The hotel was good overall. I am very disappointed that the pool was not working. This was the reason we booked this hotel for the pool. I understand repairs need to happen at times but it should have been listed that it is out of order with an email or on the site.

There was no microwave in the room the pool wasn’t heated and the pool area was cold and they should shampoo the rugs or take them up besides those things the stay was ok

The common area, lobby, and room were clean and felt fresh. Staff: Of the two staff at the front desk, one was pleasant, the other, not so much. The area is home to several hotels, however, I selected this location because of access to an indoor pool. However, upon checking in, I was told that the pool was closed for a private event. I asked if there were other options being offered to guest to make up for the pool closure, to which I was told no. I was told if I wanted to checkout that I would get a full refund.

Upon checking in it was difficult understanding the front desk persons accent. Quite a line waiting to ck in being there was a wedding scheduled and only 1 don't freak person working. Upon getting t our rooms the air was not working on our floor and it extremely hot and muggy. Eventually the air was fixed. Employees were hard tovunderstand as English wasnt their primary language. Employees were rather rude. Room was dirty and dusty. It was clear that the rugs hadnt been cleaned in sometime. There was even hair clips on the floor from a prior guest. Hotel guests carried on until after 4am so sleep was very minimal.

When I arrived a few hours early the Front Desk Rep. explained that the hotel had been booked; when in actually only the rooms reserved for Expedia customers had been, instead of offering a regular-priced room on an upper floor she had the Manager come out, who was just as unaccommodating and had us still wait nearly two hours. The Dining room was BY FAR the best experience of the entire weekend. Excellent Service and a delicious menu. Once we acquired a room; an hour before normal check-in, there was bodily dirt and hair in the tub. But, of course, the Housekeeping staff, also EXCELLENT, came quickly and rectified the situation. Upon checkout, I received a receipt for the Early Arrival and a simple meal I had, except my card was changed considerable more. I am absolutely sure this experience was a “ONE AND DONE” experience.

The comforter on the bed had stains and the bar of soap from the previous person that occupied the room was still in the shower. Housekeeping came and changed the comforter, but left the bar of soap. The fridge was not cold enough. The air conditioning in the room was not working well so it did not cool down. I had stayed here before and never had these problems.

If you’re looking for luxurious accommodations, this isn’t your hotel. I feel likes it’s a truck stop. The halls are noisy when you’re trying to sleep and the walls are paper thin. It’s decent enough if you’re just stopping over or you’re doing business in the area

Keys wouldn’t work 5 times !! was locked out of my room everytime I went to re enter, the AC was blowing hot air mixed with cigarette smoke. The tv wouldn’t turn on, so they ripped the tv out of the wall to try to fix it and left it a mess. And each night was just miserable because I was so incredibly hott. Not a good experience what’s so ever!! Do not recommend

The only thing I can complain about is that this facility needs to put microwaves in their room. They already have refrigerators, so why not add microwaves. That is the only thing I can complain about.

It was horrible! The room we checked into was 86 degrees. We unpacked and turned the room temp down to no avail. Then maintenance came and said not working. We were given another room and had to pack up and move. It was a very hot day in August. It was nice to have the room cleaned, but no toilet paper was left behind for three women who were staying longer than four nights. There is no microwave in the room either and it had a tiny refrigerator.

Vent behind toilet allow for all voices in next room to be heard clearly. Very loud! Housekeeping entered and didn’t wait for response. No stopper in sink Refrigerator was very warm and did not keep cold due to no ventilation for the heat generated. Carpet in hall was puckered and poise a fall Do not plan on ever staying there again. Would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Hotels.com used expedia to book my room and it showed up with an error on their end.The hotel said dont worry about it and we'll take care of it with them. They gave me peace of mind and excellent service. My card that was put on hold, money was returned in 24hrs. Overall the service was great!

I was in town visiting NJ Film Horror Con and I loved how Sheraton Edison was the host hotel for the weekend. It was the convenience and great area that sold me. I loved the great customer service I received from beginning to end. One part that I did not like was the AC in my room malfunctioned part of the weekend. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for guests, family and friends.

The Sheraton in Edison is excellent. Very clean and spacious. My room felt very comfy. The check-in process was easy and the staff were nice. I would consider here instead of Courtyard. The only downside is there are limited dining options nearby. Thankfully, a 10min drive gets you into town and there's tons of food there.

Housekeeping not doing there job bed sheets dirty I have pictures to prove Coffee shop was never open till the 6th day of my stay when I was leaving and to top it off restaurant wasnt either open and lady at bar didn't want to make us drinks ignore us the whole time till we left Other than that front staff was magnificent safe area but no restaurants near by and with 2 hungry kids was harsh

Poor service of F&B outlet manager, terrible breakfast experience, we lost a clothes in the room and call back to ask staff to find out, they said didn't find it. But actually I remember it was on the top of the closet. No microwave in the room, need to warm water at lobby every time, which is super inconvenient.

We chose this hotel because of the on site restaurant, which must be under renovation as it wasn’t there and there were no signs about it. Also, continental breakfast of fruit and bagels for $18/person is ridiculous. Couldn’t even make it to the Starbucks cafe without being warned of the $18 fee for the “buffet.” Room temp was way off from what the thermostat said. Shampoo and conditioner smelled like men’s cologne.

It was pleasent but there was not enough staff during the time frame we were there, during Christmas Con 2023. Starbucks opened late, restaurant closed early then reopened later said restaurant was open for lunch but it was not. Called down to front desk and they told me one thing but the information was not correct.
