Clean room staff was friendly

Room was clean but small however didn't pay much attention to sqare footage

Very nice lodge. In the middle of Branson behind the strip so walkable to everything, but felt like you were in the forest. Pool area was resort style and perfect for adults or kids.

Very nice stay all around. Rooms were nice, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

This was the first time we’ve used hotel.com.. going to Branson I thought would be a nice couple days. we checked into our room and our window view was looking out over the air-conditioning with trash in there water bottles, trash…. As I was putting my bathroom stuff away, I noticed and thought there was poop on the room of the toilet. I called downstairs they sent someone right away. She was very sweet. Said she had to leave to get something to clean it up stronger it wasn’t coming off as it turns out it was like a bus mark that looked like a poop stain. The hotel needs to be upgraded. the grounds were very pretty. There’s no reason to stay into an outdated. it was like a bus mark that looked like a poop stain. The hotel needs to be upgraded.
