Bed was pretty comfortable, nice clean and quiet room, wish it had had a hot tub, and loved that they had a happy hour gathering time even if I didn't get to partake. Bfast was standard free bfast food - liked the grab and go yogurt selections and milk cartons, but the biscuits were hard as a rock.

We like everything from the time we checked in to the time we checked out: courtesy of the front desk receptionist, cleanliness of the room, temperature of the spa, comfort of the bed, quietness at night, excellent breakfast, interior finishes throughout, natural light in common spaces, et cetera. We didn’t use the fitness room but has all you could expect at a hotel.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Grand Island NE was excellent. The addition of the manager’s reception on Monday-Thursday was a nice treat. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Checkin was smooth and breakfast was great. Our favorite place to stay in GI.

It was a very clean and updated hotel. It also offered free wine and beer happy hours from 5-7 pm. This was a first for us in all our travels and was a very nice amenity. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will probably use it again in our future travels

There was pee stains on both sides of the toilet on the floor. Hair on the vanity. Not a great way to start the stay. Especially for $200, checking in at 10 to sleep and a noisy garbage truck wakes you at 5 am.

The hotel and room was well care for and clean. The only issue was being too close to the kitchen and being awakened by early morning breakfast prep. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast/kitchen staff was exceptional.

Had a great stay! The front desk staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and ready for me. I loved some of the smaller details in the room like the night lights in the bathroom and the wall hooks over a nice long bench to put my suitcases. Those small things have ensured I'll stay there again next time I'm in town.

This is a VERY noisy hotel. If you’ve had a long day of driving and want to get some sleep, find a different hotel! The inside is very noisy from people waking above you, taking, slamming doors, and kids running up and down the hallways - you hear it ALL. There was also a lot of outside noise from cars and sirens. This place is not worth the price charged and we wish we’d have not stopped and just continued on with the last six hours of our drive home. After ten hours of driving we just wanted some sleep but ended up paying to not get sleep.

No complaints. It was clean. Shower was very nice. Good temp, water pressure, etc. Breakfast was fine. Bed was comfortable. Our room was by the elevators so you could hear the ding of the elevator when someone used it, and at about 6 am there was a whistling sound. Maybe it was water pipes as people began taking morning showers? Appreciated the free wi fi.

Our stay itself was amazing. The only issie qe had was due to hotel.com not sending over the info for our reservation properly. That took about 20 min for the young lady at the front desk to fix. She did a GREAT job. It was frustrating to listen to the rep from hotels.com create more of an issue than need be, especially after.we had been driving for 12 hours and just wanted to sleep, but the front desk gal was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. And got us all fixed up.

The person who checked me I wasn’t all friendly. For the deposit she duplicated my entire amount of my stay plus some instead of the $10-100 (it varied from city to city). My check in experices was a mess.

We went to the horse races and stayed at this Holiday Inn because of the location to the track. We were impressed by how clean the hotel was. The staff was friendly, and the room was nice and quiet. Easy parking and check in. The free breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Beds are very comfortable. Very clean and well kept hotel. Love the soap dispensers in the shower, and was thrilled to see the lotion and liquid soap dispensers by the sink! The full breakfast was good. Similar to many other hotels. They did have a pancake option that I haven't seen often, and the hot cinnamon rolls were really delicious! Will definitely stay here again if we're needing a room in the Grand Island area again! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Clean room, with room darkening window shades, comfortable bed and pillows. Only negative was breakfast: Hard biscuits, average gravy, yucky scrambled eggs. Positives: Good coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt. I'd stay again, but seek breakfast elsewhere.
