The exercise room was in very poor condition. Equipment broken, no water, or ventilation. No service to rooms. Gathered dirty linens and trash which was placed outside of door. Location very convenient for shows and restaurants. Staff very kind!

Room was nice and spacious, very clean. Bed was comfortable. For the size of the property the elevators ran very quickly. Both pool areas were well maintained and stocked with towels. The only thing I would like to see changed is putting the TV on a swivel mount instead of stationary mount. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Branson

T this is the e only place my family stays when w come to Branson. We absolutely love it. The only thing I would improve is the indoor pool the room is very hot it think it should be vented more.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and helpfulness of all the staff we talked to. It was also one of the quietest hotels we had ever stayed in, in spite of being right on the strip. Close to everything as well. Would highly recommend.

Nice older place and I like the look. It’s conveniently close to anything you wanna do along the strip. Room is pretty clean but I prefer they focus more on deep cleaning as there’s the typical filth behind the bathroom doors, around the mirror (wall area), etc.. balcony was nasty. I just preferred a cleaner place for the money. But staff is amazingly friendly and helpful! Great full breakfast options and staff to assist if needed. Very friendly employees!

This is what it looked like under the beds we slept in for 3 days. 2 of us woke up with spider bites. Hotel cost was very high and owner of the hotel offers next to nothing as a refund for the trouble. Craziness don’t go you will be sorry.

The hotel property is well kept and very beautiful. It is very Victorian and quaint in nature. However, the floor in our room was sticky to walk on barefoot. One of the two queen beds was rather used and the other quite comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again and hope that the owners of the property look into purchasing new beds where needed.

Needs renovations. Carpet is smelly throughout the hotel and dust mites were on top of the bed. AC was extremely loud. Front desk clerk was dry and said she was too tired to be at work that night. Breakfast was horrible. Bathroom was ok. Plugs didn’t work. Need updated amenities.

So many disappointments. We stayed here before and had no problems, but this room was different. First of all the bathroom. It was just under 5'X5', so you had to inch by the toilet to even shut the door, which was only 2' wide. I am a math teacher so I measured everything. The shower was for midgets with the water coming out at just under 5'. I am 6'2".. It also ran cold when I showered after my wife. Let's talk balcony. It was beyond tiny with 2 wire chairs, but leg room for only one. Next, furniture...There was too much, leaving little walking room or convenience for sitting in the chairs. One chair was trapped between the HVAC and a table, impossible to use. the nice chair was so close to the bed I barely had room to put my shoes on while in it. Beds. Both were crowned so that if you neared the edge it felt like you were going to fall out, so you had to try and stay in the middle. Parking is not fun for older folks like us because most spots are up a steep hill. The breakfast was actually very good and well stocked.

The good: The room was spacious and clean and the beds slept well. We appreciated that the sink was separate from the toilet and shower so easier to use with multiple family members. Breakfast was good, and breakfast service was excellent. The not so good: I could not use the internet at all. I kept getting quarantined, ostensibly because I was streaming, but I turned off all my apps. I called the 800 number twice and just gave up and turned off the Wi-Fi. There were no options on the pillows, they were all too thick, not suitable for stomach or back sleepers who prefer a flatter pillow. One night when we went to use the indoor hot tub, we had to leave the pool area because it was over 100° and felt like a sauna. It was unusable, I was afraid to get in the hot tub for fear I would overheat. When we reported it to the front desk, they dismissed our concerns, but we checked it out the next day and it wasn't as hot, so I think there was definitely something wrong that night. The other: housekeeping does not come into your room. You leave a tag on the door in the morning with a checklist of anything new you need like towels or soap, and leave your dirty linens and trash can in the hallway, and they leave the replacements on your door later. We were fine with that, but it's worth knowing.

Parking was terrible. The buses blocked large area of the back parking, they could have moved to the side behind the dennys. It’s very hard to get in and out of this hotel due to traffic. And the lot east of the property is closed and blocked off. It just looks like a sad area. This area of Branson looks like it’s had a rough time since Covid. The hotels breakfast is not very good but it’s free. The worst part is that there is little sound proofing between the hall and the room. So if there is someone in the hall talking or kids running…you hear it all.

Its right on the strip in Branson near everything. Good location, but like many hotels it was showing its age. The AC was noisy, the couches looked like they visited grandma's house to purchase them. We had what was supposed to be a suite with an extra sitting room. Kind of an exaggeration for a large closet with a couch and refrigerator off the side. The hotel had great potential, but its due for a remodel. Staff were great and helpful. solid 8 on the hotel, not the 9+ ranking Expedia had it at.

The bathroom is small and the sink is right by the door that you enter through into the room. Also there was not enough water flow/pressure from the shower head. They need to install shower head with adjustable spray patterns and/or shower hose attachment.

Excellent staff - Shaquille who checked us in was great & the guy who helped us with our tv remote was very nice & helpful! This hotel is very well kept and is a very good value - very close to many of the entertainment venues.

The housekeeping staff was asked if the trash in our room could be taken care of and because we were not in the room “schedule” to be cleaned the housekeeper said. “Absolutely Not”! We told the housekeeper that we would even bag it up ourselves and hand it to her and she refused! When we came to the hotel front desk workers, my husband was cussed out by the maintenance man who was taking up for the housekeeper who he said didn’t speak English, however when I spoke her her, her English was just fine. The older man at the front desk “Don” he has no business working in customer service because he openly cusses, using the MF word and F work while checking us in. Then had the audacity to say “I will speak to you however I want”! We were floored! We have NEVER been spoken to or treated that way, EVER! We spent over $2000 for our stay there and were treated like garbage. We will NEVER stay at this property again unless they get new staff. Their staff needs to be retrained in how to treat the people that pay their wages!! I’m sure this will be thrown out and overlooked but the cameras don’t lie! Will NOT BE BACK!!! Rooms were clean, price was ok.

The hotel its self was good. It was clean and easy to check in to. However, the staff was rude. We had a check out time of 11:00 and around 10:25 housekeepers knocked on the door. We declined service and they still unlocked our door to come into our room. Which we were annoyed about because we had JUST finished changing. The lady that came in said she just needed to check if we needed anything and when we said we were good she still stood there looking around. We then had to ask her to leave again. When we did leave to check out around 10:40 she came and asked if we were leaving and could actually go in the room this time. When we went to the front desk to say something the guy just took the room key and waved us on

The evening front desk clerk was amazing! He was very helpful regarding the area and we were able to squeeze in a lot of activities in our 36 hours in Branson. Definitely recommend!

The older gentleman at the front desk is somewhat rude and did complaining about having to help visitors in room 504 and having to do thing that is required of him in front of customers. Enjoyed the place but until different people can run the front desk i will not be coming back.

We booked a 1 night stay after filtering for pet friendly hotels. We received a confirmation saying they couldn't wait to welcome us and our pet. The sign outside said pet friendly. Then at check in we were told we couldn't bring in our adventure cat. The clerk took back our keys and would not help with a refund. We left a voicemail for management the next day and received no response. This was the worst customer service of our cross country trip.

The photos of the property make it seem much more separate and set back from the road. It’s actually right on a main road. Walking around the area is impossible as the road has no crosswalks or lights. You need to Uber/Lyft or have transportation. It’s a bit worn as a property but it’s clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent and the breakfast is great as well as the afternoon tea with cookies.

Convenient location for shopping. Room was on road side so loud road noise. TV sound was set so low could not hear and not able to turn it up. No shampoo in the room.

Wonderful stay!! Very close to many Branson attractions, walking distance to mall, walmart, restaurants, and a few attractions. Very nice rooms and the breakfast was great!!

Parking was terrible. The buses blocked large area of the back parking, they could have moved to the side behind the dennys. It’s very hard to get in and out of this hotel due to traffic. And the lot east of the property is closed and blocked off. It just looks like a sad area. This area of Branson looks like it’s had a rough time since Covid. The hotels breakfast is not very good but it’s free. The worst part is that there is little sound proofing between the hall and the room. So if there is someone in the hall talking or kids running…you hear it all.

Great nice hotel and staff! We stayed 3 nights! The breakfast area is little chaos in the morning and not enough seatings! Teatime is a nice add offered by hotel!! Clean and comfortable! Sink separated (and right in front of front door) from rest of tight bathroom is not a good setup! Will return for our next Branson trip!

Everything was great, except at breakfast, they'd run out of different items during our breakfast. Had to ask staff to replenish things 3-4 times each morning. Maybe they need more staff during breakfast?

The location was good for attending shows, restaurants, etc but the property needs a refresh. The sink in our bathroom was literally falling out of the base when we arrived(we were moved to a new room) and the service was spotty at the breakfast buffet. We had to ask for coffee refills every day of our stay among other things. We found the layout of the buffet to be confusing as well -- not a good flow. Relatively good food selection though. We feel that lack of staff contributed to a few of these issues.

Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet every morning. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, bagels, cereals, toast, waffles, juice, coffee, muffins.....something for everyone. Afternoon tea and cookies. This is our number one place to stay when we're in town.

The bathroom is the smallest I have ever encountered in North America, the Caribbean, Mexico and Guam. Some hotel suit changed the architect’s original plan to this barely functional joke. One must step out of the bath to dry off from the shower. Or maybe stand in the shower to dry? You couldda had five stars! Obviously the person that signed off has never, ever had a room like this and tried to use the bath. Won’t be back.
