Nice little hotel in “downtown” Grand Island, which we were fortunate to be told about after showing up at the Comfort Suites and learning the latter was not pet friendly. Room was a little tight- not a lot of room for suitcases etc. Bathroom was a little dirty. Area around the property was pretty scruffy and the pet area was gross (people not picking up the poop). Breakfast was very limited. (It seemed like we were the only guests so maybe that was a factor?) But shower seemed pretty new and beds were comfy.

Easy check in, close to shopping and only 10 minute drive to the heartland even centet. Amazing and friendly staff. Nice pool. Not hot tub. Breakfast was decent.

2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog. We really liked our stay. It was clean and quiet with a pretty good breakfast. The pool was on the smaller side but it was warm and clean. The only real complaint is that the toilet in our room wasnt mounted properly so it was able to pivot.

We were traveling with a Uhaul so it was really nice to have the additional parking area - just for trailers. This location is nice and quiet. The rooms are spacious and the staff are very cordial and efficient. The beds were extremely comfortable. All of us had a great night's sleep after a long day of traveling.

The room they put me in was dirty! The door frame around the bathroom door was rusted, the shower looked dirty, there was paint on the frame of the mirror, there was something black on the ceiling, I found a used card holder and napkins from a previous guest, and the chair in the room had a rather large white stain on the back side of the arm that also appeared to look like paint. The room I was in looked NOTHING like the rooms pictured! I will NEVER stay here again! Plus, the hot tub was filled with sand! Yes, SAND! The only positive thing I will say about this place is the Hispanic front desk gal was extremely kind!

bathroom’s outdated and rooms smelled of sewage- not horrible but it was there. Water leak in the bathroom from the toilet. Hot tub was filled in with sand and not available. Staff was friendly and nice though

It was a quiet stay. Friendly staff. However the room was dirty. The sheets had stains on them and the hair dryer keep not working and also had makeup all over it. The hot tub was closed but the kids and us did enjoy the pool.

Main floor rooms were awful. Smelled really musty. Ended up getting switched to the second floor. Bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. It’s like being shut in a small closet and had a pocket door. I will say the front desk staff were super nice so that was a plus.

The male on staff was very nice the female was a little abrupt. Our room was ready and we were able to get 2 rooms right next to each other. The one room needed to be vacuumed and had a very musty smell. The breakfast was hot and ready. Not much variety. I would recommend having a politically neutral news program on like the weather channel or local new on in the morning. It was an affordable hotel and we got what we paid for.

It was really nice! I’ve had my fair share of sketchy hotel experiences, but this place was great from start to finish. I was there two days and the staff were great, the place was very clean and nice, and the bed was comfy

Very disappointed to arrive and find out the hot tub was out of order and had been filled with sand. The rooms are relatively small but clean. The showers are not appropriate for tall people since the shower head is quite low. The staff was very pleasant even though the property itself is lacking.

Good: Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was very good, easy access off the main street, ample parking, nicely decorated, plenty of hot water. Bad: An old design, tiny bathroom with just a small round shower, noisy wall heater/AC unit, noisy overhead rooms & hallway, poor sound insulation, non-heated cold hallways, first room we were given had a black sticky substance all over the bathroom floor--manager apologized and gave us a different room, small bath towels, small TV, free-standing wardrobe instead of a closet, non-private wall pocket sliding bathroom door, wind & other noise could be heard coming through the bathroom vent. Per night charge should be in the $90 range, not $133!

Most things were OK. The problem was the furnace wouldn't work right and they refused to do anything about it. It would stay on cooling no matter what I did. They said to just shut it off, then turn back on when I need it, when I'd get back to the room late in the day it would be down to 70f because the maids hac turned on the cooling , it wouldn't heat at all so I had to freeze all night. They refused to give me another room.

Loved the location, lots of shopping and eating places around. There are some negatives. The bed was past firm to the hard side. The lounge chair had a board across the front that cut off circulation to the legs. The desk chair had a vast stain. The AC makes a loud grumbling noise. The bathroom vent starts to make a grinding noise after a minute or two. The back door was found propped open on a few occasions making safety and security a real concern. The smoking area is directly out the back door so that end of the building does smell like smoke. Only two towels provided for the shower. Women use two towels, one for hair one for body, so not enough towels. The conditioner bottle was empty both days. The bathroom sliding door does not latch without lots of tinkering. On the good side, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options.

My stay was wonderful that the breakfast sucked. The eggs were dry. The biscuits were hard, and the gravy was too thick . I stayed before and it was a good breakfast. This one should never have again.

The hotel stated it was just redone but it was very beat up with old cabinets stained walls so not sure what they think they have updated. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The beds not great but not bad. They also bost a dog spot but it's just a strip and not well maintained. Breakfast was ok for a hot breakfast. The pool is small and the water was hot.
