It was nice that the property provided breakfast. I didn't like that there was piece of equipment that was taking up four parking spaces and it inconvenienced me from parking in front of my door which I didn't like.

First, I want to acknowledge that the manager was very kind and professional during my stay, which I appreciated. However, there were several aspects of my experience that were disappointing. This is the third time in as many months that I've stayed at this property. It is absolutely my go-to in Kinston. The property is clean and very quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable. Even more impressive is the bathroom. As someone who is over 6 ft tall, I appreciate a toilet seat that's high enough for me to sit on without killing my knees. I also love that the shower head is high enough that I don't have to bend over or stoop in order to take a shower. The air conditioner always works and you can park within easy distance of your room. I also love that breakfast has tons of options. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this property. I will continue to stay here as long as I keep coming to Kinston. By the way, the hotel is within a very easy driving distance of numerous restaurants as well as downtown Kinston.

Recently renovated with a paint job and possibly new furniture. Would have been nice if I didn’t need to clean the toilet myself before using it. Also, I would highly recommend not supplying a dirty non slip shower mat, that skeeved me out. The constant reminders around the room to not steal alarm clock, coffee pot and linens were a bit concerning to the area I was staying in. But if you are just looking for a clean bed to lay your head a night, I would recommend this hotel only for that reason.

It was terrible!!!! The price was more on this site than if I had just walked in. The couch was extremely dirty. The phone kept ringing overnight even after we complained to the front desk. The toilet was broken and continued to run if you didn’t fix it after every flush. Breakfast was advertised as a full hot breakfast and it was not. There was no eggs or bacon just cereal and muffins. We were extremely disappointed and exhausted from no sleep then had to go buy breakfast somewhere else that should have been included in the price of our stay!!! I don’t think we will ever use this site again!!!!

I reserved a room with one king bed and non-smoking. Paid up front. When I got there 3 hours after start of check-in, I was told all they had was a smoking room with two double beds. When I entered the room, the smoke smell was thick with no bathroom exhaust fan. There were sticky drink container rings on the vanity counter beside of the sink. I guess the smoke detector was disabled. I have no plans of staying at this motel ever again!!!

For the 2 night stay it wasn't all that bad. Upon check in the night clerk only checked us in with our keys for one night so we had to go to the office to retrieve more keys to be able to get into the room. Our room had flys in there when initially checked in. We tried turning down the air conditioner to get it cold in there to kill them and the air conditioner barely got the room cool.

The staff was friendly and effective. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The hotel is a bit removed from things...a car is required for pretty much everything...but everything you want or need is within a 5 minute drive.

Recently renovated with a paint job and possibly new furniture. Would have been nice if I didn’t need to clean the toilet myself before using it. Also, I would highly recommend not supplying a dirty non slip shower mat, that skeeved me out. The constant reminders around the room to not steal alarm clock, coffee pot and linens were a bit concerning to the area I was staying in. But if you are just looking for a clean bed to lay your head a night, I would recommend this hotel only for that reason.

The place was extremely clean, I would say spotless. The front desk was courteous and helpful. My only complaint was the phone. It would not allow me to make long distance calls. But, the front loaned me phone to make my call. The breakfast area was clean and orderly and breakfast item were plentiful and of good quality

It was nice that the property provided breakfast. I didn't like that there was piece of equipment that was taking up four parking spaces and it inconvenienced me from parking in front of my door which I didn't like.

It was terrible!!!! The price was more on this site than if I had just walked in. The couch was extremely dirty. The phone kept ringing overnight even after we complained to the front desk. The toilet was broken and continued to run if you didn’t fix it after every flush. Breakfast was advertised as a full hot breakfast and it was not. There was no eggs or bacon just cereal and muffins. We were extremely disappointed and exhausted from no sleep then had to go buy breakfast somewhere else that should have been included in the price of our stay!!! I don’t think we will ever use this site again!!!!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom did have signs of a little mole in the ceiling, but it was clean. There was plenty amenities, available shower, cap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee, which was a plus that they had tea in the room. Breakfast was also good. There was a waffle maker, packages of grits and oatmeal, pastries, and bagels along with breakfast sandwiches.

This is the third time in as many months that I've stayed at this property. It is absolutely my go-to in Kinston. The property is clean and very quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable. Even more impressive is the bathroom. As someone who is over 6 ft tall, I appreciate a toilet seat that's high enough for me to sit on without killing my knees. I also love that the shower head is high enough that I don't have to bend over or stoop in order to take a shower. The air conditioner always works and you can park within easy distance of your room. I also love that breakfast has tons of options. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this property. I will continue to stay here as long as I keep coming to Kinston. By the way, the hotel is within a very easy driving distance of numerous restaurants as well as downtown Kinston.

They come to the room 2 hours before checkout obnoxiously knocking on the door for 2 minutes straight like the cops disturbing my $100 sleep . One time they walked in the room on me while I was naked it was 9:30 am 😣 . Other than the rude housekeeping I like this place . If they are charging $100+ for this place that used to be $60, they need to let their guests rest .

We had room 233, very clean. No bed bugs or bugs in general. Trust me, we looked with our handy dandy O'Light flashlights with UV & regular flash light. Very quiet hotel, plenty of self parking.

Our room was very clean. The couch and brd were comfortable. Our room was very spacious. The only thing our hair dryer didn't work, but the staff at the desk said he would get it replaced. They had a nice breakfast. Staff were all frienfly and helpful.
