VERY clean and well maintained for the price. I’m never quite sure what to expect when staying at these former corporately owned hotels, but this one is worth it! No pool, but if you’re looking for a CLEAN, QUIET place to relax and sleep, this is the place.

My hotel stay was wonderful! The staff was very welcoming upon my arrival. I had to shorten my stay, and they guided me through the process, so I'm just waiting on the refund to be processed. They mentioned that the hotel is undergoing renovations, which will enhance the experience in the future. However, the microwave in my room felt quite dated. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here many times before. Rooms are clean and large. Issue this time was they are upgrading the breakfast area so there was nothing to eat - just coffee at reception. We had not been advised that there would be no breakfast and we had to stop off somewhere to eat which on a long trip is not great as we like to grab something at the hotel and then be off.

Property was going through renovations. Material was placed in public accessible areas. My room was clean and habitable but there were still areas that were in need of fixing. I'm sure management is aware of these areas.

Room was clean and bed was good. Those are the 2 most important things for me. Also, we have a small dog and pets stay free. Bonus! They gave us a room on the 1st floor so it was convenient to take dog out. The only thing I was concerned about was the door lock and safety latch seemed loose and I felt someone could easily break into the room. However, it was a weekday and nobody was in the rooms on either side of us plus our dog would bark if he heard anything near the door so I wasn't to worried about it.

The positive is they don’t charge extra for small dogs, but that’s where it ends. Gaps in the doors, slow flushing toilets, and an exterior door at the back that didn’t lock. The staff is friendly, but untrained and couldn’t do basic tasks like make coffee. In the room, the mattresses are well worn… perhaps by the hour? In the bathroom the towels were so thin you could watch TV through them. They do just below the basic level of maintenance. There’s rust all over the shower, ceiling and floor. I have pics. The room door gap was so wide you could fit burglar tools through it. Wi-Fi is wide open and not passworded. The appliances are 1st generation microwaves and refrigerators. The toilet clogged, we had to fix it . If you want housekeeping, you have to stay 3 days and make an appt 24 hours in advance. Attention, methheads, crackheads, and thieves - The outside back door DOES NOT LOCK!!! You don’t need a room key to get in. Scary!!! Joke: They promised the “world’s greatest coffee” it was not! It was the world’s greatest example of cheaping out on a breakfast - just one pot of coffee, no decaf, no tea, no cream, nada.

I travel between states every week and this is the only place I will stay at. No screaming children only quiet business people. No pool! That cuts down on a lot of families.

Check in and checkout went smoothly. Disappointed to find an overlooked piece of trash on the floor when first entering my room and grit/sand in my sheets upon getting in the bed. I requested additional towels and to have my sheets changed, but it never happened. Kind staff. It appears as the hotel may be under renovations, which is fine. Felt a bit unsafe going outside after dark, as there were sketchy people outside at all hours of the night talking loudly outside our windows-doubt they were hotel guests. I hate to give bad reviews as the staff were nice, but just know you get what you pay for.

Room was very dusty look like it had never been dusted. The bed did not have a boxspring. It had two twin mattresses under a queen which both were extremely dirty staffing was not so friendly when you brought those up, they were kind of like well you’ve already paid. What do you want us to do about it, do not recommend staying here. Please save yourself.

We are retired and on a fixed income so Red Roof fit well in our budget. Our room was super clean and very spacious. Anyone looking for a reasonally price stay that is clean and well kept, Red Roof should be given a try.

Room was clean and bed was good. Those are the 2 most important things for me. Also, we have a small dog and pets stay free. Bonus! They gave us a room on the 1st floor so it was convenient to take dog out. You get what you pay for, you can hear everyone next door, but it wasn’t much of a bother to me. Place was clean, front desk guy was very nice, would stay again since this was merely just a short trip for me, if it were a longer trip I wouldn’t really stay here.

It was good, 1 night stay. I was on the 2nd floor and the people above me sounded like they were jumping on the bed then off onto the floor. That was not an easy thing to sleep through

this was the worse hotel i have ever stayed. there was no room service. not even to change towels. the toilets kept clogging, and the non-smoking rooms smelled like dog and cigarettes all other hotels were full so we had no choice but here. but I would not recommend this hotel to no one it was horrible . I WAS VERY DISAPPOINT. also the house keeper stole my phone and lied about even though it had a tracker on it as long as the manger was in the room the tracker so was the signal we had to call the police after flipping all the beds over with no luck it magically appeared in a pillowcase that had been shaken out already with no pillow in it

We got there way after we were supposed to. We got there at 530 in the morning and check out was 11 the next morning. They allowed us to stay until twelve I stead of 11. That was awesome of them!!!

The staff were very helpful, it seems my reservation was not given to the hotel so they had no record. I showed them my conformation from expedia and they assisted me in calling Expedia customer service to get to the bottom of the problem. After more than an hour i received my room it was clean and quiet just what i needed. It was walking distance for dinning and shopping.

The aircon was not that cold when we 1st checked in. We had asked for extra blankets and they said they don't have extra. Also, they didn't have a rollaway bed. The 2nd night we got back to our room, the roof of the bathroom was leaking (more of pouring). We had asked for them to move us to another room and they said they couldn't because it was fully booked. They were just going to fix the problem and let us in later. We stayed in the lobby for an hour and a half, all tired and hungry. Later they told us that a room was available and they were gonna move us. We moved and they never gave us a discount or anything for what had happened.
