Hotel needs updating. Carpets look dirty, elevator sounded like it was going to fall off the cable and it was unkept. Too many dogs! Noisy! Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Won’t be back.

The pool was closed, the staff was friendly. Room was clean but the AC unit was so loud no one could sleep. Our entire hallway smelled of marijuana as did all entry ways to the hotel both Friday and Saturday. No seemed to care

Nice, clean, and look like newly refreshed rooms. Rest of the halls and everything could use a bit of updating. There was construction on dinning area/lobby so free breakfast was a bit affected. Otherwise a nice stay with friendly staff.

This property was under major renovation, which they didn’t tell us beforehand or we would’ve changed it was noisy. There were construction workers everywhere. The breakfast food was in the wrong place and not extensive did not look clean this the food was not fresh and the ice machine was under construction. None of the workers spoke English and there was construction, dust, everywhere, and construction noise.

If this was the only property available in the area, I’d sleep in my car. The hotel rooms are not cleaned properly or NOT cleaned AT ALL. Our linen had hair and bugs crawling in it.. we called to change rooms and they along with all other hotels were sold out. So they sent a restaurant worker to clean the room. I’m very disappointed with the Hampton inn chain.

Trash on the bathroom floor, the cover for the shower floor was not in place, no tissues, no instructions on how to use the TV, refrigerator was non-functional - in fact it wasn't even plugged in and door was sealed shut, no answer when calling the front desk for 3 MINUTES, the air conditioning was so LOUD that I was unable to sleep. I believe the Hampton Inn owes me a refund! What a dump!!!

The hotel looks nice from the outside and in the lobby but I went two nights and three days in a row without maid service. People were putting their trash out in the hallway because like us it starts to overflow after 3 days of not being emptied. The elevator is in need of replacement, the hallways are dingy and it seems like the walls in many places are scratched up with the carpet fraying in the edges. The breakfast was good but not great especially since the coffee on our 4 night stay was lukewarm the first morning. The Hilton 800 number didn’t do much to help but they put a message into the manager requesting compensation for me but I won’t hold my breath as we left this morning.

Great location. Bathroom had some unclean areas from previous person(s). Rooms felt dated. Elevators were old and had significant signs of wear inside. Staff didn't add much in terms of "presence", but that could be because we didn't eat the free breakfast. It wasn't a bad stay, but there are plenty of other hotels in the area so I'll try a different place next.

Breakfast was ok. Eggs good. Staff attentive. Ceiling in bathroom room 316 showed previous leak from room above. Peeling . Toilet too low. Only flushed if you held lever entire time. Overall clean. Old hotel. Needs update.

I woke up and found a bed bug in my bed! I was force to do an early check- out and request a full refund. I spoke to the manager Sandra who didn’t seemed surprised at all and stated that they have a lot of people come and stay from all over the world so it’s not abnormal. I feel so uncomfortable and traumatized right now because my shin is itching at the thought of what I experienced. I will never book at an Inn again!

2 queen beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was in disrepair, usable but cracked and unsightly. No luggage rack, no drawers or place to set suitcase or folded clothes. Very small room, barely walking space on either side of the beds. Glad we only stayed two nights, a longer stay would have been very uncomfortable. This was a handicapped accessible room, I don't know how a wheelchair or walker would have navigated the small space.

Nice stay, just like described in the pictures. One thing I didn’t like was the sliding door for the restroom, it didn’t have a way to lock it; another thing is the long hallway to reach the elevators. The room was clean, plenty of clean towels for bathing, parking and premises were clean as well. Breakfast was great, with waffles and both steamed and scrambled eggs, variety of fountain juice, fruits, bread, variety of coffee, cupcakes, cookies, cereal and cooked oats.

The staff was great in all areas where we had interaction. The GM Sharon was professional, witty, and charming. The breakfast attendant, Maria was an incredibly hard worker was being pulled in so many different directions and just handled everything with ease and grace and hospitality. We will use this lovely hotel again and again since we have family in the area.

Poor Experience – No Hot Water and Bad Communication We had no hot water for two nights. After three maintenance visits, the tech said he needed a part and never came back. An hour later, the front desk told us it would take 3–5 hours to fix. Since no other double rooms were available, they gave us access to a single room just to shower. On the last night, we were finally moved, but the new keys didn’t work. The staff member said he didn’t see us in the hallway and just went back downstairs without calling, which made us late for our plans. To top it off, as we left, a new couple was moving into our old room—which still wasn’t clean and hadn’t been fixed. Overall, very poor communication and service.

I wasn’t given the room I paid for. I paid for two beds in one room, and the guy simply decided to give me a king bed without telling me, even after I told him the reason I paid for two queen beds instead of a king. When I sent to my room and saw it was a king bed room, I came back and told him I was surprised he acted like no big deal. I should’ve insisted on my room.

I arrived a little early because I had a business meeting, and the woman at the front desk first told me the room wasn't ready! The hotel was empty. Then she told me it was ready, but I had to pay an extra $30 for checking in 50 minutes early. Terrible attitude or courtesy to the customer. She was very rude. She's bringing the Hampton down with her poor service.
