Restaurant/cafe was a huge disappointment , especially breakfast. Understaffed and staffed poorly trained. Both good items I ordered were not available but was only told after they had rang me up and I had been waiting at my table 20 minutes. Food items way overpriced! Desk staff at check in and check out was amazing. A huge asset to your hotel!

Nice place to stay while doing some furniture shopping with my sister. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff pleasant, and the back courtyard was lovely to sit outside in the evening. Pool was under construction so that was a bit disappointing but we loved that we could print our boarding passes ourselves in the lobby. Would stay again.

The hotel was very nice. However, we were looking forward to using the indoor pool which was listed as an amenity. Perhaps the listed to mention when the indoor pool is closed.

Booked this hotel for a doctor visit next day , I actually lived 1and a half hour away so made a reservation. I needed a pool for disability exercises and there was no pool available because of construction. There was no notification while making reservations. Had to make get another room at another place. Very Very disappointed and hotel was not accommodating at ALL or apologetic at all.

The staffs and workers are great!!! Sadly amenities are useless.No welcome bottled waters for the guests, instead you have to pay $5 per bottle. The swimming pool is freezing cold. No breakfast inclusion for the high rate charged per night. Never again to Courtyard!

No better than a Motel Six, so save your money. Toilet in room did not work. Stale odor in building. Shower tile was dirty. Never again!!!!!

I liked the property very pretty back outdoor patio, felt breakfast should have been included for the price. The was a very high pitched sound in our room (our friends next door didn't have it) asked staff to take a look and try and find and fix it, no one ever looked at it and they never cleaned the rooms. Noise kept me up all night very frustrating.

There was some kind of EXTREMELY strong perfume sprayed up and down the hallways that was so strong it was coming into my room and I had to sleep with a mask on and my blanket over my mouth and nose because it was all I could taste and smell

Very clean and convenient but we got no sleep at all. Neighbor was slamming doors all night from 10:25-1 am then it started again at 6 am - 7 am. When I called at midnight the lobby personnel said the people they talked to said they didn’t hear anything… (of course not because they were opening and closing the door for 2 hrs and yelling loudly) . Nothing was done and no compensation for such a terrible night of no sleep.

I stay in a lot of Courtyards and overall they are great. This was I was surprised to find put us in a room with a hole in the shower wall. Looked like someone had punched it and the tile was all broken. The hooks to hang towels were also all broken. When I called the front desk to make sure they know and wanted us using a broken shower they said it was fine. I was concerned about water now making things worse but they did not seem to care.

The breakfast (surcharge) was wonderful. The staff were so nice. The room floor plan was a bit odd. Barely a TV view from one side of the bed; no view from the other side; and the sofa was not comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Personnel were friendly.

We arrived and they only had 2 rooms booked for us and we had booked and paid through Expedia for 3. We were in town for a wedding so we had to make other arrangements for the others. Staff at hotel were rude and said deal with Expedia and people from Expedia said we can’t do anything until Monday when the manager comes in?!

The room I stayed in was VERY nice, certainly a good product for the price. The woman who checked me in the firtst night was both helpful and welcoming, with a wonderful personality. I had two MINOR problems, asnd both were attended to quickly.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Excellent front-desk service and limited but great food and drink options at bistro. Wish the mall across the street was still open. Makes the hotel feel like it’s in a sketchy area when it’s not… great shopping areas nearby though! Would stay again.

Everything was great from the food to the service. The pool was heated to perfection. Couple small issues in the bathroom. Fixtures were old. View was of a parking lot. I would look forward to staying here again ir booking at annother Marriot.
