The stay was okay. The staff was great and helpful especially Cheyenne. There was no hot water in the shower for the 3 days we stayed there. There was hot water in the bathroom sink.

The first room had an exceptionally strong cigarette smoke odor. The lady at the front desk was very kind and moved us to another room, which was better. The kids were very excited to swim in the pool and once we got down there, it was ice cold. The stairwells were extremely dirty, looking like they hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. When we went to bathe the kids, the tub stopper was completely black underneath with mold.
