It has been updated but rooms are rather small. The bathroom could be claustrophobic for some. It was fairly clean but smelled kinda stale/musty. Pool in the back. Breakfast was limited. Dog above us barked often and when others would shut their door, it would rattle ours.

It was about average. Nice rooms for the price I’ll definitely say that. I wish they would’ve let the adult swim later as some of us never got to swim with all the other swimming all day.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby was clean and very modern-looking. The room was basic, but for a really good price. Clean sheets and towels, shower curtain, etc. The split bathroom set up was interesting, but it did work out in the end. Plenty of parking, and the location was really close to what we ended up doing, including a lot of different restaurant options. This was a good hotel and we will be returning in the next month or so.

I was fine for one night. The mattresses were comfortable but did not fit the metal bed frame, so that was somewhat an eye-sore & would hit my knee on the frame. Breakfast was above standard fare with "made to order" omlets. Still remodeling several rooms.

The lady who makes breakfast makes this place very welcoming! Very kind staff and clean rooms overall, would recommend a stay here. Big parking lot and it’s in a good area. It’s around a 4-5 minute walk to the main touristy road with everything.

Stayed here for our honeymoon trip to Branson. Usually I don’t usually go for hotels with outdoor corridors, but this was the best I’ve stayed in by far. It was clean, quiet, and in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. We had a minor concern with our door now closing, but we just made sure we really pulled it shut, and or had to have the door locked with the security latch. We weren’t at the hotel much except to rest and plan our days, but we enjoyed our stay.

A nice room for a great rate. We had a King suite room. We were on the ground level which we liked. The staff is so nice. The made to order omelet was delicious with fresh ingredients. We had the pool to ourselves when we stayed.

Friendly and welcoming staff/management. They opened up the breakfast room for my party when they saw us getting ready to use the outdoor seating area to have a meal together. The made-to-order eggs at breakfast was wonderful. Removed one star because the room floors were quite dirty and the AC seemed to struggle with handling the July humidity in the rooms. I appreciate the hard floors as I feel like hotel carpets are gross, but it still felt uncomfortable to see socks turn dark brown from walking on the floor. My husband and I quickly mopped with used towels. You could also easily hear guests on the room upstairs. Those are difficult for management to address though and they were really friendly.

I found a bedbug in my room and took it to their front desk.. They argued with me and will not issue my refund they are very very rude…Indo not recommend staying here at all I would rather sleep on the ground then sleep at this place…….

Disappointing Stay – Room Was Unclean and Unsafe I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon entering the room, there were visible spills on surfaces and the sheets had debris, making it clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned. Even worse, there were bugs crawling on the ceiling and small ant-like insects on the bed. An extension cord was running around the bed, which felt like a safety hazard. The TV didn’t worked and most of the outlets were non-functional. On top of that, the water in the bathroom was barely warm — definitely not suitable for a comfortable shower. Overall, the room felt dirty, neglected, and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Came in to blood on our sheets and stains on our mattress. They moved us rooms and that room had roaches. We left and demanded a refund. I wish this would let me attach pictures.

It was an ok hotel not the cleanest like our floor had a whole bunch of dust bunnies and debris and everything had a coat of something on them where I whipped my finger on it and it looked cleaner than the lamp and the tub was just a little gross looking and the tub faucet was dripping the whole time we were there and when I had the room cleaned nothing changed really other then the bed being made

The hotel staff was eager to let us check in early. When we had gone to dinner and came back to room there was a small puddle of water on the floor from the refrigerator. The hotel staff immediately upgraded our room and we moved to a larger room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but I like a little less firm bed, but overall we had a great stay and will stay again. Thank you Baymont staff for a pleasant stay.

Accommodations were great. There was a built in desk for computer usage. We wanted to play cards with our friends, but there was no table of any sort in the room. The owner graciously offered to let us play on one of the tables in the breakfast room. We realize later the breakfast room was next to the owner’s family quarters. We got an unspoken message that some of the family members wanted to go to bed. When we left we realized that we had not brought our room key. Again, the hostess graciously got us a new key. She went out of her way to be kind to us. In the morning, she was cooking made to order omelets. They were very good. The room was clean and attractive. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We booked a room at the Baymont by Wyndham Branson Thousand Hills We chose to pay upon arrival. When we drove into the parking lot, the property was in fact a drive up motel. There were kids running up and down the walkway/balcony area, people standing in the same area smoking and a group of men smoking and drinking in the pool area. We opted not to stay and called to cancel our reservation. We were IMMEDIATELY charged the full amount for two nights. Expedia said they had no control over the charges and the motel said they had no control over the charges. I will NEVER book through Expedia ever again. If a property is not what they advertise, travelers should have an option to cancel. It shouldn’t matter if it is a same day booking or not!

Clean and comfortable room. Upgraded towels and toiletries was an added bonus. The free hot breakfast was amazing with cooked to order eggs in addition to the other breakfast items made it a hit with my husband. Will definitely be back!!
