Always stay at this hotel on way to branson. Breakfast couldve been better and pool was under construction which stinks

Couldn't use pool, it felt like it was unheated, plus the hot tub was boarded over, out of order. These were important reasons why I picked this hotel, so disappointing.

The staff was very polite, but the noise from the freeway was very loud, and made it difficult to sleep. Also, the pool was icy cold, I never saw anyone else use it either.

I don't want to criticize this hotel too much because if you want to have a much better experience, you will have to travel a very long distance. This is the nicest place to stay in Bethany. It was 30 miles from where our goal was, and it was the closest place. It's clean and the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast could use a little variety. Six days of the exact same thing was a little much, although I will say I'm grateful that they provide protein. We swam in the indoor pool (September) but it was cold. We weren't told the heat in the pool wasn't working. All in all, I am satisfied with the price and the experience.

Chose this for the indoor pool, but the water was way too cold to be usable. Everything else was average, but had to hit the desk up for towels and bedding (we had a suite with 4 people, only 2 towels and no spare bedding in the room). Would have saved the money and stayed elsewhere if we knew the pool was unusable - kids were so disappointed.

I liked the nice smell when coming into the lobby. The staff were nice. The check in was easy. The room was very clean and nice. The pool was heated! The breakfast was good! We really enjoyed our stay!

Helpful staff, but the fridge in the room didn't work and the hot tub was out of commission.

The hot tub was out of service and the pool had an oily film. Very disappointing!

Hotel was nice, comfortable and had a great breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bananas, Yogurt, cereal, breads and pastries. My only issue was pool was closed for renovations. I wish hotels.com would require hotels to post whether or not pools are operating

Were unorganized at check in no one was ever at the front desk and our room was full of Japanese beetles and dead bugs. Towels were thin and worn. The place needs a facelift

If I wasn’t so exhausted, I would have packed up and gone to another hotel. I am disgusted by the bedding and the stains on the carpeting.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the air conditioner in our room was literally in pieces on the floor. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and both the hallways and our room’s floor were noticeably dirty. On top of that, the overall atmosphere did not feel safe. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property, and I hope management takes immediate steps to address these issues.

The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The hotel was an older one but remodeled well. The hotel had a good breakfast bar with plenty of selection.

Easy access off highway but that’s the only positive. The room was maybe 1 star. Smelled of mold and musty. Carpet disgusting and dirty. We got in very late and all the hotels were sold out within an hour of this place. Slept and got out 6 hours later hoping that we didn’t catch anything and get out where we could breath fresh air.

In my younger years, I had stayed in some sketchy places but this was by far the worst! I specifically picked this hotel because I had previously planed to bring my 2 year old son with severe allergies along on our weekend trip this weekend. It was the most expensive option in the area, so I assumed it “must” be the best? Not only was this hotel filthy dirty, it was falling apart. The floors in our room were so uneven, i could not walk to the bathroom without getring off balance. My husband is a career builder and he said if he was ro put a level to the floors, they were off my 3”-4” inches. Had we not arrived at midnight, already absolutely exhausted, We would have never stayed here. AVOID at all cost!

Checking in was quick and easy. Staff was nice. Breakfast was mediocre. But most hotel breakfasts are. The building has serious foundation issues. Our room was on the second floor and our room slanted to one side and was very noticeable. And there was a big hump in the floor. They need to have that checked out.

Clean and large room. Comfortable bed , nice pillows - hot breakfast and cold selections. I thought it was a bit much to charge a credit card $100 in case of damage - most only charge $50 or just keep on fill in case - staff informed me it would be reversed within 3-4 business days - staff very nice

Room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable. When we were told that they were "sold out" of extra pillows, we had to go out and buy some. They did not provide additional rolls of toilet paper so we ran out. Hoping they would replenish when cleaning out room our second full day, we came back to not only a still empty toilet paper roll, but the room was never serviced. We left early enough that housekeeping should have been able to come in. The doors do not latch easily. Twice I found our door had popped back open after entering the room. I passed other rooms on our floor with their doors slightly ajar. Price was insanely too high for what it was.

Staff was OK, not warm and welcoming. Room was noisy from traffic sounds, bed was hard, sheets smelled strongly of floral laundry additive. Ice machine on 3rd floor broken and no bending there. At 4AM, there was no hot water for a slower. The room was clean but the bathroom was tired looking with patched repairs.

The green carpet and yellow walls aren’t my preference; they give off a slightly dated vibe.

Beds were terrible. Had several family members stay here and everyone woke up hurting from the hard mattresses. Need to update them or we will not be staying here again!

It’s convenient to get on and off the interstate, but the walls aren’t soundproof, so I could hear cars and trucks passing on the interstate all night. The rooms are big, but the decor seemed old. The staff was never around. I almost never saw them. Overall it was a basic hotel. It was a safe and comfortable place to spend the night

Staff was not knowledgeable and very slow at checkin. Breakfast was lacking certain supplies and food was mediocre at best.

The night worker was very rude and extremely hard to understand. He treated my husband respectfully, but not me. The hallways smelled like urine and the elevator wreaked of pot. The carpet in the room was disgusting and the whole building needs to be remodeled. We will not be returning here!

The front desk staff when we checked in was very indifferent and offered no information about the hotel or any amenities. He did not welcome us or ask us our names, he just stared at us until we started talking. The whole check in was awkward and uncomfortable. It was like we were interrupting something and he was annoyed to be doing his job. The breakfast in the morning was extremely disappointing. We got down there almost an hour before breakfast time was over and there were only empty food containers. No food was left. The yogurt fridge was standing open (yogurt inside). Every table was dirty. The garbage cans were overflowing and some tables had garbage sitting on them, probably because there was no space in the cans. The worst part was that the front desk staff sat on his phone the entire time we were there. He never once stood up to clean the tables or empty the garbage. Even when we asked him if there was another garbage can. He just looked at us and then looked back at his phone. I honestly don’t think I will ever go back. Again, the room itself was fine, but everything else made it not worth the money. There are other options out there.

Tried to go through Expedia to change my reservation stay date but they couldn’t get the hotel property to answer or acknowledge then. So I hand to miss my stay due to an emergency. Poor service when you can’t even answer the phone

Stayed here on our way home it was a good location for us it was clean, affordable friendly, restaurants close by and close to the interstate. It was quite plenty of parking. Would stay there again.

The room was ok. The pillows were ok. The breakfast was ok. The service was ok. Conveniently located. It was overpriced for what it was but overall was good enough for a quick 1-night stop.

Clean quiet room for the night. Hot breakfast.

As others mention, they do a $100 deposit for "incidents". We had a single king bedroom. We were impressed by having the extra space as we were easily able to set up 2 pack-n-plays for our kids. Room was very clean. Pillows were what you expect as well as bed. Nothing to brag about, but did the trick for the night. Didn't use pool. Breakfast was typical for a Choice hotel with cereal, some bakery items, bananas, yogurt, and hot food of biscuits, cream of mushroom for gravy with biscuits, eggs, and sausage links. Easy on/off of interstate. Worked great for family of 4.
