Pros: *The room was clean * The bed was very comfortable (This is unusual for a hotel) *All the staff members were amazing *Good water pressure in the shower Cons: *The bathroom could have used a small table since the sink wasn't big enough to put what most travelers need and to keep it there for the duration of your visit. *Above the desk was a bar to hang your clothes on. (This wouldn't be ideal if you had a lot of clothes to hang up. * The kitchen could have used a pot along with the skillet. If I go back to St. Roberts, I will stay at this hotel again.

The staff was so amazing and helpful, however, the rooms were ok. I reserved a 2 BED 2 BATH (actually 2 of them) and what I received was an actual bedroom with bath, and they considered the second bedroom the living room where the pullout couch is. The couch was peeling, and every time you sat on it, pieces of the couch flaked off. the kitchenette was not supplied well. One room has 2 glasses and one cup, 2 pots and no utensils, while the other had no pot, 2 bowls and 2 utensils. The breakfast was from 630-930 and when we went down at 645 there was nothing out, my daughter had to turn the food on. A visitor had dropped cereal in the elevator and we watched the same cereal be in there for 2 days. (it wasn't just a couple of pieces) My 1 yr old little, who just learned to walk almost got hurt by a diabetic needle and almost swallowed a screw. (No vacuuming was done) Again, I will state the staff was amazing, and I feel with a little TLC, this hotel will be great. Maybe a few more employees as well. Missouri is not a travel place but a place for military families to watch their children graduate. Price was decent and people were nice.

Didn’t get much sleep. Listened to loud people all night long above me and the hotel staff wouldn’t do anything about it to help me.

We asked to see our room before checking in and I’m so glad we did. The hallway carpet was buckled and stained from water leaks. Our room smelled strongly of mold and the sofa cushions were torn. I have a mold allergy and I explained to the very nice young woman at the desk that we would not be able to stay there. We were told we would be charged a late cancellation fee for it being less than 24 hours. I asked if the fee could be waived since we honored the reservation but could not stay to the condition of the hotel which was no fault of ours. She said she’d ask the manager and they would call us. My credit card was charged the whole cancellation fee. The manager never called us. If you take the gamble with this place be sure to get the cancellation insurance, I suppose.

It was great and clean. The toilet had some pretty knarly streaks in it that need to be scrubbed off. I would recommend getting those cleaned and start maintaining them. I actually went out and got supplies myself to clean them and got half way done in 4 days so that means it was a lot of build up. A bit of Muriatic acid and a scrub would do it. Overall though was super happy with the stay and the staff was amazing!
