Our 2-night stay was quite pleasant. Having the pool and hot tub was good although the hot tub was quite HOT. The breakfast was nice with the eggs, waffles and cereals available. One wish would be that there were more outlets around the room. Another wish would be that there were more towel racks. We would stay here again.

Comfortable mattress and sheets. HVAC unit typical of hotels, kinda loud. Staff was very helpful and responsive to the electrical vehicle charger problem (circuit breaker tripped off twice). The EV charger was what drew us to the hotel, getting it fixed would draw others (as we saw in people’s comments on EV charger website PlugShare)

I liked it the pool and hot top was wonderful. It was really quite couldn't hear any other guest in the hallway. The only problem was the key card quit working a couple of times but the front desk got it to working they didnt know why it was doing it. Overall it was great i would stay there again.

The room was buce, the cleaning ladies where very kind and did a great job. The night front desk lady was rude, the hot tub was broke down, the internet and cable crashed our last night there, and the toilet acted like it would flood any second. The location is perfect tho and there were a couple of nice desk ladues during the day, but that bigger lady was extremely rude.

Over priced for building condition. Main lobby and corridors have over powering smell of chlorine from the pool . Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirt. Furnishings dated, linens cheap and uncomfortable. Not at all worth the $170/night price tag.

The room we reserved smelled horrible of cigarette smoke even though the whole property is "non-smoking" and there are signs everywhere. They make you sign that you will pay a $250 cleaning fee if you smoke in the room. My eyes were burning as soon as i walked in. Told the front desk who informed me there were no more rooms of that size, but she could put me in a smaller room. Asked if she could refund the difference and was told no, because i booked through hotels.com instead of the hotel itself. Called hotels.com to get it straightened out, but the front desk staff hung up on the hotels.com agent and wouldn't do anything about the price. Hotels.com did give a little discount for the trouble.

There was only 1 usable outlet in the whole room and it was in the bathroom. The other plugs were behind the desk which i had to move and unplug things to use. There could have been more lights as well but oberall room pool were clean

Besides the bathroom, there are two lamps -- one by the beds and one on the desk. The one on the desk didn't work. There is no floor lamp for reading. For the money, it was not worth it.

The room service/ housekeeper or whatever she is, should knock on the door before barging straight into people's room at 5:30 in the evening.. We've been gone all day and our trash is still full and our towels weren't changed out.. When we pay for a very early check-in time and come to our room and the housekeepers are just starting on our room..We weren't able to get into our room till after 1..We should at least get half of the very early check-in fee back

The service was terrible and even though there was a blizzard and the roads were closed, they would not refund for me for our first night since we couldn’t make it to the hotel until the next day. Expedia tried contacting them numerous times and they approve the one night credit. I will never stay here again!

Was okay stop for a road trip. Middle of shopping area. Just one staff member on duty. Outdated, especially lighting. Small breakfast buffet area. I missed it since I left before 6 am but it appeared to be capable of just very basic items.

We were there for the 1/2 marathon. It would have been nice to have something for runners and families to have breakfast to go since we had to leave before 6:00am. We got back a few minutes before 10:00, but breakfast was already cleaned up.

Similar motels we stayed at during our trip only had one chair. This one had a nice second cushioned arm chair. Breakfast menu changes slightly each morning. Good breakfast choices this morning. And every morning.
