau and Wyndham cooperate. Save yourself the headache DO NOT BOOK AT THIA HOTEL.

Newer building with food within walking distance. Windows open at night for a cool draft.

Near to shopping center

Clean, well-located hotel. The only disappointment was the minimal breakfast options. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

It was near the area where we visiting, easy access to mail shopping and close to the interstate.

Quiet area, friendly staff. Hotel could use some updating but for the price it was a good night's sleep.

Advertised breakfast but only offered cold cereal, white bread for toast, and sugared donuts cut in half. Waffle maker was broken, and zero options for people who are gluten free or low carb. Could easily have offered fruit, yogurt or hard boiled eggs, but didn’t.

I paid to have a continental breakfast and there was nothing for me to eat. I have celiac disease so I understand I can't always eat at places I go, but fresh fruit or yogurt is an option and they had none.

Quiet, basically clean. Pillows are horrible--like the very cheapest Walmart pillows used for 3 years. WORST ISSUE-- the free breakfast had slices of white bread (some had mold!!), 1 mini muffin total, 2 bagels total (tried one--so old and dry you could not cut to fit in toaster) 2 kinds of cereal, no juice, no yogurt, no eggs, no nothing else. I mentioned to desk when I left, he did not even respond.

Great location for Vetter Stone event. Easy to find, breakfast wasn’t much.

It's out of the way, staff is fine, but we booked an affordable hotel amd and thats what we got. Breakfast was sad, but they did have breakfast food.
