The swimming pool was amazing - 3 lap swim lanes. I have never seen an indoor hotel pool this big! Hotel was somewhat dated. Great General Store across the street.

Carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Building smelled of cooking spices. Parking was very tight. Pool wasn’t working. AC quit working in the middle of the night and had to re-set it. No elevators.

The room was outdated, bathtub looked it was from the 80’s. Carpet was dirty, TV did not work, vending machines empty… gym facility locked up and ceiling tiles covered in black mold. Included breakfast was toast or stale bagels or make your own waffle, no covers for the hot coffee. Lobby was newly remodeled. To get the pool you have to go outside to a different building.

Property needs repairs and new carpeting. The pool / sauna looks like it hasn't had maintenance since 1990. My room was supposed to have skylights but both were boarded over. Breakfast options almost non-existent. Tiny galley kitchen with very few options. Room for only two people at a time.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. You’re probably going to start a fire in 112 though with the power strip the fridge and microwave are plugged into. The microwave keeps shorting the power strip out and can’t run for more than 10-15 seconds. Pool is big. The hot tub is absolutely appalling to look at, you should really drain it and clean it. It’s a scary looking science experiment. Very friendly lady working the front desk lady night.

Room was not ready at check in, had to wait an hour. Pool & hot tub was out of service. Room was close to the road. Traffic was loud early morning and late night. Staff doing the best they can will little help.

Breakfast was only a waffle or toast or oatmeal the juice was just syrup and even the waffle tasted off. The room was every big which was amazing but the room smelled like smoke as you walk in the room. They did not have a crib or a pack and play for our baby to sleep. We also found hand prints on the head of the bed from the prior guest. And as we are leaving and cleaning we noticed alot of black bold in the bathroom. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing fanily vacation and i am now juat hoping we dont get sick from the black mold.

We stayed for a week and the room was large! We loved it. Clean, friendly atmosphere. The only downfall was one that is important to us...The indoor "heated" pool was too cold for us to get into. Love this hotel!

The place absolutely horrible. The pool are was not kept up and down right disgusting with mold and filth. The rooms smelled terrible. The price that we paid to stay in this dump was absurd. Do not recommend.

Heater smelled bad, fake veneer peeling off all furniture, bath fan/light made grinding noise. Room was nothing like what was pictured on website. Pool and hot tub need a new paint job. This facility needs better maintenance. Not worth the 200+ spent for the night.

Wifi was terrible, very slow. There were some very small ants in the bathroom. As well the smoke detectors have very bright lights that flash. These are above the beds and do not create a great sleeping environment. The hot breakfast is waffles and toast/ bagels, no eggs or sausage which was disappointing compared to other quality inns.

Room was clean with comfortable beds. WI-FI was terrible. Lacked attention to detail - elongated toilet had a round seat, table in dark corner is nice, but no light, Breakfast was meager with no eggs, no meat, no decaf coffee, and no yogurt, just cold cereal, bagels or English Muffins and waffles all in a crowded room. We would choose another place next time.

Room had no windows and boarded up skylight. When asked to change room, front desk employee was extremely rude and said if we don’t like it we can leave. Had indoor pool that was supposed to be heated, but was cold. Then found there was something that looked like feces in the pool. Went back to the desk to tell them, she didn’t seem to care said she would have someone check it out. We went back 4 hours later, it was still there and people were at the pool. Comforters on beds were stained. It was the most disgusting stay I have every had anywhere.

Hotel canceled my reservation and did zero to help fix it. I never called them but they swear I did. Very rude staff here. We drove a few hours to get here just to have to scramble and find another place. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not trust the staff here!!

The hotel was OK. The exterior door was never locked for safety. The check-in and check-out were disorganized. The equipment for check-in was not functioning. Through Expedia we designated a pet would be with us. Management said it didn\'t know and Expedia hadn\'t told them. Also, we had to pay a "Destination Fee" of approximately $13 a day, which we never heard of...ever. Finally, the management struggled to communicate clearly.

Nothing that was particularly likeable. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk,; a line of 5 people wanting to check-in had formed in the meantime. I asked about where to park and was given a terse, unhelpful "Yeah, outside by the building." The room itself was sort of okay but the bedclothes had various stains. Breakfast had absolutely no accommodation for a vegan consumer. There was no coffee in the coffee maker and no one around who seemed to care. The owner/manager was in pajamas having breakfast. The food area was tiny, cramped and uncomfortable. The microwave was out of order. Need I go on...?

The Quality Inn is located in a convenient site. The view of the surrounding mountains is spectacular. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. There are several nice restaurants in the area nearby and within walking distance. Lots of parking, too! Comfortable beds, warm room. The heat and AC work very well. The continental breakfast was adequate, but there were many choices for cold or hot meal. Pleasant stay all in all!

This is a nice clean property, typical of Quality Inns. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've tried similarly priced and cheaper motels in Gorham and this one is in the best condition. The wall AC units are loud (typical for their type), and the included breakfast was disappointing, although I may have hit it on an off day as it was the Wed morning after Labor Day weekend: a few types of sugared cereal, pre-packaged muffins (not fresh), some slices of white bread that you could put in a small toaster, and a waffle machine. No yogurts or healthy cereals. No fresh fruit. No eggs or breakfast meats. Coffee, hot water, and milk. No juices. As I said, might normally be better.
