The room was great - quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable beds. The pool was actually usable and clean and heated unlike so many hotels we’ve stayed at where we check in to find out that the pool is having “maintenance issues” and is not open to guests. The breakfast was really good and had plenty of food options! Would definitely stay again.

After checking in we were told we could not use the elevator to the 4th floor as it was not working after 4th floor fire this week and cause unknown! We asked for a new room on a different floor as we are retired and we were told there were no other rooms available on any other floors -yet the parking lot was not full at all! After carrying our heavy luggage from an extended vacation we found the floor halfway partitioned off! Our room smelled of cleaning fluids! And the room was freezing cold. The thermostat was stuck at 70 but it felt like 60! In the middle of the night there was a buzzing sound that awoke us and we feared it was another fire! Obviously not able to sleep fearing the worst -we regretted staying any longer

The hotel was dirty and smelly like an old hotel from the 70’s I would have preferred staying at a nicer hotel down the road for $30 less. I only booked this hotel because the other people we were with had already booked their rooms here. This hotel did offer a discount at the Applebees for the guests staying at this hotel and they also had a fresh spread for breakfast with someone actually working the breakfast and making sure that the food was constantly stocked and kept the breakfast area clean. The hotel wasn’t terribly bad. I just don’t like seeing oil looking stains in the carpet in the rooms and in the halls. I prefer hotels with laminated floors or even tile. The smells are what really got this hotel the bad review from me.

We had to change the sheets when we arrived due to a stain, there was hair on the night stand, there was a bunch of dirt and dust under the sink, no trash liners and the coffee bar in the room was half stocked.

They put me in room 216 and I am a very light sleeper. That room is right by the elevator so the dinging from the elevator kept waking me up. The room and staff were great other than the constant dinging/ noises from the elevator.

The rooms need updating. The colors and furniture are out of date. The refrigerator on top of a dresser with a microwave on top of the refrigerator looks like an accident waiting to happen. We normally love Hampton but this one was not up to the usual standards.

The room looked, smelled, and felt clean. We loved the smell of the provided soaps in the shower, it didn’t cause my hair to be dry or filmy, so that’s a win for me! My kids loved the mounted tv that said my name when we walked in! The thermostat worked perfect! The breakfast was great for a free hotel breakfast (the potatoes were amazing)! I loved the “pet at play” door tag, I’m always anxious that a house cleaner will let my cats out accidentally, they are escape artist, so the peace of mind was great! We loved it, best hotel we’ve stayed at for the price thus far! Thank you to the staff, the girls at the front desk were amazing!! 5 STARS!

I could walk across the street to the city Visitor Center tour pickup location, Applebees, Dunkin, mexican restaurant, shop Fort Cody and gas station convenience store. Across the highway is Perkins, Ruby Tuesday, and several fast-food spots.

I didnt like cashless, i observed an elderly guest try to purchase a bottled wster. Another guest try to purchase it for them but was yold it had to be put on theyre room. Finally the desk vlerk gave them a different bottle of wster. All of the confusion should of been avoided from the get go. Unfortunately at breakfast there were 2 bus tours already in the breakfast area. It was handled as well as could be expected, seating was a problem

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! I travel the midwest a lot and have to say I was more than impressed with the experience. The hotel is very updated. The pool was HUGE--such a nice treat to swim in something that was not tiny. The room had hard flooring rather than carpet--perfect for cleanliness in general but also for a pet. My friend enjoyed the workout facility. Food was excellent (and well stocked!) and the staff professional.
