When we checked in I had to use the restroom. When I walked into the restrooms by the pool it was hands down the most horrid smell I have ever smelt. When I told the hotel host she said she hadn’t been in the guys restroom for weeks. Shouldn’t they clean it everyday? When in our room the smell was horrid as well for even a non smoking room. If you have any worries about smell and cleanness DO NOT STAY HERE!

Had to ask for towels for both nights we stayed here! Also, it has a pool but don’t plan on using it. Couldn’t see the bottom the water was so cloudy and “things” on the bottom of both the hot tub and pool.

Very dated and was not kept up. However, the linens were clean and ready for us. There was no elevator so had to carry luggage up the stairs. The breakfast options were very limited.

Outside of the property was kinda sketchy. Looked like homeless people might stay in the outsode area's as there were random phones plugged in charging outside! They room appeared to look clean but the sheets were dirty,the blanket had stains! There was a not from people before us about how there waa food on the floor unfrr the bed, looked undee there sure enouhh someones else from who knows how long frenv fries were on floor. Floor turned your feet black! The pool area is not very well lit and the pool room is like 1400° degrees. The kids enjoyed the pool but we all felt dirty afterwards. Was to afraid to try the continental breakfast offered. Bring some bleach cleaner and your own linens if you plan on staying!

There was black mold on the bathroom door. There was poop all over the toilet. There was food and something sticky all over the desk and there was blood on the comforter. The staff was nice though.

This property is in disrepair and needs some renovations. There were items that didn't work in the room, light fixtures that were just bulbs, the faucet in the tub was broken and would only allow for a small stream and their was no hot water. The flooring looked to be at least 15 years old and was not very clean.

Booked at 2 queen bed for 2 adults via expedia for a couple of my employees. When they arrived they were told there could only be 1 person in the room forcing us to book another room. The entire process was extremely aggravating. Terrible business ethics. Would go to walmart and buy a tent before giving this establishment another penny

The staff are extremely polite and helpful, and the room was clean. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to use any of the amenities due to our schedule being a bit hectic, but they looked well-maintained. Overall, this is a decent hotel for a cheap price!! We’ve stayed at some very expensive hotels, and often times you don’t get your money’s worth—they’re not worth the hype. This hotel was well worth it.

Half used lotion bottle in the room. No bath mat for the shower. Something smeared on desk chair. Even with do not disturb on door handle, staff in morning tried to enter without even knocking.

When you first walk in the door the smell of urine hits you like a brick wall. I honestly thought it was the gal that checked me in. So thought just get to your room and you will be fine. I called prior to making the reservation to make sure the two service dogs I was traveling with would not be a problem I was told not at all. I requested a room on the bottom floor which I was given. The side door key deal was so odd I could not figure out how to get the door open so I had to go all the way around the front to get in. I was told to sneak out the side door since I had two dogs so I would not be charged for them after the fact I had checked in. I always put in the notes that I am traveling with the two dogs if I they are with us. I was honestly kinda shocked I was told to sneak out. We have stayed here a couple times in the last year and each time the condition of the hotel has gone down. The smell of urine was so bad that I honestly had to put a town down by the door to try and keep it out. The room was very clean but once again the smell is so awful. Very disappointed for the price. I am lying here at 4 am wishing I would have spent the extra $50 and stayed at Holiday Inn next door or just stayed in my car. I’m hoping to god my dogs and my clothing don’t smell the same when I leave tomorrow. They need to do better. Can’t imagine eating the breakfast they provide in the morning.
