The only issue we really had that was a little odd so we had to park in a parking lot next to the hotel that wasn’t technically owned by the hotel. But it only had about 15 seconds to walk.

The front desk clerk, I think her name is Teresa, was the absolute best. The room was clean and my family throughly enjoyed themselves. I would encourage anyone that’s traveling to Grand Island to say here. The only kicker was the pook was down the entire time we were there so the kids didn’t like that. But overall, it was a great stay.

The man at the front desk was fairly rude. Although he did apologize he should not have spoke to me in the manner he did. The pool heat is currently out of service. You can use the pool if youre ok with swimming in 50° water. The hot tub was very nice and warm. They also had very nice equipment in the fitness center. So of the equipment was nicer than the gym I go to at home. The room was very nice and clean. The house keepers really do a great job and keeping things clean. I felt very comfortable in my room. The only bad part about the room was the bathroom door. It is positioned in a weird place. The door to the room doesnt latch on its own so you either have to pull it shut or push it shut. Which isnt a big deal to me since I always check the door is locked anyway. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Staff was very friendly. A comment was made that made us worry if we were in a safe area. Tub was dirty! Hair & chunks in it. Toliet clogged & we found someone's slippers beside one of the beds. Felt very uncomfortable & wondered how dirty everything was. This was one of the most expensive places here in town and we were very disappointed.

I was happy to see that the facility and room were very clean. Desk staff were friendly. Amentities in room were good. Breakfast was hearty but I did not care for the cheese spread in the omelet. Real cheese would have been better. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice entry area . Room was pretty clean and very spacious. . Bathroom was fairly clean except corners . The bathroom set up was awkward . The Breakfast was gross. Eggs dry, bacon was like paper, potato’s taste like plastic , coffee was watery and no flavor. The food needs major overhaul .

Room was mostly clean, the pool and hot tub need to have the water changed. Walls were thin and you could hear people in the hall and on the floor above. Sheets didn't feel very new or clean. Seems like an older property. The breakfast was good. Lots of selections. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

It was ok. Check in was very easy. Got into the room and it was hot. Turned the air conditioner down but it woukd not cooler the room. It was more comfortable out in the hallway. Contacted feont desk and was able to get us another room. Had to move from a suite to a much smaller room but the room was cold which was nice as it was 100 outside. We had another family in our party that had to change rooms for the same reason. Overall not bad but expected better for the price.

The room was very pleasant and roomy enough for all our stuff. It was clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was much above average for that sort of free hotel breakfast. My only complaint was the glacial pace of the internet connection. I had forgotten all about the patience required of dial-up and this was just about that speed.

In the future, we'll ask to stay on the top floor as footsteps and running of other guests were loud enough to wake me several times. The early morning breakfast buffet hours were appreciated. We had multiple rooms booked, one of them had hair in the drain and on the soap dish. It also looked like the tub had drip lines from cleaner maybe. AC was not working effectively. We couldn’t get our room below 74.

Staff were awesome! We went to a local restaurant and picked up take out. The desk staff knew we had a toddler and told us to feel free to use the breakfast area to make it easier to eat our meal. It was perfect, thank you so much!!

Was in town to volunteer at the Nebraska State Fair and the family came with. It was very close to the grounds and looks like a pretty new facility. Some of the other places are quite dated and this one stood out as being in better shape than the other options. Overall, it was worth the higher price. They seemed pretty strict about "no food or drink" in the pool area. We didn't test it, even though it's nice to have a drink in the hot tub, which they actually have. Seems to be less and less hotels that actually have a hot tub anymore. Anyway, we would stay again. Pretty good hot breakfast as well.

the tv channels were difficult to do and the buffet foods were not hot rather cold (eggs etc) so did not eat them. also the set up was not the best and no hot oatmeal. noticed people were not eating much at all and fruit empty sometimes. and in my case....i had to leave a day early of my 4 day stay and was told they could not refund any of my pre-paid monies. i have been a Diamond customer but this will be the last time i stay at a Best Western or use Expedia ever again. i hope they enjoy the money they refused to refund back to me regardless of being non-refundable. there should be exceptions in some cases i would think. unsatisfied customer.

I have stayed at nicer places for less money. Very dated. The breakfast lady was very rude. Breakfast was advertised on the sign by the dining room but only about half of the items were available, regardless of what time we went down. My husband went earlier than I did. Will not stay again.
