Booked family suite. This on the 3rd floor. I am in a scooter. Was checked in and then was told elevator not working. Would/could not offer different room same price. So not only did I have to pay for the original room but had to pay for a 2nd room with 1 king size bed. Half of the family climbed to 3rd floor while 2 of us had to stay on first. Feel like we should have been told about the elevator before we paid for the one we had reserved, or at least called ahead of time, knowing I requested handicap room. Half the famly drove from Oklahoma and we drove from Indiana to meet halfway on July 4th holiday.

Loved the location as well as the clean room, nice pool, and modern/updated appearance. Only problem we had was the elevator was broken so we had to carry 5 suitcases and other items up 3 flights of stairs. Would definitely stay again.

They didn’t notify us that the facility is under major construction/remodel so dusty everywhere, no swimming pool, no fitness facilities, and for breakfast we had to walk to another building around back… They waited a few days after reservation was made to tell us of the fiasco

Breakfast was delicious with several options parking lot was well lighted specially cause my car battery died and had to change it out to a new and unfortunately had a do it when it started getting dark but the lighting in the parking lot was great and felt safe. The rooms have new furniture, but the floor in our room was not vacuumed and there were stains of cola on the wall in the bathroom and a large purple stain in the hall. The elevators smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t want to try breakfast due to cleanliness. The checkout lady was nice. I am going to try Rolla my next time through.

The staff were nice, the breakfast was delicious, but the room was little dirty in some spots. We had a mirror over the desk and I didn't see it the first night, but in the morning, you can see that is was not cleaned, there were drops of something all over it. And the shower had hair on the wall when we went to use it. Other than that, it was good.

Staff was super friendly!. Our bathroom door would not shut unless we slammed it. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner and with the air conditioning you are eitner freezing or hot no inbetween. We aldo be nice if tv would let you play netflix.

Friendly staff, good options for breakfast just would NOT recommend staying in room 108, they shouldn't book that room, it is right next to the laundry room so 5am wake up calls and loud door open and shut! Room was great lay out, very comfortable and would recommend to others, just not that room!

The front desk was welcoming and friendly. She apologized for teu mess as it was under renovations. They put me up in a new room with my dog. Nice remodel. Everything was clean. They had an alternate location to serve breakfast because their area was under remodel it did not keep them from providing that service. Would recommend staying here.

Usually you can trust the Holiday Inn brand, but this one is rough. Credit card reader didn’t work, carpet in the first room was soaking wet, bathroom in the second room looked like it had been through a hurricane and never repaired. Do not recommend.
