The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and much needed for our family after a hot day. The bed was very comfortable. After being on a road trip vacation from Iowa, through Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C. and Kentucky, this was our favorite hotel through the entire trip. We highly recommend.

Why is pool only open from 10 am until 7 pm. All other hotels are form around 7 am until 10 pm. Last vist here we where able to swim early in morning to late at night. Next time staying at another hotel with better pool hours

We had a room with two beds. One was fine. Other had a big divet in the middle of the bed and made it super uncomfortable to lay on. Also shower doors would not stay closed so we had to shove something in the way to keep it from opening and water going everywhere. Pool was nice and big but could tell it wasn’t cleaned for a couple of days.

For over $250 per night, this was a complete rip off. There were mice in our room, the floor was filthy, they only gave us one cup even though there were two of us and did not refill the coffee pods. One out of two elevators was not working and the pool was not usable due to renovations. Never staying here again!

Very nice accommodations, very clean, super comfortable bed and pillows. I did find the walk in shower dangerously slippery (I fell). Ice machines were not working, I had to go to the first floor to get ice. Needed a copy made and the copy machine was also out of order. The breakfast food and service were excellent.

From check in to check out our stay was great. The young women who checked us in (and out as well) was phenomenally friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay was the lack of sound proofing in the room. It wasn’t particularly noisy, but you could hear noises pretty clearly from adjacent rooms. That being said, there was a specific “quiet time” which was pretty much observed. So we still had a very pleasant stay.

Loved the anti fog mirror in the bathroom it had great lighting and made getting ready for early am departure a breeze. The staff at hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful. There are train tracks behind hotel but we never heard the train so I think at least for upper floors it is well soundproofed

Not an Amazing stay at all. After checking in with Toni from the front desk my stay was bad. Hw had no cuatomer service told me my room was not ready at 2;30. Afyer coming back to.check in je made me wait along time while there was no one else there waitting. When I brought it up to him he told me "whatever" simply nad customer service.

Staff was very friendly from check in to staying to check out. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for my trip back home. It is located in perfect location to get back and forth to various areas within South Jersey and over to Philadelphia as well. It is also close to shopping which is located on the old Garden State Racetrack location.

We stayed for one night. Conveniently situated across the river from Philadelphia. Reserved and paid via Expedia. Receptionist charged my credit card upon check-in despite showing her the Expedia receipt. Next morning upon check-out the receptionist was unable to refund the duplicate charge and advised us to email the receipt to the hotel manager. After 2 days and 2 emails to the manager with no response Expedia was contacted. The refund was issued the following day with an apology from the hotel establishment. Very unpleasant experience overall.

I almost checked out at check in!!! The moment we got up to the front desk at check in, the bearded individual behind the counter was telling his female coworker “I really don’t want to f***ing be here, I’m so f***ing done with this place.” Then while looking for a room for me, he tells me “Sorry, I have to play roulette with the rooms because they’re cleared but they’re not actually clean.” I don’t need to know that…just do what you have to do. I’m tired, did a lot of driving, the last thing I want to do is to worry if my room is clean or not. Then at check out, two days later, this same individual’s phone rings and he is asking and cursing at the person on the other line. Listen, a job is a job, but to be on the phone while checking me out of my room and having this conversation?? Best of luck with customer service here.

I liked that the rooms were very clean and the hotel location was very close to the function that I attended. I did not like that the hotel customer service was negligent in charging my credit card $100, instead of actually placing a hold on the card. After checking out, I contacted them on three occasions to fix the issue to no avail. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to reimburse my $100 deposit.

This is our second time visiting and we were surprised that we didn’t get any housekeeping services. We ran out of toilet paper on our second day. We’ve called front desk 3 times and after no response, I had to go down to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. I was given One roll and it lasted us until 08/12 when we checked out at 2am. Before leaving, I tried to request the money for Sunday 08/13. I spoke to a young lady with Red hair who had the most snobbish behavior. She told me I’d have to call Expedia sooner than later so that I can receive my refund for 08/13. She also stated it would take me more than a month for my refund, so I just took the loss and left.. the good times were when we danced on Tuesday and Thursday nights at the infused restaurant. The people and the service there was awesome. We will still come back to visit because it’s still one of our favorite places to stay. Oh and the food is amazing. Lizz And Iris Vega

Great proximity and easy ride to Philadelphia. Many shopping and dining options. Road construction makes driving out of the lot a little difficult but not too bad, and temporary. Connected restaurant is convenient but a little pricey. They do offer many specials though.

Everything was very good with one exception. The breakfast, included in the price of our room, was so POOR that I could not believe that the Haliday Inn management would allow such a terrible situation in this type of hotel. This had to be the worst "so called" breakfasts in any of my more that 100 hotel stays in USA an Europe.

The bed was very comfortable. No way to control room temp. Bathroom door was sticking and toilet paper holder was unstable. No way to tip maid easily as front desk refused to break $100 and no QR code. Please skip breakfast-it was inedible and my son threw it up afterwards. The oatmeal was inedible and the waffles had to drowned in honey. We waited 45 minutes for this horrible food and had to go up to ask for check.

Hotel was perfect with lots to do in the area. The only strange thing was the bar was only open from 4 PM until 10 PM on a Saturday night. There was playoff football on and the bartender stopped taking drink orders around 945. He closed the bar at 10 and then proceeded to sit inside the restaurant with another employee to to have a drink at the bar and watch the game??
