No breakfast, no pool, kids were looking forward to swimming, had to resort to swimming in the bathtub. Which wouldn't hold water so i had to tape the drain shut. It was convient that it was located by the highway, and there were plenty of food and gas options near by but overall a disappointing experience.

Picked location due to close to walking distance to restaurant we had been to but it was closed! Front desk staff not kind but not really engaging. Newer carpet was nice however stairwell looked like it had not been vacuumed in some time. Very small coffee maker in lobby with styrofoam cups. No cups in hotel room. Fairly quite for being close to freeway.

Was a nice enough place to stay for the night. I appreciate they have free parking. But for the price, they really should offer a free breakfast as that saves travelers like me at least $60. We had to walk across the lot to a little diner which was fine but pricey and very busy. I thought they had breakfast but they did not, so won't stay there again. That's a big deal for our family and what we have to spend on trips.

Great stay!! Very clean. Help was nice. Good comfy bed. Pillows were a little too fluffy for us but you can’t have everything. The hotel even smells clean when you first walk through door. They have a nice little patio with wooden rockers which I thought was very nice. Will definitely stay again thank you

The room was disgusting....there was hair everywhere, in the bed, the bathtub was full of pubes.....yes you read that right the bathtub had pubic hair all over in it, the trash in the bathroom hadn't been empty. The young man at the front desk was great, that is the only reason this hotel got 1 star. I would advise anyone to find a different place to stay.

Arrival and desk clerk was nice. When we go to our room there was no toilet paper. The bathroom and room had hair all over. The towels are dinghy, shower curtain had pink mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain. The hall way floors were cleaner then the floor in the room. The light between the beeds was un pluged and there is food crums behind the furniture. I would not recomend for $118 a night. I have stayed at better places for that.

The toilet was plugged when I arrived. They got it unplugged right away. Went to take a shower in the morning and there's no water coming out of the tub faucet or shower head. Had to clean up at the sink. Also, the room wasn't very clean.

I am happy with the hotel especially of the price I thought it might have been run down pleasantly surprised the employees were friendly and helpful room clean bathroom clean the only problem was the mattress needs to be replaced otherwise everything else was great

The room was clean. Although there was a problem with the mattress. I was as if a person weighting 500 lbs. had slept on it for an extended period of time compressing that side of the mattress. This side compression made it feel like you were sleeping on a side hill

In NP I’ve stayed for a lot more $$ and had a lot worse rooms. Clean, quiet, comfy bed, full sized chair, decent sized room. The Handicap shower was interesting, but hey, I’m not complaining it was wet and hot. Great place to stay the night before a colonoscopy!!!

The front desk gentleman was very nice! He was able to let us use our dicount from the hospital for a procedure i was having after it had already been pd for! Very accomadating and customer friendly!

Beds were dirty. Felt unsafe when someone used a key to open our door at 4am. Luckly the door stop lock was on which stopped them from coming in. Staff did comp the room for our concerns.

Horrible from the start. Arrived at 8pm… they did not have a room ready. Had to wait an hour for room to be cleaned! Then the tv didn’t work. As a resolution, they moved us to room across the hall (we had to move all of our stuff). Two hours later, they desk clerk rented the room we were moved to to another guest who was given access to and attempted ro enter the room while we were sleeping! Could not have been a worse experience! No refund or discount was offered to us by the staff.

Ordered a double queen room, called spoke to Josh and told him we'd be in late. When we arrived none of those rooms available. Put us in a small room in the railroad worker section (not Josh, graveyard shift guy). Said would bring up a roll out bed for our toddler, never did. Called about 40 minutes later to say they would bring it up "soon" by then we were asleep. I left a note with the checkout receptionist for the manager, never heard anything. Got ripped off in my opinion.
