Staff was very friendly. Wish they had an ice machine. No frills room but soap mictowave ,& mini fridge. South end of hotel is not renovated like north side. Cleaning crew are cleaning early but for price its ok & bed was uncomfortable

they have a pool, if you need a hair dryer they can lend you that too, there is a $50 refundable deposit, ample parking, friendly staff, 24/7 coffee, near lots of gas and restaurants/stores. it was quiet for me I had a good nights rest for my 8hr long drive early the next morning.

Surrounded by homeless people from the shelter next door. The pool and hot tub are closed and only one washing machine is working. Stinks like majrijuana in the hallway. Did not feel safe parking the car in the lot and I definitely would not have let my wife stay here alone if I wasn't there. Rooms are outdated and towels are stained and dirty. Just spend the extra money and stay elsewhere even if it is just for the night.

Property is fine. The only reason I booked there is for a hottub and it’s out of order. Been out of order for some time too. Should be made aware on your booking site.

This hotel was awful. I only attached a couple photos but could have added more. Mold on the shower, buttons missing from the phone, the table wasn’t even wiped down from the previous person. I wiped my finger over the spot on the table and wiped it so I know they couldn’t have used a rag or cleaner on it. As soon as I grabbed the toilet paper to use it the holder and roll fell off the wall. Dirty on the floor. The heater/air conditioner was missing parts, it spelled in the halls like they were covering up worse smells. , I could go on. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. He showed me a different room because apparently our room wasn’t reviewed by the manager before we checked into it. The other way was slightly better but still dirty floors and table and mold around The shower. The lobby had water leaking. The staff refunded our next two nights stay and we left. He did say they’re going to be doing a major renovation in about six months so hopefully that helps. The homeless camp was across the street so we moved our car outside our window so we could hear if someone broke in the car. Unsafe. Dirty. Smelled. Yuck. I would not stay again

The room had bed bugs. I was assured that they were not but I confirmed that they were. We were moved the the room next door and watched as they aired it out for a day. The staff was kind but now we live in fear we brought this to our homes :(

My room was not very clean. There were multiple pubic hairs on the bathroom floor when I checked in. I refused to walk barefoot in the room or use the shower because of the multiple pubic hairs in the floor. It was disgusting.

My husband and I stayed here September 13th, and unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay. Upon entering our hotel room, we immediately smelled a stale smell. The smell, we could tolerate, however, it became a poorer experience after upon looking at the bed sheets. We saw it was covered in hair! Hair was on the sheets, blanket, and pillow cases. The bed clearly hadn’t been changed from the previous guest. We asked for new bed sheets and pillow cases. Unfortunately, the experience continued to get worse because I found the same hair around the sink in addition to the bed! There was a bunch of hairs covering the area around the sink. Again, clearly emphasizing that they hadn’t cleaned the room after the previous guest. Lastly, the toilet also smelled and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages! We hardly were able to sleep that night, and it’s safe to say we won’t be staying there again. It’s disappointing, because it’s very close to the airport and I had seen some positive reviews about this place, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not come back.

Stains on bedspread, pillow cases had stains. Mold in the sjower, bathroom faucets had gross stuff growing around the faucets and spout. Dirtiest motel room i have ever seen. Health dept should shut them down. DISGUSTING!!!! DOESNT EVEN DESCRIBE IT.

My whole crew got bed bugs and then they were kicked out for complaining. To follow up the manager Chris texted me saying they could no longer stay rather than taking responsibility and making an actual phone call.

The place was clean the people were friendly but it was obvious there was no insulation in the walls and ceiling whatsoever I could hear people on all sides of me everytime they moved or ran water. I had to crank down the tv for fear of disturbing my neighbors.

Very basic hotel. Okay to spend 1 night but not for a whole vacation. Room reminded us of a dorm room. Bed was basically a Hollywood frame with 2 flat pillows. Air conditioner was loud. 1/2 table attached to the wall. Small fridge & microwave. Vinyl flooring. Room was clean though.

Hotel couldn’t find and honor Expedia reservation so I had to pay double to book another room. Room keys didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Staff tried to be helpful but their “computers didn’t work”. No shampoo or conditioner in rooms. Smelled like cigarettes. Saw cleaning staff smoking in rooms while cleaning. Maybe worth $50/night.

Location was fine to the highway and downtown Bozeman, however, it’s near the train- heard it every night, close to I90 and there is very little lighting in parking lot, which is unnerving with the cars and bike groups of homeless out back. Add some lighting for safety!!! It’s in great need of a refresh, the toilet seat nearly slid off when I went to use!! YUCK. It’s a minimalist vibe.

The room was warm when we got there. Turned AC on less than halfway. Got up at 11:30 to turn down, then at 1:30 to turn off cause freezing. No closet in room, just shelf, no Kleenex, no hot cups, no coffee machine. Only coffee for breakfast, which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but there was no hot water for tea. Disappointed

It’s a fine place to go if you’re just going to sleep. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. No coffee pot or hair dryer. They did have a microwave and mini fridge. We checked in late and checked out early. A very bare minimum room.

It's your typical motel, tho very clean and comfy. The staff were very helpful, especially Brittney, with any questions and booking. No continental breakfast of room service there but a good night's sleep and warm from the bitter Montana winter cold.

We were visiting the area specifically to go to Yellowstone. This was the cheapest place near Yellowstone (about 1 and 1/2 hours away from the north entrance). This is a bare bones hotel, just for sleeping! The front desk didn't have shampoo, the toilet clogged, no daily housekeeping, and no coffee in the room. There is coffee in the lobby but it was out on some mornings. The bed was actually very comfortable. The staff were nice and tried to accommodate. The Bozeman area was nice to explore. If you don't mind driving to get to Yellowstone, this hotel will suffice.

Although a decent property with several very courteous front desk and housekeeping personnel, it had no amenities - other than availability of coffee in the morning - that better hotels or motels provide. No ability to even buy breakfast. No workout room. In addition, it is in an area where adjacent hotels are clearly used as more permanent residences by those perhaps unable to find affordable housing. Camper trailers, RVs and some cars appear to be homes on the street leading to the hotel. So, one might see car repairs being done in an adjacent-property parking lot. Given the sky-high prices of accomodations in Bozeman, the price is attractive, and I might stay there again. But the items I've mentioned might be ones to consider.
