Very pleasant 2 night stay. Helpful, friendly desk staff. Room was very clean. Will definitely choose this hotel again

Family trip for an overnight stay. The hotel was clean, the indoor pool was clean and the staff is very helpful.

Tony at check in is awesome!! Restaurant manager not so much. No complementary coffee or water. Rooms gave Kurig, however not so great.

The parking lot is trashed and not easily defined of where to go and park. I pulled in and drove around the building bc I had no idea the front entrance was the front entrance. Once I checked in the desk was very shoddy and didn’t even look real. Like it was just there. The parking lot had a lot of spaces to park which was a plus. Side entrance was sketchy bc it was an automated door with a key entry but then the door stayed open unless you closed by yourself so anyone could get in or out. The room was ok at best. AC for the room wasn’t that good, shut off during the night and made the room hot.Bathroom door was a slider door and that automatically would close behind you bc the tracks were messed up. My young child got scared bc the door was so heavy that he felt he was locked in. Shower doors were glass doors but they didn’t shut at all so water going everywhere. If you are staying there and going to Philadelphia the 5 miles it says on their automated system or the 7 miles it says on this site is completely false. We were a good 25 minutes away from the arena we were going to.

The room was clean. The building security was adequate. The staff was welcoming. The only deficiency I noticed was a lack of furniture for clothing.
