Unfortunately our room was at the very end of the hall where people came and went and all we heard was the door slamming open and closed all night long - other than that our room was fine . The pool water was ice so not really useable .

Very clean for a hotel that allows some smoking rooms. Our room was fresh and clean. Ac worked good. TV worked good. Pool was nice and clean and the hot tub worked well and was clean too. Nice stay good price

Staff was okay, not super friendly. The pool had a car go through the wall outside and into the pool and that wasn't repaired yet. I get it takes time to fix. No elevator and all rooms were upstairs. My problem with stairs made that a challenge to overcome and I did so.I thought I booked non-smoking through the app, but got smoking (eww), they fixed that when we arrived. Everything else was fine.

Excellent pool and hot rub that is available 6 am to 10 pm, quick check in and he was even able to find some paper plates for us to use for the Chinese food we picked up a few blocks away for dinner (very good!). About 8 pm we had loud stomping and running above us. We went to front desk, he checked it out and the issue was resolved. Great value hotel, we were worried about smoking being allowed in the hotel but our room had no sign of that.

The hotel was in need of repair. The carpet was not tight which almost caused my husband to fall. The hot tub was dirty. The front rugs were dirty & torn.

I have stayed at this property in the past and it has been fine for just passing through. My stay last week was disappointing. The floor in the room was very dirty. There was almost no pressure in the shower and the knob for the shower came off in my hand.

It was convenient but had bedbugs. Came back a few days later and still had bedbugs and cockroaches. The management appeared indifferent to the problem...apparently not the first complaint. Presented the bug so they could see it crawl around on the counter. NEVER AGAIN! Of course, this is a story that will be repeated to others. Sad! I am sure this will probably not result in improvements.

There were TICKS in the tub and sink. Now I can deal with a lot of critters. I've stayed in motels that had a couple of roaches, crickets ect. But I draw the line with spiders, snakes or TICKS... we ended up finding a new tickeless hotel.

We were too tired to continue home & had to get some rest, we were there about an hour, long enough to fall a sleep. I woke up bc i was getting bit all over. The gentleman working said he could not give me a refund he acknowledged to my boyfriend that there was bed bugs

Room was great, bed comfy just needed a little update on the sink counter top. TV was great and worked well so that was a plus! Fourth night on the road so grateful for a decent place to stay at a very reasonable price.

The rooms were nice BUT the refrigerator was not plugged into a working outlet! Having arrived tired last night, I just turned it up expecting that to be the issue. It never occurred to me that it would be unplugged until this morning when I could see that it hadn't been on at all. This is completely unacceptable and NOT OK!!

Your electric plugs didn't work, had to plug coffee pot in on the floor. Also your beds are terrible, sagging on side and hump in the middle. Couldn't get comfortable. Both beds were like this

We returned to the room at 10PM after working a 14 hour shift only to find our cards did not work. The lady at the front desk said the battery on the card reader was dead & the soonest anyone could come to replace it would be the next morning. She gave us another room but all of our stuff was in the locked room, including food, clothes, etc. She said 7 am but the manager did not show up until 9 am. The lady at the front desk did not show any remorse at all. She was actually very rude about the whole thing. I would not stay at this hotel.

ABSOLUTE WORST EVER. I generally don't write reviews but I have to warn people on this one. WOW! Though our room was clean, it had a bad cigarette smoke smell. Went for breakfast and there was no coffee or juice. NONE. And no cups ANYWHERE. A fellow customer had to search for coffee and make a pot! When I searched the cupboards for cups, I found none. However...I DID FIND massive mouse droppings next to the dry cereal. And the breakfast consisted of bagels, cereal and yogurt. The waffle machine didn't work. Worst of all...no staff anywhere to be found! Several of us waited 20 minutes before anyone appeared and they were like, "What's the problem?" After checking out 8 guests, she went outside for a smoke without rectifying any of the "breakfast" problems.

The gen manager was a big help in that expedia had not confirmed our room with the hotel. We have had this problem before. That was taken care of and then an issue with the room, also taken care of. The manager on duty was very good.

Hotel location is right off the freeway. There is a Walmart within walking distance and restaurants and fueling stations nearby. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was great. Not my favorite mattress. Woke up a little sore, but that's different for everyone I think Only down side was breakfast. More of a continental breakfast, but they did have a waffle iron. My wife had that. Unfortunately the iron took two full runs to cook a waffle and it was stlll gummy. Flavor was bland too according to her. I picked up a yogurt. It looked off so I checked the expiration and it expired almost three weeks prior. I ended up just having a piece of toast. The orange juice was completely out and the apple juice tasted like water. Someone did come out to address that, but not until the folks that brought it up left. They had some packaged pastries but they were frozen and the packages were wet (ice melting maybe?). We told our daughter not to bother and just took her to McDonalds so she could get something.

Lobby and hallway stunk of marijuana. The morning breakfast is at best poor! Better not to have anything at all than to have what they put out. I find it odd that Wyndham would have a facility this poor.

It was extremely noisy in the room. We could heat hallway noises as well as noises from the rooms on either side of us. So noisy it woke us up at 2am! The breakfast area needs work. The selection of food was abysmal. No cereal that wasn’t high sugar. No juice of any kind, fruit was only small sour oranges, no muffins. The tables were all sticky
