The folks that work there were very kind. I doubt any of the issues are due to their lack of effort. The bed was awful, a mattress that should have been thrown away a long time ago. The blinds did not close without having to rig them up each time. The tv was unplugged and after about 10 mins I got free channels. The toilet would barely flush water, and the mini fridge in this room was not functioning. This room at least needs a complete overhaul. The biggest issue by far is the parking situation. You could ice skate on every inch of the small parking lot. It is a death trap during any sort of weather. If the staff were not as friendly as they were, I would have never stayed in this hotel after seeing the room.

This hotel is average. It used to be a Days Inn but it is not up to those standards. It’s quite run down. I had read that they had recently reopened the pool. Warning. This pool isn’t even circulating water and there is no ventilation. My son put his face in the water and immediately started crying from burning eyes. I think all they did was fill it with water and dump a bunch of chemicals in. We had to flush his eyes out. We won’t be going back to this hotel.

I booked for the hot tub that was advertised and pool only to find out after check in that both were down for maintenance. The lady didn’t even tell me so we got changed and back downstairs to see it was closed

It’s an ok place. Towel bar was pulled out of wall, toilet ran all the time. Good breakfast each day. Check in was ok. Desk person didn’t tell us what time breakfast was or that the pool was out of order. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked. No elevator so if carrying your luggage up a flight stairs will be hard, request a main floor room. Not sure if we will stay there again.

I have been staying often and will again soon! My kids love the pool, even though it's just a little pool and hot tub, they look forward to when I get a room. The other guests have always been friendly, it's a great place to stay! Highly recommend if your on a budget ☺️

My room wasnt even fully clean. Really unfortunate i went with the best bang for my buck. I ended up renting a different hotel on top of this purchace just becquwe it was so dirty I didnt want to stay there anymore. The rooms smelt bad. I found clothes in my room, garbage, even weed left behind in the room. Not to mention I was staying with children. I wont be back.

First room had water damage and was moldy. Second one was a step up but had feces still on the toilet seat that never got cleaned. Wanted to use hot tub but that was brown and disgusting.

It looks like the property is on its way to being transitioned from one type of hotel to another - the problem is - it's not really feeling like a "clean" and ready to go hotel. The swimming pool area was terrifyingly dirty, paint chipping, the hot tub was broken, there was paint chips lying in the pool, the area around the pool just felt dirty. It was really gross. The beds felt small - I'm sure they were fine, but they felt small. There were two remotes to get the tv to work. One to turn it on and one to actually use the channels - except every room is different so they couldn't even give us a heads up before we couldn't figure out how to work the tv and had to call on the staff to help us. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, but we feel the place still needs some work before it's ready for a 4- or 5-star review.

this property is currently being updated, as such there was some minor things; ie the internet in some areas was very weak as a couple of the wfi boosters hadn't been reinstalled after repairs and painting. This also effected the new 55" internet TV that was in my room. All in all the updates are making for a decent low end motel. Room was clean and the staff kept the breakfast items full. I would definately recommend and will return.

Rooms and facility are in desperate need for an upgrade. The bathroom door is not on the bottom hinge. It is hanging and sliding on the floor. The furniture is worn and shows it has been years since upgrades. The toilet handle is barely working. The staff is different and doesn’t look professional. They look like they rolled out of bed and came to work. The coffee is just flavored water, it was terrible, cold and empty most of breakfast. The forks ran out during breakfast and the staff couldn’t stop talking to come get more out. As the old saying goes “you get what you paid for” it is true with this place. We stuck it out because it was just a place to sleep but wouldn’t do that again. Will find another place next time.

Staff is friendly but the place smelled and had too many loiterers. The amount of people that hung outside made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Wouldn’t feel comfortable having my kids here. Rooms are older but good for a quick stay. Has a pool but was constantly filled with locals and loiterers who were smoking/drinking so never got a chance to swim. Laundry facilities were broken so that was disappointing. Best thing about this place was the nice staff, but they did nothing about the loitering- wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

This hotel needs new pics. We paid for a suite with a couch that’s why we got this hotel to find our room with no couch but a bed instead. Their rooms have no couches. Room was dingy had a smell definitely needs to be updated won’t stay again. Lots of people hanging around outside. The employee Weston was very helpful though he did find us a recliner for our stay.
