Getting to the hotel was very inconvenient and had limited parking. The room I booked was unavailable and was moved to a queen instead. The television wouldn’t turn on, clock was broken, the phone wouldn’t stop blinking, wifi wouldn’t let us connect all, and the shower didn’t drain. On another note sheets and floors seemed clean and there were plenty of pillows.

Breakfast was sub par - very limited and empty by 8:30 am. Hot tub was pretty gross, the two side entrances were closed. It was fine overall - we slept okay. I would not stay here again.

Horrifying. Transients lingering around and some were throwing things at my truck while I was driving (also other guests vehicles were hit too). NO parking available for all guests. I was forced to park at McDonalds next door (per the front desk). This was a very crazy experience like none I have ever encountered and I travel ALOT.

We were thankful to get a room in town. However, the bedsheets were very wrinkled on one bed leading me to believe they weren't changed. Several pillows didn't have cases. The sink area was filthy.

Upon entering our room we immediately saw hair and boogers stuck to the wall. The staff were very friendly and kind. We were surprised to find a homeless encampment next to our hotel. Our window view was on the camp.

The property was okay but definitely not nice enough to be $200 a night (the price we paid). The room was very outdated which I am saying in hopes that it was not dirty. The window seal was terrible and the room was very noisy due to this. There is also sheer curtains so it was very bright in the room and night with McDonald and street lights shining in. The blankets had the same feel as a mattress protector. There was a wall that looked like it was slimy and the bathroom and tub looked dirty but I believe this is just from it being older but we did not n shower while there due to being unsure if it was clean or not. The breakfast was very good though.

Excellent price point. Clean, well-stocked room. Freeway noise was expected. Constant train horns all night were not. The WiFi router didn't reach my room. The front desk dude was less than cordial. There's a rough crowd hanging out in front at 7AM. I won't be back.

I the hotel four days prior to arrival to change the booking from two days to one day as the Expedia app wouldn’t allow the change, I requested. The person at the hotel I reached, seemed incompetent and it took a second phone call to get things straightened out then upon arrival at check-in I was informed that the person I had contacted about my requested change canceled the wrong day and had me listed as a no-show with no room available for the night I actually needed! After repeatedly explaining that the error was made by their staff they eventually gave me a room with a discount but all in all the staff were incompetent!! Won’t ever stay there again!!!

Most Comfort Inns in Montana are shady. If you’re ever in Livingston, MT, and that’s your only option, keep driving and sleep in your car somewhere. Same goes for this one in Billings Montana. Not only did they allow a traveling high school sports team take over the hotel, but to the point that’s some poor older woman was having a mental health crisis about it in the lobby. And the staff’s solution was to just ignore her. She terrorized anyone who came in through the front doors. I watched as she accosted two teen boys who were just sitting quietly waiting for their parents to park the car. I watched as she almost got physical with their dad later when he tried to deescalate. The police were never called. We ended up leaving that night because that woman was terrifying and we went and stayed at a new hotel near Shiloh crossing.

The motel was clean and quiet but check in was not good. The woman at the desk was very nice but our keys would not work. Returning to the desk with the keys I found no one there but found a sign saying to ring a bell for service. So I rang the bell, no one came. The sign said if no one came by ringing the bell to use the phone to call someone. So I called about 10 times and then waited again. A while later the out of breath, very nice lady showed up to reprogram the keys. The sign says she is the only person working at this QI and has other duties besides check in. This must happen often as there is a sign telling people what to do. The place was full. At $170 dollars a night they could and should hire more help. I am concerned about the safety of this woman working alone at this facility. I realize they are here to make money but this was ridiculous and unsafe.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. It was a very busy day when we checked in, but Katee was the star. She was running herself ragged tending to everyone’s needs and did it all with a smile on her face and nothing but kind words and thoughtfulness. Katee was wonderful, I would come back just to see her

We had people marching back and forth in the room above us. The staff wouldn’t call and only after walking with the staff up to the level above us and hearing the noise from outside did they finally knock and got them to stop. We had an early flight so dealing with this until 10:30 at night was pretty rough.

I was assaulted and unlawfully detained by hotel security... apparently there was a domestic dispute. Near the room I was staying, and I was wrongfully accused assaulted and detained. After getting beat up by 3 security guards, and 2 police officers; I begged them to review the security cameras to prove my innocence. Even after proving my innocence. I was refused service, and a refund!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Who ever runs this hotel should be ashamed of them selves to allow their security staff to act as tyrants!!! It shouldn't have been my responsibility to prove my innocence, it was their responsibility to prove my guilt (beyond a reasonable doubt!!!!) Nobody from the hotel security staff identified themselves and didn't have any kind of visible identification or uniforms... I honestly thought I was getting robbed!!! Plenty of hotels in this area and I would recommend staying anywhere but this one!!!!

Great room and nice bed. Breakfast was very good with many options. Feel bad for this hotel because it is a great hotel and good value but there is a big homeless encampment right next to them. They do security sweeps throughout the night and my vehicle was fine but I was a little unsure when checked in.

There was an Awful smell of the second entered in the room. It was hard to ignore. Made a difficult to sleep. Had an itchy nose in the morning of. Morning Manager was something out of a movie almost like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, but the female version. Breakfast was nonexistent, we didn’t even eat. Wouldn’t recommend this to anybody it’s last-minute desperation.

This was a great place to stay for an affordable price. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, convenient location. The pool was nice and we were only disappointed that there is no hot tub. Would stay here again!
