Great hotel find! Clean and spacious rooms. Pool and hottub were both clean and warm. Great onsite restaurant with live music, the prime rib was amazing! We will be back

Spacious room in the main building over the dining room. Probably the biggest hotel room we've ever had. Nice to be able to swim and soak in the hot tub as well as enjoy the steam room and sauna after a day of skiing. Enjoyed both dinner and breakfast on site which was very convenient. Everyone who worked there was just great!

There’s lot of amenities but the overall condition is just okay and in some places, not acceptable. The pool area has a steam room and sauna and both are dirty with wrapped on the floor and the occasional ant. The jacuzzi doesn’t get very hot. And in the men’s changing area and restroom, there’s mold and mildew around the shower and other wet areas. The rooms were okay but maintenance is mostly slathered patches of drywall mud. The beds are good but the pillows are the thinnest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It was decent for the price but they definitely need to step up their maintenance and cleaning.

Great property with excellent amenities, restaurant and bar on site. Lice music on the weekends. Indoor pool with hot tub sauna and steam room. Game room and exercise room. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms were spacious. Lots of parking, perfect for trailers.

they need Roku tvs for streaming, they have breakfast and dinner only. No lunch. So theres a gap where they dont serve food in the day/afternoon. Food is amazing! Cumfy beds, love how you can jump on your atv and hit the trails right from the property. Staff very knowledgable of the ATV trails. Pool was awesome and warm and clean.

Did not eat at the restaurant. Room clean and comfortable. Nice pool area with hot tub, sauna, and steam room. We were in the pool building, if you are going in winter maybe ask for pool building.

This is NOT a resort at all. Maybe it was once upon a time. Hot tub could not be used-the water was scalding hot. The indoor pool room is very run down. The sauna never did heat up. Noisy nights between the road and all the ATVs. We will NOT stay here again. Even the in room coffee was terrible.

Unfortunately the stay wasn't ideal. Our beds had hairs all through the sheets when we removed the covers. Beds were pretty firm for my liking (not weighed into this grading). We did not have hot water in the morning. It was less than luke warm. Bathroom is pretty outdated and worn down. The pool area was alright but it became less than kid friendly when adults came to drink.The res turant was the only positive experience. The food was great and the service was exceptional. I would come back to eat but that's about it.

The room was beautiful and very spacious but had at least 20 live flies in here. We killed all but about 6 of them. Then I found a bunch of dead ones in a night light/sticky trap. Yhe hotel needs to deal w the fly problem in this room! We kept the air conditioning on to keep them at bay.

We went to the Town and Country Inn and Resort for a night on our honeymoon last weekend. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our dinner in the attached restaurant and bar. We ate in the lounge and the staff was wonderful. The view from our room was also very pretty and overlooked the foliage and mountains. Sadly the rest of our time was not as enjoyable. Our room had two double beds when we booked a Queen single, and the bathroom was very poorly ventilated and there was mold growing on the ceiling in places. The pool room was also very poorly ventilated and the ceiling was also growing mold. We also noticed quite a few windows along the top of the pool room were broken or had swollen and popped out of place due to the moisture. The sauna and steam rooms were clean but we did not use this amenity very long once noticing all the swollen wood and mold. The arcade was small but all the games are 50 cents so it would be great for kids. On the night we were there, other guests had put a fire pit in the middle of the parking lot behind the building we were staying in and had a large fire going for several hours. The lobby also smelled very badly when we checked in but later at dinner we noticed it improved. The next morning the smell was so strong we chose not to eat breakfast at the restaurant. I really wanted this place to be awesome, but there were just too many things that I couldn’t look past. Also all the photos they posted are very old and not accurate.

Pool was cold, loud obnoxious people all night screaming all around. Ants in the room, tons of them

My wife and I were in town for only one night after kayaking the day away. I found this place for what I considered a very reasonable price. The staff were all very nice and efficient. Check in AND check out took a total of maybe 10 minutes combined. The room was exceptionally clean which made my wife very happy which made me very happy. The bed was quite comfortable. We both had a good night’s sleep. Fridge, A/C, ice machine were all in good working order. No shortage of hot water in the shower although the water pressure could be a bit better. We had breakfast at the restaurant and were not disappointed. Many menu options and plentiful servings. It reminded me of a little country club setting. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Poor housekeeping. Not fresh towels and didn't pick up old towels. Had to go to front desk to request bath towels and coffee packets for the room. No replacement of coffee cups. No attention to detail.

The room was huge! I don’t remember when we stayed in a room so big before. I wish they had a convenient elevator because trying to carry luggage up all those stairs was not easy. The breakfasts you could buy in the collocated diner was also really good.

Nice hotel but our room was so hot when we arrived and it took the AC a long time to cool it down and it was so noisy. Staff were so kind and parking was so easy and free. They had a fun little arcade but several of the games were broken and stole our money. Its nice the arcade and the pool are open later for something to do!

Upon our arrival the front desk clerk told us our King room had been switched to a double bed. I told her that was not what I booked and showed her my confirmation. She then had the worst attitude and told me nothing she could do. When I asked for a refund and said I would go elsewhere, some how a King room miraculously was available. She was rude , no apologies and not a thank you for staying. The bed is like sleeping on a brick, other than that the room is very large and spacious. I will not be staying here again.

WiFi could use an upgrade. Guest with was weak. Other than that had a great experience!

The hotel is really cute and has a wonderful complex of amenities. The staff is super friendly and my son loved the pool. Like many hotels, on a busy weekend, it is definitely not for light sleepers. The walls are thin and our room actually shook a bit when people would arrive (throughout the night). And some rowdier groups kept things loud. The pool is also open until 11, which is convenient but it meant that there was a good deal of noise from that. The location is incredible - it’s close to anything you could want to see in the area.

Quiet surroundings, yet I could easily hear the people above me moving around their room. Clean room and property, safe and secure surrounding. Peaceful outdoors looking at mountains.

Room was ok, but I've never stayed in a room with such a low ceiling. Anybody over 6 feet tall would have hit their head on the ceiling.

Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a single night stay. The only issue we had was a noisy air conditioner.

We asked if we could check in early because we couldn’t make up another plan and the lady was able to do that without additional fee and quickly, we appreciate it a lot. Another plus point is the room is clean and big matched with photos on the website, comfortable beds. We are here right in august summer time

The food was good, the room was clean, and the restaurant staff were great. We booked a queen size room for a romantic weekend, and when we got there they gave us a room with 2 fulls. I asked for our reservation of a queen to be fulfilled and was told there were none, which was really disappointing. One woman at the front desk was not professional, saying, “We did you a favor; your room is bigger.” The air conditioner was permanently set to eco mode, with it turning off and on every hour and not getting the room cool enough; we asked twice for this to be turned off, which they said they would do but never happened.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ready, clean and neat. Lobby was clean, neat and organized. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Everyone was very friendly. The restaurant was elegant and the food was delicious. The entire property was neat and clean. This was our second stay there.

Front desk service was very bad and unprofessional. We book 3 rooms. He gave us three keys, but one room.

The only negative thing was that there was only 1 server at the restaurant so although you could see she was working her tail off, the service was very slow. The food itself was delicious, they had a good variety, and it was a good value.

We were treated well and service was excellent! Excellent dining facility and dinner was superb!

I feel like the rooms are little outdated, but the Sunday brunch was outstanding!!
