When I walked into the hotel I was greeted by a horrible smell. First room they gave me toilet handle was broke off and lid was removed. Like they wanted me to lift the plunger each time. Room had an odor. Went down to change rooms. 2nd room was better. Pool had weird bubbles floating. Then they shut it down a day later. Was shut down for the 4 days we were there. Breakfast consist of two kinds of granola bars and juice even though sign says great start breakfast. Called down to desk about doors slamming. He said nothing can be done. It was 11:30pm. When my husband called to be rung to me room staff could barely speak English and my husband couldn’t be transferred. Spoke with other staff and they said owners refuse to put any money into the hotel. It is very run down. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else. We go to St Robert’s every summer for family and we will never stay here ever again even if it means we sleep in our vehicle.

The property is clean and neat. The staff is friendly. Breakfast bars and coffee are all that's available for breakfast. Two shampoos and two bars of soap. The seat of the desk chair in our room was worn through. When we arrived the elevator was broken. Luckily there was still a ground floor room, but all the disabled rooms are on the second floor. I could not use stairs. The water flow in our room was weak in sink and toilet. In spite of these things, it was clear that the new staff was attempting to deal with all problems. We have started there before and did not experience these issues.

Arrived to the hotel at 6pm. Went in and couldn’t find anyone to check me in. I was even obnoxiously loud about saying “hello, anyone here” for about 5 mins while at the desk and in the hallway. Left and came back about 30mins later and an employee appeared from the back room and check me in. He let me know the their elevator was out of service. The room was gross. There was Q-tips and some Kleenex in the trash, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom, on the tub, The chair at the little desk in the room was just tore up. Found a bottle of Vaseline next to the bed and curtains were gross, looks like someone took the paintings or pictures off the walls and left the mounting hardware up. I chose to sleep else where.

Both my friend and myself had to be moved to different rooms. None of the electrical outlets in my bathroom worked. Tv in my room didn't work. My friends room, the air-conditioning unit wouldn't stay running. I get to my second room and there was no remote for the tv. The elevator in the hotel stopped working. The staff did there best to help with the problems.

I didn't find anything unique about the property. The carpets throughout the hotel were dated/ dirty looking and need replaced. The first room that I was assigned to smelled musty/cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room and the toliet was broken so they reassigned me. The new room was clean but the carpet was questionable. I will not be returning.

Staff is wonderful. The maid does an amazing job and is very sweet. The only issues were the bed was not comfortable at all and our room was infested with fleas so we ended up leaving a day early.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed in.. bugs in the beds! Refused to refund money.. had to leave and go to a different hotel. Staff was nasty and rude! I’d give negative stars if I could.. avoid this place at all costs!

Rug was dirty, bathroom floor was sticky and the room smelled like urine! They state the hotel was 100% smoke free, but soon as i stepped off the elevator on the 2nd floor, the smell of smoke greeted me!

Dirty, no breakfast like advertised, elevator was broken, had to switch rooms twice because A/C wasn’t working, refrigerator wasn’t working, rooms were dirty and smelled of mildew, carpets were gross, exterior of hotel was rundown, outside lighting was all broken, landscape was horrible. It’s run by Indians and it’s nasty.

We stayed for my son’s graduation from FLW the hotel is very close to base and different amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable the room was pretty clean the carpet was a bit warn out, the bath room needed a little attention. But for the price and what it was needed for it did its job the staff were all very friendly said hello every time we came in or left.

We liked the property for the convenience and cleanliness but when we arrived, upon check-in, we were told that they also required a hundred dollar deposit for the room after we had already paid for the reservation booking. We were not told this at the time of booking with Expedia.

rooms were fine, area was fine, the front desk staff did not program our keys for both nights so we were shut out of our room with an upset baby for 20 mins waiting for the line at the desk to go down so our keys could be programmed for that night. the spoke to my friend like she was stupid. this also happened to my mom all three nights she was there

Fantastic manager and smooth easy check in. Put me in a very quiet room ,no other folks in rooms around me which I appreciated the peaceful calm quiet nights of much needed relaxation and sleep. Cleanest hotel I've been to in years and I travel alot! Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to print a copy of my insurance info. The first room we checked into the air didn’t work. However we were quickly moved to another room that was very clean, and cold. Other than having to reload luggage and moving things. The rest of our stay was great. The cleaning staff was great and left fresh towels and extra trash bags. However breakfast consisted of orange juice or apple juice and coffee. A granola bar. However there are mini fridges and microwaves in the room.

We had to wait almost an hour as they couldn't find our reservation! They worked a long time...had to call Expedia. The man at the desk was very pleasant. I'm not sure what went wrong but we are grateful we didn't have to go somewhere else as hotels are full due to army basic training graduation.

When I first arrived everything was good until they said I had to give them $100 deposit for incidentals. When I reserved this hotel room no where did it say this. They said because I used Hotels.com I had to do this. If I used a Credit Card I would get it back in 3-4 business days. If I used cash I would get it back in the morning when I checked out. Never in my life have I ever had to do this. The room was paid for and I have always given a C.C for incidentals but not a deposit. Now as for my room: the toilet was broke and the bed spread had cigarette burn holes in it. On the bed skirt it had some kind of gel on it (I think). Called about my toilet being broke and guy at front desk came to see if he could fix it. Could not, so I was immediately moved to another room. This room was very clean and looked nothing like the first one. The rest of my stay was quiet and pleasant.

We were slightly upset to find out their full continental breakfast wasn’t available (we specifically booked because of the waffle maker. LOL!), but overall it was pleasant and served its purpose for our visit. Extremely close to plenty of restaurants and FLW.

I had an amazing stay with family and friends. Close to the Army Graduation Ceremony, a lot of restaurants very close from the hotel. Will visit again next year for my daughter's second Army Graduation Ceremony. Frint desk gentleman was very nice and professional! Thanks!

This is the second time in 2 months we have stayed at this location for my son’s military graduations. It has been fantastic for us. I have been recommending it to other soldiers families as a great place to stay while in town for graduation at FLW!

The room was a bit dirty, online it doesn’t say so but they aren’t serving a full hot breakfast like they offer in their ads. The hot tub is filled in and not usable. They don’t say online but there is a $100 deposit for those that live in the state of Mo. The card reader was malfunctioning so I had to go back online just to pay. Overall a bad experience so I won’t be staying here again.
