i like front door parking

It was a good stay. Except out tv wouldn’t work. Went to front desk. Told us to restart it. Never did work. The pool was disgustijnv. Bugs and slimy feeling. Breakfast was ok.

Property needs repair... Everything. Pool out of order. False advertising

You need to have on your site that your pool is under maintenance… as it has been at least for a month before this. I booked this hotel mainly because it had a pool but was under maintenance when I got there and was told by the front desk rudely, that it would be for the rest of summer.

Great breakfast. The pool was not open, which was too bad. But the room and breakfast were great.

A diamond in the rough. When you approach it looks like an old motel. As you enter the lobby, there is a coffee maker and juice machine to the left and a cereal bar against another wall. After checking in and going to the room, everything looks like a nice hotel. Breakfast in the morning you see a complete separate room with tables and the main breakfast buffet which was very good. Every one of the staff I interacted with was so nice, and our little dog (this is a pet friendly accommodation that doesn't screw you over because you have a pet) loved the park like yard. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Easy to get to. Restaurant nearby. Park outside room. Bed was so comfortable! Not fancy but breakfast was good and place was clean. Pool was under repair.

This is a property that is being renovated. The plus side was that the rooms were good, beds were comfortable, pillows were great, and everything was very clean. However, it was very easy to see that there was still plenty to be done. The door to my room had scratches and had damaged trim on the inside from a previous animal. The outside area needs repaving desperately, and the pool was not working. A positive was I was able to park right in front of my door, the lobby was clean, and the desk attendant was very professional. Cons were the next store guests loitering outside smoking pot when we arrived. This hotel is located at a truckstop, and you have to drive through the truckstop in several areas of the parking lot to get to it. For the money, it was a reasonably priced for a quick one night stay, but even though it was clean and tidy inside our room, I was not comfortable and could not wait to leave the next morning. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

The free breakfast was awful, my daughter asked for milk and they said breakfast was almost over, there was still 15 min left. Our rooms smelt like mildew, the coffee pot didn’t work. I pre-registered and it took over 20 min for him to get it together and get us our key. The TV didn’t work when we first got there, tried calling front desk no one answered so I had to walk around for him to say yeah we are having problems with the dish, he could of explained that at check in. The pool was gross ! It hadn’t been swept or backwashed and was full of leaves, we had to skim it before we could get in and then it was so dirty and smelt weird we didn’t stay in very long. Not a place we will return to!

This Motel is really, really old and not properly Maintained. I read in one of the reviews before booking a room and it mentioned "BLACK MOLD" in the bathroom, I just "blew" it off. He was right...We had room 156 and I took photos of the "black Mold".. it's "BAD".! My other complaint is that we were next to a room where 2 adult women and 2 children, ages 2 to 4 maybe were staying. Around 10:30 pm they were making lots of noise , my wife nicely went over and asked to please hold the noise down. Around 11:30 pm, I woke up to screaming and banging around, again my wife comely went over and asked them to be quite. Around 12:45 am it has again gotten loud, doors to the room open and slamming shut, kids screaming and the woman outside cleaning the vehicle while yelling back into the room, in a foreign language. Again my wife went over and asked them to please not be so noisy...one of the women started yelling at my wife about leaving them alone. So my wife went to the office and got the Manager, who came down and asked them to be quite...they never did. NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. ALSO, It is right next to a large truck stop with Diesel trucks coming and going all night and people walking through the parking lot drinking and smoking. I realize that there isn't anything that can be done about the location, but it's still not desirable. It is Advertised as a SureStay/Best Western, Best Western should be ashamed to put their name on this place .

Motel style. Smells very musty/moldy. Cockroach and flys in the room. Immediately walked out

the room was filled with houseflies, bathroom sink did not drain, toilet barely flushed, and the last straw was mold. Mgr did right away give us another room but it was only slightly better. We have stayed here before and it was acceptable BUT NEVER AGAIN.

Different room Different rating. The few things that weren't perfect on my first stay weren't " in your face" issues. One of the sinks in the room drained very slowly and the showerer curtain was dirty on the inside(not noticeable from outside. This second visit- not so good The bathroom was moldy from chest high to include the ceiling.

The room smelled. The drawer was missing the front plate and a nail was sticking straight out. The biscuits and gravy were cold. Carpet in the room was gross

We wanted to do a short trip and get out of our home state so we drove about 450 miles and found this hotel that would accommodate us with 3 dogs. We arrive and check in which went very smoothly the staff was very kind and we went to our room. We booked a king size bed and the room we were put in was a full sized bed at best which was disappointing but the bigger issue we had was our door didn’t have a seal on the bottom left 1/4-1/3 of it so bugs could just come right in. The ac unit was pretty outdated, on full blast and as cold as it could go, but the direction of the air flow can’t be tilted so it mostly went into the window so it was pretty hot. Our husky loves hunting for bugs and the entire time he was in the room he was hunting on the carpet or licking the carpet. The carpet desperately needed shampooed. It felt oily on my feet. The bedding had yellow stains all throughout the sheets and the comforter looked like it needed washed. There was a lot of broken glass on the parking lot space that was there for our room as well as where you drive around the side of the building to get to the back where we were located. Peaked quickly at the pool which looked clean. The dog waste can had a bag of garbage sitting next to it but I’m not sure who maintains that. All in all we checked out early and won’t be returning. The photos made it look so much nicer than it turned out and maybe we had a bad room but very disappointed and grateful that the staff were so kind through it all.

There were bugs in the bathtub and on the sheets. The floor and bathtub were dirty.

This is more of a truck stop motel. The rooms were dirty, baseboards filthy, bathroom in need of repairs, large holes and cracks in the tub with sharp edges.

Very clean rooms and nice staff.

Standard 1 level drive up, exterior access only, inexpensive motel. Cheap mattress. WiFi is pretty slow. Few cracks in the shower walls. Carpets were sticky. Good staff. Good water pressure. Good hot water. Secure doors. Great place to stay short term but temper your expectations, it's a 2 star older motel.

This was our 2nd overnight in 3 years. Beds are comfortable, this is most important. Great place for an overnight as your passing through. Easy on and off the interstate. Note: convenient for truckers who also use this area for overnights. There is jake breaking .

Small but kept really well. Comfortable bed, parking right outside your room. Wi-Fi was superb.

This was a jumping-off spot for an early morning duck hunt, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. The people were friendly, and it was quiet. We would stay here again.

Needs updating. Air conditioner so loud sounds like a semi truck is running outside of window. Door feels like it could be kicked in. Smell was awful.

Huge room! Friendly staff

The property was clean and the room was comfortable. There were signs of deterioration, i.e. peeling paint, discolored areas in bathroom, etc., a freshening up would help inside the room. TV turned on but without sound. Air conditioner compressor was going out and staff provided a small fan when fixing the sound on the tv. It was sufficient. A small thing, there were two conditioners and no shampoo in the bathroom. We didn't need it so it really didn't matter. Really liked the door leading to parking right outside. No long hallways or elevators was great for us seniors. Very good location. Decent value for money spent.

We arrived late (about 930 pm) we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the single employee to return to the desk. He’d been helping another patron in a different room. Polite when he arrived. Room clean and well maintained. Another customer was grilling food and playing music outside in a room nearby. This concerned me, as I needed to rest, but with the door closed and the fan on the air conditioner turned up, it drowned out the outside noise.

I stay at this hotel when I travel for my weekend assignments. The staff are very friendly and check in process is always smooth and fast.

When I checked in there were two ladies ahead of me. The clerk was taking care of them and then said to them “when I get rid of her I’ll take care of it” referring to me. The ladies gasp and looked at me. I didn’t say a word but wanted to!! Also there was no volume on my TV and had to walk down to the office because no one answered the phone. He told me what to do instead of doing it for me.

It was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The motel was obviously older, but pretty well kept up. In the first room we got, the heater was not working. The staff moved us promptly. For the price we paid, the quality was decent.

We were passing through on our way to Branson. It was an adequate room which was clean and comfortable. Our friends opened their door and their room was already occupied. The front desk gal was wonderful in getting them into a room that was vacant! A great spot on our trip south!

Easiest check in ever! Room was clean and bed was comfy. No pet fee and parked right at the door! They took care of ac issues right away. Great place to stay.

The front desk man had to be called by a truck driver to come to desk at check in. Would have ran but I’m cheap and paid for the room in advance. Odd smell, room didn’t feel clean. Don’t think my sheets were changed. Again, funny smell. Pretty run down and sign is missing so that makes it really hard to find behind a truck stop. 🙄

This motel would have received a higher rating if I hadn't felt it necessary to wipe out the toilet bowl before my wife saw it. Breakfast was very acceptable for the price of the motel. Location is a little weird...sort of hard to find as it is behind other establishments...no direct road, one must drive through other business' parking lots.

Hard to figure out how to get there in the DARK but once there we figured it out it was a nice stay

Well kept and close to Hamilton - Mo. Star Quilt town. Had everything we needed, very comfortable bed! Will definitely stay again when back up north.

Renovated older motel, comfortable beds, pleasant staff. Expedia link for directions take you to wrong location. Drive is through a gas station parking lot. Semi truck jake-breaking is loud since its near the highway. A comfortable stay and yhe price was reasonable.

Rooms were ok, beds were uncomfortable. They didn't have the best breakfast. Was actually out of most things and i had to ask for more but it took so long the kids had to rush sonwe could leave on time.

Furniture was shabby but beds were comfortable. Great value. Breakfast was poor.

The pictures in this listing are not of the actual motel!! The staff was great but the property was old and run down. The lobby and breakfast areas are not the ones shown in the pics. The shower was nothing like the one in the pics either!! It had an old, dingy bathtub with pinkish mold growing on the caulk. Some of the caulk in the shower was missing. The room smelled horrible. The pool was empty and not usable. There were no waffles at breakfast even though the pics showed a waffle maker. It didn't seem like a good area as we were unloading... it was late at night and there was a gravel lot right next to our room with big trucks parked there. There was a man over looking in the trucks with a flashlight. He came back over to the motel and got something out of an old minivan. As we were leaving, a police office drove by to patrol the area - that's never good! I can't believe Best Western put their name behind this property. Definitely not an 8.6⭐️. More like a 1/10.

Comfy bed. Good breakfast

Excellent stay, pool is beautiful, room and bed was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was fantastic, boiled and scrambled eggs, meat paddies, biscuit and gravy, Pancake machine, cereal, toast, bagels, yoghurt, fruit and all condiments. Value for money and worth the stop.

An older property that is being nicely updated. Very large room with comfortable beds. Nice full breakfast with pancakes, eggs and sausage in addition to the usual fruit and yogurt. Would stay here again.

This is a very no-frills kind of place. It's more of a motel with the door to the room right off of the parking lot. That being said, it was great for what it was. It was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Breakfast was good. They had protein choices and a good variety. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.
