Parking area was safe & spacious. The dining area was open and available until 11P, which wss great for eating our late night pizza order, had access to silverware, plates, & napkins. Allowed us a 2 hour late check-out, which was super helpful b/c my husband & son had a morning fishing trip and needed an opportunity to clean up afterwards. Staff was very helpful & friendly. The only thing that was slightly inconvient was they ran out of many breakfast items.

Not anything at all what the pictures described. Stayed in a "Superior King suite" that was said to sleep 4. Unless all 4 individuals are supposed to sleep in 1 bed there is no where else to sleep besides the bed. Absolutely no water pressure. Had to stand against the wall under the shower head to take a shower. Elevator broke day before our check-out which was inconvenient. Wasn't at all worth spending extra money for the room we thought we were getting for a weeks stay. Pool was quite cloudy. Couldn't even see the bottom. Breakfast was average. No selection. Eggs, sausage, and potatoes everyday.

Loved the outdoor pool. It was tricky to gain access to gym. You had to have them program it into your key. And the equipment want the best. Breakfast was good and had a good variety.

Normally we stay in building 1 but his time we got put in building 2. Building 2 was dim lit and dingy. Just didn't feel as safe as the other building. I would stay here again but would ask for building 1.

The sheets and towels were stained. The elevator broke on us after the first day. We had to use the stairs, which had an eaten chicken bone in the corner that had been there multiple days. Walked all the way to the indoor pool just for it to be “sick,” whatever that means. There was a shopping cart and trash by the parking lot. The outdoor pool had a film on it and was noticeably green.

Upon arrival, the room was not ready at the appropriate time. This hotel also appears to have purchased the hotel behind them, which they call building two so check-in was in building one and then one has to drive to a separate hotel for our room. This may seem to be trivial, until my spouse had already unloaded the car at building one while I was checking in.

The carpet in the elevator definitely needs to be shampooed and the elevator was a concern. When we got on it and hit a button to go to a different floor, it would beep and the doors would open and shut this happened almost every time we got on the elevator over a three day. Period

There are 2 buildings. I didnt get to choose which one from my reservation. One is woth reservation desk, indoor pool and breakfast. The other building only has outdoor pool. You have to walk or drive between buildings. We were given the oitdoor popl cheaper rooms with my hotels.com reservation. Room was decent. No exhaust fan in bathroom (strange). Air conditioner does not have a always on fan setting (for those that like white noise). Staff was friendly. Pools were clean and stocked well with towels. Room was clean.

The Reception was helpful. The Room smelled and so did the linens. Pillow smelled and so did the sheets and towels. Won't be staying there again. Only good thing is conveniently located to events.

Look like there was mold growing on the walls in the bathroom and the towels were all tattered. Elevator carpet was filthy very noisy refrigerator and when we turned on the heat, it was an awful smell coming from the unit.

Hotel was very clean and even smelled clean in both buildings. Five strs to the housekeeping crew! The pool inside was warm and the hot tub was nice and hot. Breakfast was delicious and much better tasting than most other hotels. Other than the tv not having very loud sound (really couldn’t hear it) we are very happy with this hotel.

This hotel is on the older side, although it seemed clean. Our only issues were a bad air conditioner and no black-curtains. Luckily during our August stay, the weather was on the cooler side, mid-80s. Although we had our ac set on 60 the room was probably lower 70s during the night, but as soon as the bright sun came into our room (because we only had sheer curtains) it quickly rose to an uncomfortable temp. One other notable thing, the tub/shower looked brand new but the shower head was level to my 5'7" height and maybe 6 inches to the ceiling. May be a problem for a taller person. On the positive side, the staff was kind and the bed was comfy and tv had many channel options. Also, a great location with plenty of parking.

The kids at the front desk were not the kindest, I had booked 2 rooms 8 people for Friday-Sunday and called on Wednesday before to verify the pool was working and that I had my grandkids and they wanted to be the highest up with the pool and it would make for a great weekend due to last year at another hotel in Branson the pool was not working and that is the point with booking with an indoor pool. They had put both rooms in a different building as the pool, I stressed on the Wednesday before we needed in pool area but on highest floor possible both rooms, how can you take a 7, 6 and 2 year old along with a 75 year old on a walker to a different building to swim. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay and the towels were not even enough for 3 people to take a shower or wash their face. Very disappointed in the staff at the front desk and the one gentleman with the swooping of his bangs. Ugh, young kids running the front just doesn’t work especially at night when people have been on the road and they really don’t care they are there for a job. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN AND WILL NOT BE GIVING A GOOD REVIEW AT ALL. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! GRAND OAKS WAS A BUST FOR US. NEVER AGAIN.

Our stay was wonderful from my first call to the hotel to ask a few questions. Savannah was more than helpful and pleasant. Upon our arrival we met Dave who was professional and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The ladies who prepared breakfast did a wonderful job of keeping the food plentiful and the eating area tidy.

Our room was large and comfortable. There was an extra sink outside the bathroom so two people could use a sink. The breakfast room was very large and there were many options to eat: waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, potatoes , along with cereal, fruit, yogurt and muffins. The staff was courteous. The location was along the Yellow Route. We were pleased.

There wasn't much variety for breakfast, and there weren't many healthy options, but what we had was good. The check-in was fast, and the gentleman who helped us was very friendly. The room's temperature was perfect. We will not hesitate to stay there again and will recommend.

Toilet rocked. Shower leaked. Door to bathroom didn't shut or lock. Elevator was really slow. Heater in the room smelled like burning hair. Ac was horribly loud. Breakfast was bare minimum. Eggs, tiny muffins, potatoes. Gravy. No biscuits on either day for us. Parking lot is in disrepair.

Pros: Clean room, good location off the strip, check in and check out was easy, we didn’t have any issues with our two-night stay Cons: It’s an older hotel, pool was too crowded even late at night, breakfast was mediocre (but glad breakfast was included!)
