Yes the room was fine staff was fine. The pool was out of service and I called up and spoke to a manager when told it's out of service and he said it's working it was not. My family was Very disappointed

From the moment I stepped in to the hotel I already had an issue with an employee.I checked in around3 and the janitor had a fit because I walked on her freshly mopped floor that she diced to do at a major busy hotel right before they have their check in rush.The next morning i ordered a breakfast and decided i wanted to be lazy so requested it to my room & spent over 60$ on cold pancakes, cold home fries,freezing scrambled eggs and a oatmeal that tasted like complete sh*t. Let’s not forget they bring this is with no salt no pepper no side of butter no syrup no NOTHING! Just dry cold food.. like um hello? So now I’m waiting an additional 30 mins for them to bring this up which means the food just getting colder! finally the day I had to check out I thought about extending because I was feeling under the weather so I call the front desk and the fairy who answered seemed like he hated the world and was just very one worded with my questions and didn’t let me extend because apparently if you make a reservation they can’t extend it and if you do you they will recharge you the incidental fee plus an Additional 75.00$ for my pet.so the I decided to do downstairs and geab a tea to see if I would snap out of feeling the way I was and stopped at the front desk on my way back up to ask for a late check out,check out is at 12noon so I asked if they can give me a late check out, they said sure we can do12:15! Like what!Mind you this is after I paid 500$ for 2nights!
