Baymont by Wyndham Kingdom City

The General Manager was beyond helpful. My wife had an injury and was on crutches and having a hard time walking. He switched our room to a handicapped room making our life easier. Did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. Also great breakfast, lots of parking. Well maintained facility. Highly recommend for everyone.

Hotel was undergoing renovations, so there were some unfinished parts, including the pool. The room was fine with two double beds. Lots of interesting high quality touches around, like nicer TVs in the rooms, new and fast EV chargers (and free!), and Dove toiletries. Service was great, very friendly and accommodating. They kept breakfast open for a while after 9 for some stragglers and brought out more food. Super friendly crew.

We had a very good stay. Our dogs had spaces to take nice walks. Room was a bit tight. Unfortunately they were actively renovating during our stay so hallways had tarps over the carpet, plastic on the windows, all the things that go with painting. Staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable.

I thought it was very clean, nice staff breakfast was Good looking, I just had toast, a little noisy in the morning but I felt safe but was disappointed no pool or mainly no hot tub, do to my disability a hot tub helps my bad leg to function the next day

Didn't chose breakfast. Seems a little too dark in the dinning area. They were going thru renovations and putting in a new water heater which will help the cold/hot shower. Over all the bed was comfy and the room clean and modern.

It was clean and convenient for us but rooms are small with only double beds and limited room to walk around beds. Pool wasn't functional yet but should be soon and no fitness center as on website. To be fair it use to be a Motel 6 we are told and they just opened as Baymont a few months ago. We were in the area to visit grandchildren and if we had known the pool wasn't open we would have looked somewhere else.

The front desk clerk/night manager repeatedly asked us to make sure we mentioned in our review that he comp’d our room so here you go—yes, our room was comp’d because the hotel staff let another guest check in under our name, ID, credit card—the hotel had a picture of our driver’s license but still allowed someone else to check in and have access to our personal information. The other guest actually signed our reservation receipt that had our name, address, email address, etc…and was given our king room (weirdly enough, the FAMILY that checked in at 3 pm under our information never came back to the front desk to inquire why they were given a room with one king bed…for a family). We arrived around 10 pm at the hotel after a long day at work followed by 6 hours of driving only to find out our room had been given away, took probably an hour for the hotel staff to find us another room—we were so tired and so glad to get into our room (one with 2 double beds not the king we had booked) only to find food crumbs all over the sheets in the bed when we pulled the comforter back—the room was not clean. Hotel staff then found us another room—one that was currently being renovated….we were so exhausted by then, we didn’t care—we inspected the sheets and they were clean so we crashed for the night. Do not stay at this hotel

Clean and just renovated hotel

It was the best value during our two week trip. The room was spotless and the price was the lowest during our 15-day trip. The whole building seems very new. We feel lucky to have come upon such a hotel.

Staff were super friendly and professional. Breakfast was better than most similar hotels. Most important, everything -whole building, inc. our room, and linens - smelled fresh and clean.

Sheets had blood stain it was gross

the entry and common use areas are filthy. Older and worn is OK if it is clean...this is older, worn, and dirty. There are 2 freight containers adjacent to the parking lot that look like they are being used as residences (there are chairs and a table set up there). There were people wandering around the hotel that didn't seem like they were guests (from about 615pm when I checked in and at least until about 915pm when I went to sleep). I was dreading the room, but it seemed reasonably clean although the towels were obviously well worn. I chose to pay for breakfast elsewhere vs take advantage of the free breakfast. Overall does not seem very secure and not a place I would return if I had a choice

Hotel was quiet and clean. It was not spotless, but definitely not dirty. They served breakfast despite only 4-5 cars in the parking lot. The lobby door locked at night which added to security.

We arrived late and left early on a very busy football weekend. However, our dog was with us and the grounds were well lite and easily manuvered for both of us! Staff was helpful and kind. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was light but adequate for us. Thank you for everything!

Room was flooded. The two double beds were very uncomfortable and the one squeaked with every turn or any movement. We probably would have slept better in our car.

Staff were nice and the breakfast was good. It was the smallest hotel room we have ever experienced.

The room was well-lit and relatively comfortable; the bed was nice and firm. But the curtains do not block out light from the streetlights and we heard trucks on the Interstate all night long. The room was small, with no room to sit except the bed. The “free” breakfast was substandard; no protein options except overly-sweet yogurt. No whole-grain options, only white bread. During checkin, the receptionist said the room number out loud, something that should NEVER be done. Ever. The hotel is under renovation, so maybe things will improve in the future, but I doubt we’ll select Baymont ever again.

Friendly manager. Responded quickly to night time noise, sounded like hammering. Breakfast was good. Nice area to walk our dog. Overall rating will likely be better once construction is done.

Everything overall was ok. I was angry when the guy at the front desk said it was an extra $25 per pet to stay there. That’s the first time that’s ever been mentioned at any hotel anytime anywhere. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but didn’t said anything about it costing extra. That’s precisely why I stayed at this hotel vs any other. It I had been alone, I’d have told the desk clerk off and gone somewhere else but I wasn’t alone and we had traveled all day. I just didn’t appreciate not being told beforehand about the charge. I felt like it was just another way for the hotel to take advantage of me and my situation and gouge some more money out of me.

Great location off the highway. I had some business in Fulton and needed to commute from Kingdom City often. Staff were excellent in accommodating my needs and were very kind.

We needed a place to sleep and this was perfect! Right off the interstate and beds were comfortable and clean and we left early next morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Safe,family orientated

Looks like they are in the middle of an update, but it was clean. Beds are comfortable and staff very kind. Good location as well. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't speak on it. I would stay again.

Reserved a king bed room, receive a queen with no place to hang our clothes. Wanted to charge me $50 to check in early. Breakfast was small and limited.
