This place is amazing. Clean, beautiful. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Very family oriented. On Fiday and Saturday nights at q0:30pm, they have hot cobbler a d ice cream for those returning from shows.

They chose to take away handicap parking from their guests to accommodate a truck show. They said there was plenty of parking in the front and there was NOT. Also we did not have overnight guest services that replaced our dirty towels. Air conditioner was leaking in our room and the floor was soaked. Spent 2 nights with a fan on high to dry the carpet. We also had ants crawling on the ceiling.

Loved this property! Friendly staff, close to everything without being directly on the main strip. First pool I've ever been in that was truly heated! It was 30 degrees outside during our stay but the pool was warm enough to enjoy your swim. They keep it like 85 degrees!!! Very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. We'll stay here next time we're in town!

Great location for the hotel. Just close enough to everything but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Branson. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. My kids loved the pool and were so excited that the water was not freezing even though it was outside. The temp of the pool water was well maintained!

We often stay at this hotel. It is very clean and comfortable and always offers a good rate. The pool is nice and there's a hot tub both of which are open until 11 (and in a separate building in case you want to go to bed early. Usually the breakfast is also exceptional BUT we recently learned they don't off hot breakfast all year. If you're off season, you only get cereal and toast. The location is our favorite thing. It looks off the beaten path BUT it is actually easy to get to any part of town very quickly without driving the main drag.

I paid $178 for one night and was highly disappointed with the look and quality of the hotel. My bathroom had mold in the shower and when I informed the front desk they didn’t do anything. Not even an apology. The room was very old looking and over priced. If i pay $178 for one night I’m expecting something like the Marriott at least. The staff was okay. Ice machine didn’t work on my floor. The breakfast was very very basic kinda like they was over it. Overall it wasn’t worth $178 at all.

We found roaches in our room!! The hotel overall looked really nice and the beds were comfortable. When I reported the issue they were very nice about it and offered a bit of a discount. Not like other places where we have encountered issues and have been difficult to work with. The staff was great. I know places have their issues and bugs can be brought on from anywhere. So it’s just one of those things that can happen anywhere.

We had a 5 night stay. After the first night we realized they did not clean the rooms of stay overs. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels. We asked to get clean towels daily during our stay, we had to ask 2 more times, finally the last night of our stay towels had been replaced.

The hotel was ok. The pool really needed cleaning. There was hair, nail polish peelings, and debris in it. House cleaning was interesting. Both days that they did it they only made one of our beds. The room smelled really weird. I couldn’t tell you what it was but it wasn’t pleasant.

We stayed three nights in a king room. When we arrived there was a large space where a chair or sofa should be. The pictures in the hotel description showed a chair. The front desk did get us a chair. The room was never cleaned or checked or toiletries while we were there. I had to get more soap off the maids cart. The breakfast was OK. I understand they cannot cook food on-site due to health code requirements. The hotel was full with many tour busses. To stay at a nicer level of hotel would cost 60% more.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The pillows were hard but i always bring my own. Breakfast was just like all hotel breakfast. The 1st morning we went for breakfast there was not meat. I asked and the girl looked at me like i didnt know what i was talking about. We waited about 10 minutes and they never put any out. 2nd day no potatoes so we didnt even try.

Older hotel but nice. The beds are comfy and the rooms are big. Breakfast is good, too, plus they had an ice cream social the night we were there. It could stand some updating, but these are the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in in forever and we travel often.

We really enjoyed the location (quiet, off the strip) and the lobby was large and welcoming. Breakfast was also great with several options and plenty of seating. However, our room faced the courtyard and the lights stayed on all night and could be seen through the curtains. The door also did not have proper seams and the lights from the hallway poured through. All in all it was a decent budget friendly experience.

I didn't like that there was only 2 bedside lamps in a large king bed room. Half the room was dark. There was no comfortable chair to relax in. The room was clean and seemed to have fresh paint and carpet but seemed unfinished.

We had a great stay. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean. The only negative we had was upon check-in when we stood awkwardly waiting for 10 minutes for the receptionist finished what was obviously a personal call.

The girl we checked in with on Saturday was bubbly friendly eager to be helpful. She was chatty and willing to meet our needs. The girl we checked out with Sunday was very cold. It was obvious we were interrupting her socializing with one of the other employees. She did not listen to what I was told to tell her and she was not interested in attempting to fix the problem. I got charged double. I called back after we left and she still was not interested in helping and said she would pass it off to the manager. Now I have to keep following up.

I did some research online before booking at The Branson Towers Hotel. The key factors in making my decision to book there were the pricepoint, all the positive reviews I read and them having all the amenities that we were looking for. From the moment i walked into the lobby I knew I made the right choice. The hotel is big, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were a delight as was the outdoor courtyard. The game room was a big hit with my 7 year old grandson and myself, and in the morning their breakfast buffet was wonderful. There wasn't a single thing I didn't like about the place. I liked that it wasn't right on the strip, but it's literally only minutes away. I believe that I've found my new little get away that's not too far from home. I definitely will be making return visits and I highly recommend for others to book their stay at The Branson Towers Hotel, you will not be disappointed.

So. We were told we could pay $25 for an early check in at 2:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m. I was told our room still wasn't ready. I called every half our til 3:55 to be told our room still wasn't ready. Went in at 3:56 the room still wasn't ready. 4:01 still wasn't ready. Finally was able to get checked in at 4:20, but overall it was a terrible experience. Will never stay here again.

We stay here every year for our Christmas trip. The hotel stay is always very nice and comfortable. However, this year when we arrived, a clerk was pretty snippy to us. We simply asked if we could check in an hour early. My husband is always very polite. She snapped at him and said it’s not ready. So he turned to me when I walked in and said it’s not ready. I said oh ok do you know what time it will be? And she said she could only guarantee the 4 pm time. That’s fine. But the way she said all of this to us was very cold and unprofessional. She knew she was being ugly and had a smug grin on her face the entire time. I’m not sure what her issue was because this is a normal thing to do after a 5 hour drive. It never hurts to ask if you can check in early.

The area is about 10 min from the Brandson strip so it was far away to be quieter but close enough to drive there easily. I also liked the extra “perk” of cobbler and ice cream on the Saturday night we were there. We got back too late to have any, but it was an extra think that made this hotel one up on others. Our room was a little weird though. We paid almost $170 for a king bed updated room, but it looked like it was in the process of being updated. The headboard was updated, but the picture behind was off center. Looked like it may have been a double queen room previously? We also had a large area that would usually have a chair or desk or loveseat that was completely empty. Just oddly/sparsely furnished. Again, almost seemed in the process of being updated. $170 was a bit high in my opinion, but overall it was a nice place.

The Brandon Towers was a very good experience. It was clean, friendly professional staff and convenient location just far enough away from the strip traffic congestion area. Will definitely consider staying here again when visiting the Branson area.

I was there the last week before the summer crush arrived. It was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was in good shape ahead of the peak season. The breakfast area is very large with good options. There are a lot of rooms in the building so even this large room may get crowded.

Lots of reviews said this hotel had a wonderful breakfast. During our 2 night stay breakfast opened 5 minutes late and was just typical breakfast. No fresh fruit and a typical amount of options. 2nd morning. Opened late again but his time no coffee. While people are waiting for breakfast to open late at least have coffee available. You say there is coffee 24/7 but not true! Also water pressure on 3rd floor is horrible!!

The view from the breakfast room is one of the nicest features as the hotel sits at the top of a hill. Clean facilities, freshly painted, beds comfortable. Breakfast selection ok, no fresh fruit. AC in room older but adequate. Friday and Saturday night free dessert receptions were a nice touch. Would stay here again.

They have a Friday/Saturday night free " ice cream" service. It is a nice feature. The night we were able to take part they had cherry or apple cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Branson towers has the best of everything from excellent check in to cleanness a nd comfort of the beds. Also on friday and saturday nights they have ice cream and cobbler from 10 to 11 so get out of show come back and have dessert.
