Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Grand Island By IHG

The stay was wonderful. The room and the Hotel was clean and inviting. The food was great and my kids enjoyed the stay. The workout room was exactly what I was expecting and very clean. Great place to stay!

This is a newer hotel and it gets everything right. The rooms are spaceous with good work spaces for business travelers. This is the only hotel I've stayed in this year -- and I stay in a LOT of them -- that still has maid service every day. It's really nice to come back to find fresh towels and a made bed at the end of every day. This hotel also has a guest reception in the evening. It was quiet, comfortable, clean, had a hot shower, and good coffee. I will definitely be staying here when I'm in Grand Island.

There was no hottub, but the pictures and narrative suggested there was one. When we checked out, we were told that they could not print a receipt for our stay and to expect a $60 cleaning fee from Expedia. We booked through Hotel. com. There was no cleaning fee and I a had to call the motel later to get a receipt. The Happy Hour drinks and snacks were great.
