Overall the bed was confortable and the room was clean. One the down side the room A/C was humming, gutter downsputs laying on the ground and the back entrance door did not automatically close so anyone without a room key could enter the building.

They are in the process of updating the property. Fresh paint in the rooms, ect. The pool was closed. It is a two story hotel without an elevator.Breakfast was your usual waffles, eggs, cereal.

Back access door needs to be improved.

Expedia site shows an indoor swimming pool. This pool area is boarded up and has not be functioning for a long time. Deceptive marketing by the hotel.

We would've stayed at a different hotel if we would've known the pool is closed and had been all summer. Was disappointed with the selection of breakfast items available compared to other hotels.

Parking lot was well lit and I was able to park in front of my room. Staff is always pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Quiet clean ample parking

Dead bugs on the window sill Bathroom door would not stay closed. Electrical outlet with no cover showing live wires. No elevator to second floor. Exterior entrance door/ security door would not close and therefore a security risk. Boarded up windows around pool portion of the building and a sagging roof over the pool area. Yes, the pool was closed, but it was very unsightly and dumpy looking.

Room115 bathroom door won’t stay closed, landline doesn’t work Room 118, door safety latch loose missing screw, toilet bolts aren’t bolted enough, toilet rocks, sticky carpet, landline is non functioning, guts are missing, outlet covers missing and not attached just hanging, screens ripped off and smashed rain gutters and tubing left laying outside window, everyday when coming back to the room our keys didn’t work and had to go to front desk and get fixed, back security door wasn’t locking and staff did fix it the first night,no mention on website pool was under construction, wouldn’t have stayed if we knew, mouse trap in breakfast room, ac in dining room wasn’t cooling very well, very warm, breakfast- 2 juices were out and not refilled. Staff was friendly, said they would leave a note for housekeeping to fix our door Latch- never fixed. We realize it’s an older hotel, if we had known the condition it was in we would’ve booked somewhere else. On the bright side, the beds we’re comfortable and the hotel was pretty quiet.

The thing I hated the most about this hotel was the strong chemical smell all over, even in my room. The chair felt damp when I checked in. I draped my clothes over the office chair, and after a couple days, they had picked up a mildew smell. The fridge freezer was frosted over so the door couldn’t open, and there was dirty toilet paper in the toilet. The window screen frame was bent, but there was a stick securely keeping the window shut. Aside from all that, the service of the front desk people was great! The lady there when I checked in brought a better fridge into my room when I complained. All the front desk people I met were friendly and helpful. Because of that, I wish I could give this place a better review. But, if I travel here again, I will look for better place to stay.

The room was filthy. The bed had visible dirt in it. It smelled terrible. The smoke alarm was torn off the ceiling. Bare wires hanging out. Bathroom was dirty as well.

The room and property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The only employees we saw were at the front desk. They were both friendly. The breakfast was ok. It was easy to get to and very quiet. Overall, it served our needs.

Conditions were as expected for the price. Breakfast was better than expected. Shower curtain was stained and had mildew spots.

Staff was friendly. Lawn was freshly mowed. Dislikes: Staff was not in uniforms and didn't have name tags. Attire not appropriate. Some looked like they were in pajamas. In rooms the carpet was stained, missing phone, tv didn't operate(my son got it working but the next morning it was static again), mirror chipped and silver nail polish was on the sink counter, window screens torn or non existent, mold and dirt around windows, and stains on walls. Looked like dried blood. Wall chipped. Rooms and surrounded inside and outside looked dirty. Unpaved parking around hotel. Boot in arking lot, and side of hotel damage from cars parking and backing in to much. Paper towel and cleaner residue on lamps. Building in need of repair. Breakfast ran out an hour before shut down time. When getting ready to leave at 9:30 am in the morning the key did not work to reenter the rooms. Staff didn't know why. Check out went to 11am. Dropped keys at front desk.

Very friendly staff, easy check-in. Clean room. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but it did the job. Curb appeal makes it seem worse than it truly is.

Said it had a pool, pool out of service, website should be updated. Bath tub had a dirty ring around it, bathroom sink had dirt build up around drain, bathroom floor corners dirty. Asked for main floor, said the boss did not allow changes Breakfast was good!

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at, worldwide. I would have left if my family was was traveling with me. The bed was made and the bathroom had clean towels, but that was it. The fridge was dirty, crumbs on the floor and counters. While taking a shower, i noticed all types of hair on the shower walls, like they wiped it down with a dirty rag to clean it.

Rooms were clean-ish, you could tell that it had been vacuumed and tidied-up but no one had deep cleaned in awhile such as under beds or edges of the walls. Coffee stain on a table that was easily wiped off meant the table likely hadn't been cleaned. Pool was extremely closed and under repair, which wasn't apparent while reserving. Overall it was fine for the price, felt safe, beds were comfortable.

Other than the pillows being too firm, it was a nice room.

Bed was comfortable. AC quiet and worked good. Now the bad. Fire alarm loose hanging from ceiling. No place to place soap in shower. Shower curtain has bottom opening that let water out to pool on room floor. Meat (sausage) available 2 out of 7 days. Coffee very weak and ran out twice. Two hangers to hang on pegs . No closet rod. Window screen bent like someone tried to get in. Discovered money missing from purse. They reviewed video and said no one entered room while we were at breakfast. We know that employee stuck his head in once when one of us was in room, which was suspect since they said no one else went into room. We should have kept cash on us. Very high pitched sound last two days. They said it was alarm on sump pump in crawl space under hotel. Swimming pool closed. No elevator.

Our stay wasn't too bad, except that the hotel was noisy at night. There were guests being loud until after midnight and as early as 5:00 am. Mad for difficult sleeping,

After we unpacked in our room, we found that the TV remote wouldn't work. Given another room. The overhead light above the sink did not work. We found that leaving the bathroom light on and keeping door open allowed us enough light to get ready in the morning. The young man at the desk was helpful and the room was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Time for a major overhaul. Bathroom vent fan noisy (bearings bad), faucet missing aerator (water splashes everywhere). I’ve stayed here on/off for the past 25 years and thru multiple owners.

I arrived the same day as I booked for an unexpected trip. Staff was friendly and allowed me to have a let check out. Stayed two nights and three days. Amazing service 24/7. The staff was the absolute best. I will be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a very nice motel with competent staff and no sign of deferred maintenance. The breakfast buffet was nice and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Alison at the front desk was very helpful.

My stay was ok- however, my debit card was charged twice. I was told on the first night that it would be fixed. The next day, I was told it was fixed. I ultimately had to have my bank dispute this charge. I had to spend the holiday weekend with less money on a trip. Getting through to anyone was a huge hassle. Both Days Inn and hotels.com couldn't get me to a dispute team, so I am uncertain who the front desk was talking to when I was told it was fixed.

The weekend/night crew was terrible. Couldn't understand them. No greeting when arriving or leaving. It was too much trouble for them to look up from playing their games on their phones. Got over billed when I added extra nights. Thank God, on Monday morning, Aileen was there to straighten things out, she would be the only reason I would come back. The housekeeping staff did great. I've been staying at this location for over 20 years when I'm in town. I think this motel has changed ownership a few times. This is the worst stay I've had here.

First, it was very hard to understand when signing in what the gentleman said. I had to ask for clarification multiple times. Once in the room, we attempted to turn on the TV...nothing was plugged in, no big deal we can do that. We did but no signal. We asked for someone to come help. The gentleman came in and make sure there was a TV channel, problem was there was no sound. He didn't check to make sure all was good. We returned to the check in desk and asked if he could come see what the issue was, again we tried everything we could. Fifteen minutes had passed so we walked back down to the check in desk and he had his feet up on the counter and playing on his phone. NOT happy. He did come up, attempted to reset the TV and said he didn't know what was wrong and couldn't fix it. There was not another room available. He stood there and made me feel like the one who had done wrong. I stay at ALOT of Days Inn all over the US and this is by far the worst service I have had. Not all the light switches work. Biggest issue I have is there is NO phone in the room. The gentysaid he called the room and no one answered. Never heard the phone and there isn't one in the room. If there is an emergency, how do I call for help, etc????

Kind of confusing getting back to the property. At check in they kept saying I owed $92 and I showed my bank charge and Expedia receipt that it was fully paid. After 45 minutes they finally figured it out and there were no more iasues

The convenience of this stay was great! We were there for the Chiefs Training Camp snd it’s a short drive from hotel to training camp!

The rooms and halls had clearly been painted and carpets replaced recently, but there was much broken brick on one section of the building exterior, a tattered sign saying that the swimming pool was not functioning, and a crumbling asphalt lane to the place from the street. However, the rooms were quiet and the area seemed safe, so the place was proper when the price was considered.

We were in town for a family funeral so weren’t looking for a fancy place to stay. Booked two rooms. Room one found dirty towels and wash rags on the floor of bathroom. Room two was like a sauna, luckily the air worked but took forever to cool the room down and then when it finally did, it became a freezer, there was no medium. Good thing we planned on finding breakfast somewhere else because the “buffet” breakfast it says they have was nothing to write home about. The sausage gravy had not even been heated, they must have taken it straight from refrigerator into crockpot and not even sure it was turned on. The bacon was paper thin. The coffee was not even luke warm. The room where breakfast was held, had a leak coming from ceiling, and four of the seven tables were covered in a water and not usable because the leak was dripping right on them. It was a place to lay our heads after a 7 hr drive and funeral, and before the 7 hr drive back home.

The pool was closed. The room was ok to sleep in but the breakfast had expired yogurt and mold on the buscuits

We stay here every year. We love it here. The staff is amazing, the room is always clean and ready for us. There is always a hot breakfast buffet daily.

There was no coffee maker in the room, no laundry bag. Went to breakfast and two coffee pots were empty and eggs were gone. Several supplies were low and people were still arriving for breakfast. Hotel was sold out. Desk clerk was also responsible for breakfast and should have had help

This is the worst Wyndham stays as of yet! I had two rooms, the first room we got was already in use or never cleaned. Both rooms not very clean. Breakfast was mediocre at best, floor was so sticky! Nasty smells through the whole building, everything was half clean. Didnt advise pool was shut down Out of coffee ! Never stay here again Was cheaper, but not wortn $185.00
