Marriott's Willow Ridge Lodge

We loved the amount of room in the villa we stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was there. We highly recommend this place. They also have tether ball, a pickle ball court, horseshoes, basketball court, ping pong, outdoor grilling area. Would be great to be there when pool is open. It was a beautiful property.

Clean and quiet condos, and family friendly. Lots of activities at the resort, and beautiful pool and hot tubs as well. Loved that they had a life guard, and the condo units themselves were well appointed and it was a bonus that there were a washer and dryer in the unit too. It was great to come home with clean clothes in the suitcase! Also close to many of the theatres and events. Highly recommend this property!

The pool layout was nice, however there were a lot of dead beetles around the pool / hot tub area as well as debris from the trees floating in the pool. We enjoyed the pool, just be aware. The pool bar was nice and had a decent selection of food and drinks. The room was average and dated. We stayed in the first floor which felt like the basement. We liked having a kitchen and laundry in the room so that was nice. The entrance door to our room was open to the outside, so we ended up getting lots of flies in our room (motel like). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is also a nice selection of daily activities at the resort. The resort is very centrally located to shopping, activities and restaurants, which was a big plus.

Only thing I didn't like was you had to pay $15.00 a day for parking, didn't understand that. Were not at a concert or a game.

Indoor pool was great. Its a marriot vacation (timeshare) resort so if you are a "renter", they hit you with a few timeshare pitches. They are nice about it but it is someones full time job... just an FYI. amenities were nice.. indoor pool was great, workout room was updated and the game room was awesome.. also a buisiness/family lounge that was updated... Outdoor pool and amenities look awesome... we plan to return to use them in the summer months...

Did not like the daily parking fee!!

Rooms were great. Good size. I called to see if we could check in a little early and was told yes, but when we got to the hotel, the room wasn’t ready, so a slow check in but all in all good. I was disappointed that I wasn’t told there was a $15 a day car fee. That was a surprise.

This hotel is actually a vacation resort and it is extremely nice and well maintained. I have been coming here for many years and it is my go to place in Branson. Unfortunately it is a bit pricey, and with the new parking fee of $15/day it makes it even more expensive. We got a room in the bottom floor (underground) but for a one night stay this was just fine! Positive: very clean, activities, beautiful pool, ample seating at pool and resort, good workout facility. Negative: workout facility is too small. With the amount of guests during peak summer days it gets really crowded in there! Several years ago they used to do the splash contest at the pool more often and this was a highlight for our family, but they don’t do that as much. The activities are not quite as good as they used to be 6-8 years ago. $15 per day parking is a big bummer. The room we got had a bit of a muggy smell/feel to it when we first got in there but we cranked the air and it caught up and was very comfortable (it was an extremely hot day out) so the air was having a hard time keeping up. unfortunately this time we had to leave really early as my daughter got sick, which was a huge bummer but not a knock against the hotel, just disappointing for sure considering the amount of money we paid and didn’t end up doing anything the day of our stay.

We loved everything! The resort was beautiful, accomodations were great, so many things to do! The only thing was the pool and spa were constantly down for maintenance which was super frustrating being that we were there for a week. Both pools and spa. Hopefully next year when we come we can experience them with our grandkids.

Great experience! The elevators in villa 1 were quite slow and seemed to get stuck at times, but nothing too worrisome. Overall would stay again!

They warmly greeted us the second we opened the doors; they were pleasant, professional and genuinely seemed happy for our stay at the property! Very welcoming and it was refreshing in a time where customer service is seriously lacking! Our unit (building 5, second floor, unit 14) seemed dated; needs new carpet (stained in many areas) and a new mattress; the mattress was a king and on both sides had huge sunken in dips (a taco bed with a hump in the middle). Neither of us slept well, in fact, my husband ended up pulling the cushions off the couch to make a bed on the floor. I reported the bed @ check-out the staff said they would've gladly replaced the bed had we reported it and I should've after the first night, but we were only staying for 2-nights on this trip. Otherwise, the location is great, pool is perfect, staff was amazing; over the top customer service, and we enjoyed our stay!

liked location, felt safe, parking was good, room size was good, grounds were nice. mattress was awful, room had a handicap accessible shower and water ran 2 to 3 foot out of direct shower area so you had to towel dry the floor each shower, quite a bit of mildew or mold was along the edge of the shower, the closet made our clothes smell like "mothballs" or your 90 year old grandma.

The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly.

Everyone was so kind and the place was clean and tidy. Very festive during the Christmas season too. Shout out to Earl for his kind words and help!!

We were disappointed in the stay. We were super excited and staff was very friendly and kids enjoyed pool. The pictures made it look spacious. If you ever stayed in a two room condo that has a full kitchen and spacious on one side and the other side is a bed with a small kitchenette area. We got the side of the bed with small kitchenette area. This was so much smaller though. There were 4 of us so once the pull out couch was out there was no room to even turn around. The pull out was very hard and the kids didn’t sleep well on it. The bathroom is outdated. The shower curtain didn’t hang down all the way so the floor in the wider bathroom would get wet. Felt like the bathroom was always dirty and had mildew. The bathroom was the worst part. If it was just my husband and I, the room would have still seemed small.

Very basic accommodations, not what we expected from a Marriott. Villa smelled of paint the villas were not the nicest. Carpets were filthy, dated ceramic tiles. Sparsely decorated and felt like a cheap hotel. The pool music was blaring from 8:45 am until 10 pm and could be heard from the villas. Elevator was extremely slow and the outside hallways were dim and dark. Pool was okay, food available from 11:30-6:00. Limited offerings but nice to have something available. It’s a walk up and order yourself type snack hut. Area outside of the resort was very run down, tourist trap and kind of sad. Lots of closed hotels. Table rock area is prettier, cleaner and relaxing.

The property was lovely! Close to everything yet tucked away to feel like it’s own little world. The whole place is beautiful, rooms were clean and fresh, and the staff were all nice.

They charged for daily parking!! They also made mistakes at the front desk when charging for incidentals! What a shame! I would have considered coming back to that place but after all of that, I think not!

This was an excellent way to spend the holiday, and my family of four had more than enough space at this resort! The full kitchen, the washer and dryer, and the facilities in general were outstanding, plus all of the additional resort activities...the indoor pool is fantastic, and we were all super happy with our stay.

We didn’t care for being booked in a basement room with no patio or outside space. If you’re a “member”, you get better choices. It was expensive for what we had. No I wouldn’t stay there again.

The fully furnished king villa was as comfortable as being at home. Spotless with all of the conveniences of home. Close by grocery and other shopping centers and the proximity to all of the shows we wanted to see made it very easy to accomplish all we had planned to do. We will definitely stay here on any future trips. 5 star all the way!

I reported a concern about the room being next door to mechanical room an there was a compressor that kicked on multiple times for 20-30 seconds at a time during the night. They said, since I booked thru a third-party an got some kind of special that they save the good rooms for their owners and direct clientele people. I thought the lady was kinda haughty and didn’t really want to hear any complaints. I was just trying to do it for their own benefit and you know there is a lot more places to stay in Branson, Mo than that place.

Loved our 9 day stay. The welcome staff are phenomenal. Exceeded any expectations. Made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make us feel special. We were on our honeymoon and when they found outlet we received a lovely gift box and a card signed by the entire front desk staff. Amazing room! Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and beautiful.

The property was okay. We arrived at the property around 2:00 on the day of check-in. We asked if it was possible to check-in to the room a little early. We were then told check-in was 4:00 and they didn’t have anything available at the time. That wasn’t a problem for us and we were fine with that answer but it felt like we were being scolded for even asking to check-in early. Not a warm welcome to the property. The front desk staff took our number and told us they would call when a room was ready. 30 minutes later we were called. We were placed in a handicap room on the ground floor which was ok but not what I reserved. The room was cleaned once while we were there for a four day stay. Plenty of activities to do at the hotel and surrounding area. The staff seemed professional but not overly friendly.

This is our favorite resort in Branson. It’s tucked away from hustle of the strip and you truly feel like you’re in the countryside. The staff is top notch as well as the rooms. Look no further for relaxation as this property is it!!

My stay was amazing, from the checkin clerk who was fabulous, friendly and gave great dining tips to the people easy check out Service. Will definitely stay here in the future.

The property was nice! We did not like that we paid in full 2 months in advance for a non-accessible room and they gave us an accessible room and acted as if that was what we asked for before finally admitting they were overbooked and because we checked in late and it was spring break we had to get what was left. Unprofessional and although corporate stated that was not their policy nothing was done. The room was to be cleaned on our second day, which they did not come. I will not stay here again given they give your room away and overbook using accessible rooms as their catch all.

We use Marriott Hotels throughout our travels. The location was lovely. The rooms were okay- What surprised us was that there was no breakfast offered or a bar area. I’m not sure if we ever stayed at a Marriott that didn’t have some sort of eating area or bar.
