Condition of the property and room not worth the price paid for the room. Breakfast doesn't open till 7:30 so there is such a big rush that there isn't enough tables for everyone. This wouldn't be a problem except they have a sign stating you can't take food to your room. Broken out window (covered by cardboard) in the indoor pool room.

Beds were comfortable. All rooms are outside rooms in 2 different buildings. Breakfast was good. Asked to be moved closer to the indoor pool because our room was located down the hill in a second building. I'm handicap from walking long distances especially up hill. Was told all their rooms were dirty. Rooms had curtains open and were cleaned. Had to drive up to the indoor pool. Only part of the dirty towels were picked up and replaced while we were out. This was my first time here and will be my last.

The room was infested with roaches. And the office closed So 1 was unable to contact anyone. I could not sleep at all i got up and turned the light the and hundreds f bugs started running. E ven got into my drink!

It was a place to sleep for the weekend, but that was about it. The breakfast had a decent variety and it appeared to be well-maintained. However, the carpet in the room turned my child's feet BLACK. Not just a little dirty, not just slightly brown, but BLACK. It was disgusting, and a reminder to us to never walk in the room barefoot. The noise level was quiet, which was nice. The beds were comfortable enough, even though the bedspreads looked like they had been attacked with cat claws by the amount of pulls and snags on them. Again, it was a fine place to sleep but I'm not convinced there aren't other hotels a bit nicer within the same price range - that won't dirty your feet as badly.

Property itself appears well maintained & beds were comfortable, But they failed at cleanliness!! The toilet seat was nasty & had not been cleaned. The shower was visibly dirty. There were open food wrappers on the floor. Surprisingly, there were fresh linens & complimentary coffee & soap samples had been filled, indicating that housekeepung had been by but had ignored glaring issues.

The room had roaches, there was blood on the wall, the light fixture was broken with exposed wires, the toilet paper holder fell out of the wall, and the room was very dated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great value. Room had everything we needed and more. Had microwave and refrigerator. Iron, hair dryer, etc. I would suggest you put a no slip mat in the walk in shower. Bed was comfortable, heater was quiet. Will probably stay here again some time.

Staff was courteous, but rooms weren't cleaned good. We found the clip of a gun in our room, and the floors weren't vacuumed and the bedding had holes in it. Thete was a microwave and fridge in room tho. Pool and hot tub ate indoorand they were available.

We have stayed here multiple times and really enjoy this hotel. The only thing that wasn’t good was the door for room 405 would shut and lock but there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door and you could hear everything that was happening outside.

Could be a good motel however can tell its not kept up. Bathroom door had to lift to shut,tub looked terrible, sink faucet was loose like going to break, was not cleaned well. Found empty water bottle and frootloopes up against the bed. Women at counter was hateful. Second time of staying and yep they definitely need better employees and maintaining their property

The hotel check-in time was at 3:00 pm and we had two rooms booked. We arrived at 4:20 pm and was informed our second room was unavailable and it was in the process of being cleaned. At 5:00 pm the room had not been cleaned. We asked the front desk for a discount since it had been 2 hours since the original check-in time and they said they couldn’t do that, but instead gave us a different room for the same price. They should have given us a room that was available instead of making us wait. Also, they wanted us to be patient because they only had one housekeeper for the entire hotel and the reason the rooms were not cleaned was because it was spring break. My understanding is that check-in time means your room will be ready regardless of being the busy season.

We chose to stay at this hotel because the reviews seemed good. Terrible experience from the time we walked in to the lobby. The lady checking us in, was strange and rude right off the bat. I always immediately check for any kind of bugs anytime i stay at a hotel. I opened one of the drawers and immediately seen a roach as well as poisoning for them. We left immediately and went to the front desk asking for a refund. I showed the clerk at the front desk a picture of the roach and she was very rude. I had made the reservation for the hotel through a third party website so i called them to request the refund. While waiting, the owner of the hotel showed up. The clerk went to talk to her about refunding our room and she dismissed us and left completely without even talking to us or trying to make it right. The clerk at the front desk got even ruder with us after that. Thank goodness for hotels.com going to bat for us and pushing for a refund.

This was one of the absolute worst stays we have been on. The ladies especially the older lady were extremely rude. We got accused of breaking stuff, the pool closed early, my kids were constantly yelled at by the older lady at the front while they were at the pool, they were kicked out of the hot tub even though they were with an adult, I got locked in my bathroom for 20 minutes because the door broke. Absolutely terrible. Also couldn’t get anyone to let us talk to the manager or the owner. What do they have to hide!?

The front desk staff was rude and impatient. She was rude to the customer in front of me and myself. Our room did not look anything like the one pictured on the ad where I booked our stay. The room was ran down, and needed a good cleaning. I didn't even want to touch the door because it was so dirty with a film of something on it. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable- the mattress was warped and had no cushioning to it whatsoever. We stayed at Angel Inn by Imax before and it was very nice but we will never stay at the Central location again.

Great and affordable place to spend a few days with your family. The rooms were decent. The breakfast was good. We had eggs, sausage, waffles and cold stuff. Customer service was excellent. The hotel has a couple of buildings that are separate, but close to the office and swimming pool/spa and cafeteria. It close to many attractions. I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. As it turned out, we had the pool hot tub to ourselves and the hot breakfast which included eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy was very good and we were the only ones in the dining room. Our room was very quiet, cool, cool and had a Jacuzzi tub in it and a showerhead that was a massage head and terrific pressure actually give you a massage. It was incredibly reasonable and so if we’re in Branson again, we will stay there. It’s not a new place, but it’s not really rundown either so we would recommend especially for the price!

Going in they were having computer problems, but gave us our reserved room and finished the paperwork later.The room was very clean, the recliner was a little old, but the breakfast area was noticeably clean and the coffee and hot breakfast was very good.

Our bed had 2 regular sheets instead of a fitted sheet and regular one. I had to go down to the front desk and remake both of the beds. The 2nd drawer in the dresser kept coming off the tracks and the toilet paper roll holder screws kept coming out of the drywall. The breakfast biscuits were stale, the juice machine only spit out water. It was a good central location and the pool was nice for kids because it only went up to 5ft. Ill defiantly find somewhere else to say though next time.

Rooms were cleaned mostly but the sheets were stained. The rooms were hot and temperature was difficult to control. Its an older property and needs a bit of TLC here and there. The odd eggs and undercooked sausage were passable but the biscuits were actually good. We probably won't stay again, there are better options at similar or less cost if your not booking late.
